Xemnas froze, turning and dashing after Saix, only to find a closing portal and a swish of blue hair as he dissapeared. He will come back- hwo could he not? The Superior thought, shaking his head and pushing the thought of Saix to the back of his head.

Vexen's eyes had decided they were never going to come open. He didn't know what it was that disturbed him so much about last night, but he had noticed his subconscious didn't want any more of it.
"Emma...?" He muttered, half asleep, wondering why he hadn't been woken yet by the small, blue-haired girl, and why there wasn't any loud noises. He heard somewhere that that's what you woke to if you slept in the same room with a child.

((Argh, I apologize for any weirdness with Xaldy. I appear to be totally out of Xaldin's character today. But I also berate myself for almost no reason, so I have no idea if he's really OOC or not. :gonk:))

Xaldin rolled over in his bed, half asleep. Without a window in his room, the Lancer couldn't tell how late or early in the day it was. "Sure as hell feels too early..." Swinging his feet over the edge of the bed, Xaldin forced himself to his feet and walked woozily into the personal bathroom attached to his room. Once he had taken a quick shower, Xaldin took the time to carefully inspect the extent of his facial injures in the mirror, a towel wrapped firmly around his waist. All in all not bad, he thought, tilting his head a bit to catch the light better. The sunburn feels tight, but it's almost gone now. That eye looks like it'll take another day before it heals, though.

He touched the black eye Vexen had inflicted upon him tenderly before exiting the bathroom and dressing in clean clothes and a fresh robe. It took the Lancer a few minutes to find where he had deposited his boots the previous night, but otherwise he found himself fully dressed without incident within seven minutes. Xaldin retrieved the report of his Agrabah mission from the desktop and strode over the his bedroom door. Turning the handle, Xaldin exited his room and stepped into the hall, closing the door firmly behind himself.

Saix still failed to return it was unlike him.

Xemnas sat, unnerved, on his bed, absentmindedly twiddling his thumbs and wondering where Saix had gotten to- it was ten o'clock already, and he still wasn't back...
He sighed. Saix was fine- probably running and errand, or perhaps even getting something for Xemnas. It didn't matter anyway; he was like a dog- he always came back, no matter how late.

Zexion sat reeding in the library. All the members bored him they were nothig but annoyances.

A portal of Darkness opened before the door to Xemnas' office, and Xaldin practically fell out of it in his haste. Once he'd stepped out of his room, the Lancer had gotten sidetracked by several Dragoons reporting in with their after-patrol report. Seeing as he couldn't actually speak to his Nobodies, it had taken Xaldin all morning to get the report from them. Straightening and composing himself, Xaldin lifted a hand and knocked firmly on the door before him, 'Xemnas' Office' engraved in a plaque upon it.

((Gonna be offline for a bit, all. 40minutes to an hour twenty, roughly. I'll definitely be back on, though. =]))

Xemnas got up and answered the door, met with Xaldin's slightly scratched up, buised face. "What happened to your face, Xaldin?" He asked, looking with slight disgust at the large contusion covering most of Xaldin's right eye.

Saix was alone. He sat in twilight town at a cafe. Why had he acted that way this morning? He sighs a bit this was not going well. He looks up at the sky the sun would be setting soon. He wasnt planning on going back. He was not an animal no ones lap dog, and he didn't like Xemnas treating him like that like he owned him. With another sigh he sips his tea. Maybe he should find another intrest. Perhaps someone more...bright then Xemnas. The small thought made him smile he looks up at the sky for a moment again. He looks over at the clock tower.

Vexen, not receiving an answer, finally opened his eyes. There was no Emma in sight- all there was was an open door and the hallways beyond. "Wonderous." He muttered, standing up on wobbling legs and undressing, pulling his cloak on over the same clothes he wore yesterday.

"Vexen and Agrabah's sun happened to my face, Superior." Xaldin replied, folding his arms behind his back.

((Fft, fail post, sorry. :B))

Xemnas decided not to go any further into the subject, as the Lancer didn't look to happy about it. "ANd you have come to see me because...?"

((No prob, Laths- mine's a fail post too. Sorry 'bout that.))

Xaldin brought one arm from behind his back, holding out several sheets of paper. "I came to turn in my report from Agrabah," the Lancer replied, a little grateful that Xemnas had chosen not to dwell on the subject of his injury. At least, as grateful as someone with no emotions can be.

The Morning had gone smoothly. Getting up, showering, typical maintenance for the vain flora mage. Following that, Marluxia stopped by Larxene's room, leaving a bouquet of bright yellow Stargazer Lilies outside her door, as to not disturb her. He'd come to check on her again at more reasonable hours. The next thing for his morning, Tea, Toast, and a stroll through his small garden. Real plants, but the 'sunny' surroundings he knew were just an illusion from a memory. It was the one room left from testing the abilities of Castle Oblivion and brought to the Castle That Never Was.

Now, he knew the afternoon sun was rising high in the sky, watching as his fingers caressed a young Columbine bud. A soft sigh before he left the room, taking the card with him before beginning his patrol chore for the day, listening as Dusks and various lowers chattered amongst one another. e soon learn that 'a strange blue haired girl' was int he library with Zexion, Vexen had just barely woken, Xaldin and Superior were conversing and.. oh what was this? The Superior and his precious subordinate were at ends and Saix was no where to found? The Assassin let out a soft chuckle as he headed towards the bridge that connected to the dark city. Truly... He could either wait until Patrol was over, and build upon his chances with Larxene.... or he could seek Saix out and offer some sort of Condolence.... So many choices...

(( I will be semi-here tomorrow... likely sleep in late then check here. After that gonna finish washing my car. Later in the day/evening I'll be treating Mom to dinner so I'l probably be gone for about 3 hours. ))

Xemnas took the report from his had with a muttered "Thank you," And shut the door lightly, walking back into his room and collapsing on his bed. Where had that blue-haired dog gotten to? Where could he possibly be?
