gemini nodded."yeah,i get it.sometimes i wish my little birdie would just shut up." she said,earning a mental thwack from yonbi.she smiled to cover te sudden headache."i'm fine,i guess.i was just here on aa msision when i sensed a huge outbreak of demon chakra.i,uh...i was told that you were here somewhere in the middle of it." she said,fighting a blush desperately."and how are you?" she asked.

"I am fine." he said smiling. He ordered to batches of ramen and paid for them both. They came fairly quickly and he began to eat quietly. "Why are you here? The Kazekage didn't tell me about other Sand ninja here?"

gemini ate slowly,savoring each bite.she chewed carefully and swallowed before answering."well,it was kind of hush-hush.you know,the kind they only assign to...people like us.i'm actually finished,but i have some off time scheduled so i figured i'd take a bit of a vacation here.the hotel is alot nicer than where i stay back home." she said,feeling a bit more comfortable untill she spoke the last sentence,at the end of which her eyes went wide and she snapped her mouth shut with an audible snap.

(KimikoKatsu will actually be gone longer than expected. She got her new cellphone, but the thing is..she doesnt have enough for a new laptop. So she won't be back until around March.)

Shavin looked at the girl inquisitively. "Where do you stay?" he wondered, noticing her alertness. He didn't live anywhere special. in fact her normally slept outside on the roof, that is when he slept. He was required to sleep because of Shukaku but he could if he wished. He easily paid his rent and knew of multiple rooms that were vacant. Maybe he could help her out. |
gemini blushed and looked away,cursing her big mouth."well,actually,i-i don't really stay anywhere.there was a little shack of a hotel where i slept for a while,but i got kicked out when a richer patron wanted my room.now i just sleep in the park inside the little wooden playhouse.it's small but it keps me dry,and an old blanket keeps me warm enough when the night-cold comes." she said,trying not to sound pathetic.she wasn't complaining,in fact she quite liked the playhouse,and besides she had never had a home or a bed,so how could she miss what she had never had?

Syro entered the village cautiously. "Stop worrying they can't tell your a jinchruriki by the way you look" the eight-tailed beast said to him. "I know but i feel weired being in a new village" Syro replied. "Wow" she beast sighed, "You nothing like Killer Bee kid, just be you and do what your sensei taught you to do." As he walked into the village he was kind of lost and need to find someone who could take him to the Hokage's tower. Going into the romen shop he notice two ninjas sitting down. "Um could you put me in the right direction of where the Hokage is. |
Shavin looked up and smirked, "Hey if you want to work for it feel free. If you want to cook or whatever, that's your issue."
He wrote down the address and handed it to her. He looked around at the sound of a young ninja speaking behind them. Jinchuuriki. I noticed. There is definitely something going on. The Ichibi, Nibi, Sanbi, Yonbi, Gobi, Shichibi, Nanabi, Hachibi, Kyuubi, and Juubi all in one place... Not good. Somethings up. Ya think? "Uh... Yeah, I can take you to him. You might want to follow me too, Gem." He got up and walked out, after paying for both of their ramen. "He was in the hospital the next time I checked." |
gemini had no chance to thank shavin before a new person showed up.she took the paper she was given and tucked it away safely in her pocket.nodding at shavin's last comment,she stood up and followed."i don't know my way around here,so don't be alarmed if i bump into something.it happens." she said,somewhat ashamed of her clumsieness.

Syro smiled at the young man saying,"Thanks." Reaching out his hand he introduced himself,"I'm Syro." He wasn't really sure but he thought he felt something about those two. "So their jinchuriki too" he eight tails stated. "This should be interesting." "So are you both gennin or chunnin because you look pretty strong" he said following them out. "I hope that wasn't as stupid as it sound" he thought. "Don't worry it did" the beast laughed.

Yagura walked slowly through a thick forest, looking at all of the foreign sights. “We don’t have these kinds of trees back in the Hidden Mist,” he mumbled drily. There were birds calling out to each other and the wind blew gently in the young Genin’s ears. He knew that he couldn’t linger in the forest any longer, but move forward with his mission. In one sudden movement, he was hopping from tree branch to tree branch, zigzagging wildly across the canopy. His mind’s gears kicked in as he went over his plan once more. Yagura had heard that his targets were going to be in the Hidden Leaf. It was best that he picked them off, starting with the Shukaku and working his way up. By the time he’d finalized his plan, he noticed that he made it to the gates of the village. ”It’s time to begin my task,” Yagura said, stepping under the arch. There was an enormous collection of chakra everywhere in Konoha, which made things frustrating, but it became a little easier since the Jinchuriki all had, not only their own chakra, but the demon’s as well. Following the lightest of the sensations, it brought him to a large building; it was the Leaf’s ramen shop. Yagura strolled into the ramen shop, ready to get the party started. Stepping in, he could see his targets, Shavin and Gemini, but there was also another person who was unexpected at this point, Syro. There was no way that he was going to be able to handle this Jinchuriki right now. Yagura backed out of the shop slowly and walked aimlessly, waiting for his chance to move.

gemini's head snapped up suddenly,her eyes alert and her body tense."did anyone else just feel that?" she asked quietly to the other two,not wanting to alarm any of the regular customers of the ramen shop."i sensed something,or someone,very dangerous-but only for us..." she said,her senses on high alert.for once,the demon stayed silent,knowing she needed to concentrate.she took a deep breath and counted to ten with her eyes closed,though it was clear she was listening intently."it's passed,for now." she stated,her hand poised on the hilt of her katana for the first sign of trouble.

Yagura was kneeling on top of the ramen shop's roof. A voice could be heard through the shop's opening and he listened intensely. The girl, Gemini, appeared to have noticed the level of his chakra. This was good and bad situation though. It was bad because chances were that now the people would be alert to his abundant chakra level, but it was good mainly because they knew what they were dealing with at this point in terms of power. In a swift motion, the young Hidden Mist ninja's hand shot back and grabbed his trident, ready to make his move when the Jinchuriki took their first steps outside the restaurant. "Any moment, those Jinchuriki will exit."

"Hmm... I'm not Chuuin, although I have been to the Exam twice. Got to the Final once...." he said before feeling the other ninja close by. "We should get moving, but keep your weapons ready." He said, pulling his sword, gourd and Con back on to his back and kept the strings there, just in case.

A small, rare grin broke out across Yagura's face as he heard the words exchanged between the two Jinchuriki. A strategy was already devised for the mission: Get in, take out the Jinchuriki at any cost or if things got too hot, retreat and wait for another moment to strike. Taking a deep breath, the young ninja hopped off the top of the ramen shop's roof and landed in front of the opening. Yagura brandished his trident, pointing it at the pair and mumbled in a dry tone, "Hello tailed-beast containers. My name is Yagura and sadly, I am here to exterminate you. Don't take it personally, I have nothing against you two, it's a mission." To Yagura, he truly had no animosity toward the Jinchuriki, his country called him to take on this duty, so there was no other choice. "I promise I will make this quick. Triple Prong Burst," he said with a hint of remorse. Two streams of water erupted from the points of the trident, formed pointed ends and they were headed toward the two Sand ninjas.

The Prong Burst didn't faze Shavin that much. The sand shield came up immediately around him, Gemini, and Syro. "Oh come on. I just got done a major battle, with the Six Tails, the Kyuubi and the Juubi!" He said, as he whipped Con off of his back and pushed him up front. He sent The Puppet's arm out at the intruder in an attempt to bind his opponent, but he didn't expect it to work. You didn't go into a battle with a jinchuuriki blind.

gemini sighed."i knew it.this mission was too easy-i knew kazekage-sama sent me here for a reason.just trying to get rid of me again." she said in a bored voice."good thing i've been waiting for a fight." in a flash she had drawn her katana and shifted herself into a fighting stance.a small but noticeable bit of yonbi's chakra showed around her.
"finally,a bit of action.you'll let me take over for a bit if you get into trouble,won't you?" absolutely not! only if i'm down to my last ounce of life energy,and even then we have to be far from any village! "hmph.killjoy." ignoring the last comment,gemini focused on the air in front of her and sumoned a small fire ball and sent it flying at the would-be assassin,hoping to use shavin's puppet as a distraction,but knowing that the chance of success was small. |
