Sedna pressed back as the other held her, closing her eyes and gripping the other’s hand gently. She said nothing but simply curled up close as she could and after a few moments her shoulders trembled silently and the pillow beneath her head grew slightly moist. Sedna kept her head tilted away, her breathing steady… not wanting Sheryn to see her cry….Showing such weakness as this… Sedna felt ashamed and as if she was letting everyone down, Sheryn , the elders. Everyone.

~Lyna isn't thinking anything.~ Lunair stated before she followed them towards the beach, she leaned a few ways off watching as they fell into the ocean, and her rider struggle to get free. ONce they had reached the Shore, Lyna stood up, pushing her now wet lose silver hair out of her face. She was wide awake now, and the bubbly feeling that she had was now gone, she was still drunk but not like she used to be. She walked over to Lunair, pulling off her dress and tossed it over her back, she ripped a piece of and tied her hair back. She felt better now that she was weighed down by the dress, she layed down on the beach, kicking her boots off and looked towards R'el.
"Why?" was all she asked him, that one word speaking everything on her mind as she wantted to know why he had did that and why he was with her here and now. She had under garments on so she wasn't worried about him seeing her naked. She was sober enough to hold a conversation and know some of what she is doing. She turnned her teal eyes towards the stars that were above them, her toughts couldn't really be called thoughts.

Sedna pressed closer, slowly crying herself to sleep. She began to calm, however, as Sheryn’s attempt to comfort her made her feel a little less… alone. Sometime in her sleep she would turn towards the other woman, wrapping her arm around her and clinging t o her for dear life as nightmares and pleasant dreams twisted against once another…

R'el slowly walked to the shore, Zephira was laying on the cool sand as he watched them with curious eyes. He was short of breath a little, he shook his head fiercely, throwing jets of water from his soaked hair. Then combing back his hair with his fingers he looked at Lyna. A playful smile appeared on his handsome face.

"Apperantly I'm the only gentleman around.... or the only idiot who took such measure..." he looked at Zephira, dragon seemed to be amused of the way his words are leading no where though.

<Don't look at me like that, do you really expect me to understand how your mind works? How you managed to become a dragonrider is still a mystery to me.>

He looked back at silver haired woman, then walked towards her. Sitting next to her, he leaned back on his hands looking at stars.

"I could ask you the same thing you know. Why?" R'el looked down at white rider. "If my previous theories of a ruined wedding and a lousy boyfriend weren't true, why did you get that much drunk? In the morning it'll make a nasty comeback, you know."

“Yea I know it will be horrible for me in the morning…..It is just….I had someone you know. He wasn‘t a rider and well one day he told me we couldn‘t be together that it was to hard for him to be with me. All because I am a rider and Lunair can‘t care more than one adult. So he walked off, a few days later his brother told me that he killed himself. At the hatching the next day after I heard that…..a bronze didn‘t hatch, once we got the shell open, he was dead. I just had this feeling that if he didn’t kill himself that the dragnet would have lived. It has been a year since then today, I haven’t found anyone since him and Lunair hasn’t found anyone at all. You’re the first person I have told about it.” Lyna said as she closed her eyes, tears were slowly streaming down her face, Lunair was quiet, not putting in her imput. She nudge her rider before she looked over at Zephira, it was clear that they were both sad,, after all they had shared that pain for a year now and it was still raw to them but Lunair knew Lyna had to move on but that has proven to be hard. Lyna stood up and looked down at the man, sitting next to her. “I guess there is no use crying over the past, when this is suppose to be a happy occasion.” she whispered, forced happiness in her voice, she pulled of the dress like undergarment, reveling a shirt and some shorts. She tossed at the spot were her head was at. She gave a forced smile to R’el, before she took off running to wards the ocean, she felt like swimming, letting the waves carry her away from the land so her sorrow wouldn’t have a hold of her anymore.

"Happy occasion? Losing someone you care? Uh... wait..." R'el looked after Lyna with a confused frown, then he laughed to himself as she run into the sea."Ah... there goes another traumatic youth, do I really have to find all the scarred souled girls in the fort weyr?" he looked at Zephira.

<Hah, you're one to talk. Like you aren't scarred enough yourself.> was the enigmatic respond of the huge bronze.

R'el looked back at his dragon over his shoulder with an arrogant smile. A wild glint was in his bright blue eyes.

"I believe I have the right skill to stay handsome through all." he stood up. "Now if you excuse me I have to save a suicidal lady! You are persistent you know that?!!" he called out to Lyna running to the sea.

<You are one loyal dragon to be admired.> Zehpira's voice almost sounded as sharp as a whip, he turned, lowering his huge head down to white dragon, his snakelike neck formed a great arch. <You're going to sit and watch her actions silently?>

R'el ,finally catching up with her tried to reason. Since he was almost sure that Lyna was half willing to end her life, one thing about alcohol he detested was the way upset people seeked comfort in it. Sour, seductive bitch never gave it to them.

"Lovely night to swim, but not healthy while you're half drunk."

~She will not kill her self and she is thinking clear enough that I won‘t have to worry. If she needs to be saved I will save her. Some may think that the fact I have sat here quietly, letting her speak a piece of her past and letting her going swimming while half drunk, is very bad of me as a dragon who has imprinted, but they fact is we have a relationship that some can not understand, even you do not understand it. She will not leave me as much as I will not leave her; I share the pain she has so it is not hurting her as much as it should be. I know my lady, she aches for love that she hasn‘t had for a long time just as I ache for a love a never had.~ her words were soft as she spoke to the bronze next to her, it is the most that she has spoken to anyone other than Lyna, she looked up at the bronze that was talking to her before she turned he head and gaze to her rider. She was right she knew her rider better than anybody and knew that she switched moods so fast that it surprises people.

“It is not persistence, Sir. It is just called well a love for freedom.!” She called back to him, she had to stop in her tracks as he was keeping her from what she wanted to do, a frown came onto her face and she looked him over. “It is and I would like to swim. I know no harm will come to me as long as Lunair is my dragon. You know most guys would have taken advantage of a drunken lady, but then again I suppose your not like most guys.” She said to him before she ducked around him, diving into the sea, she swam as far out as she could before she let the waves carry her back to the shore, they didn’t seem like they wanted to take her away from anything. Once she washed back up on the shore , sighing she just laid there, there wasn’t much she could do anymore.

<If you say so...> bronze turned his head to watch his master.

Bronzes were egoistic creatures, too proud and very often being jerks, just like their riders. They were born to be the king after all. R'el had more reason to mess around though, he liked solving mysteries and this girl needed more work to figure her out completely. Though, being a gentleman had nothing to do with it, he was a man in the end. Returning back to shore -reminding Zephira to shut up when he thought this looked like a creepy case of a stalking- , he put a hand on her side, leaning over the girl with a confident and charming loop sided smile. His eyes were looking at her with interest.

"I'm gentleman enough to not get adventage of a girl when she's drunk. I could try my change once she sobers up though."

~I do~ was all Lunair said as she laid down on the sand, as she watched the riders.

"That maybe but it also depends on if the girl is going to slip between your fingers when you make your move on her." she said as she gigled a bit, there was a few things about her, she was limber, quick, and was a person that could easily escape people if she had to. She sat up, slipping out from underneath R'el, she had a happy smile on her face as she looked back towards the dragons, she stuck her tongue out at Lunair, knowing what she was thinking. She started to build a sand catsle, basically killing the mood that he was setting. She had a slight blush to her cheeks, she hadn't been picked up or hit on in along time. She could hear Lunair laughing at her, she silently cussed her out, but it just made her laugh even more, causing a smile come onto her face. Yes, she was a wierd girl, a tough person to figure out, compared to other mysterious girls.

Damilae looked up at the night sky. ...hnn...I should find a way to get to my bed.....Xesuth!...come now..it is time for sleep.... Selea found a way to escape the group of dancers crowding her as she headed away from the party. She ran into Sharyn, "Good night dear.." She clasped arms with her in a good-night exchange. "Till the morning....~" She walked away, a bit tipsy. She finally found her wyer, then realized Rapturanth was already their. ~Did you wait up?~ -No i was enjoying the company of the younglings, then decided to go to sleep. Please het some rest- ~You do not have to tell me twice...~ She laid down on her 'bed and began to sleep softly.

[Sorry Sorry for the long wait on my share =___=;;; then, I guess I better take R'el back to weyr as well so we could call it night ^^; or.. dunno we can call it night anyway anytime you want.]

R'el chuckled slowly, sitting on sand, he inhaled night air a while. This was insane, he was sure he'll get sick by the morning. He started taking off his wet tunic and shirt, he shuddered a little but this way at least he could dry his clothes.

<You know... I've been dying to say that for a while now.... You are an idiot...>

<Oh? Am I now? Since when dragons started recieving mental rank fo their riders?>

<You're annoying you know?!> he smiled widely.

<I learnt from the best...> Bronze stated as he gazed towards the moon.

"It's getting cold you know. Do you want to return now or will you rather return in the morning as you're about to go in a coma?" he stood up and lay his clothes before the huge bronze. "You did chew firestone today, right Zeph?"

Bronze only snorted, letting a puff of smoke come out of his nostrils. R'el grinned widely and stepped away from clothes, he turned to Lyna. Ignoring the fact that a giant bronze was blowing hot air and smoke from his nose onto the wet clothes.

"You wanna get a fast drying with this guy?" he pointed Zephira, who seemed quite annoyed as being used as a dryer.

[ok then, I'll assume R'el returned to weyr for the night ^^;;; I'm in a hurry and I won't be around for the weekend. soooo... let's call it a day ^^;]
