"Yeah, I wouldn't do that. Too many of the same powers in one place can cause a lot of problems." Dick sighed this was a lot to think about. Maybe he would ask Bats about it. "Teams are usely around five memebers so that would mean at least three new memebers."

" That would be fine with me. Though I prefer that they don't move in the old teams rooms." Raven said softly. Sure they may never come back, she wanted her old team to know that they always had a home here. |
"This is your home and your base so that is fine. Any team that is made will be under your command."

Raven nodded, though she was a bit surprised they would be under her command. She had figured Dick who taken charge. Though since he already had his own team, it was only a matter of time before he left again.

Dick noticed her look of suprise. "It only makes sense for you to be the leader after all," he continued like it was his next though. "You are the one that has been covering this area for the last five years. Things have changed and I don't know them and a new member can't be the leader."

" I hadn't thought of it like that" Raven mumbled softly. Though how odd was it, that loner would end up being the leader of something.

"Not a lot has changed but just walking around town earlier I could see things have changed. And I've been watching this area yet I still am unused to it."

" I can understand that" Raven said softly. She did sort of, yet to her not much has changed, but she had been here while the small things did change. Though mostly the town was quiet. |
"So what are our plans now?" He was usually so busy with something it felt weird just to sit. Then after the last few days it felt almost wrong to be sitting still.

" Well I figure training for Elizabeth should start soon, but besides that I don't know. What about you what are you planning to do?" Raven asked.

"I don't really have any plans now. All the ones I had kind of died. I guess I need to go get my stuff, probably tomorrow. And Elizabeth does need to start training and pick her schooling back up."

" I'm sorry" Raven said softly. She hadn't meant to throw in a curve ball that would ruin everything for him. " Are we going to send her to actually school or what?" Raven asked softly. |
"It's not your fault Rae. Life just happens. Hm... well it would be good for her to socialize with others but I've seen how hard it is for kids with powers or kids that know heroes to pass in school. It would be harder in school and would pose a danger to her and the other students. And she seems to be much brighter then a child of her age. If we did home schooling we wouldn't have to worry about any of that but then she would be pretty much alone. Maybe we should look for team members with kids. I don't know. What do you think?"

" That sounds like a reasonable idea. Who'd home school her though. I never went to a school all the knowledge, I have I learned from the Monks, or picked up on my own. I don't know the first thing about teaching school things" Raven said. She was never able to attend school, it had been too dangerous for her. |
"For now I could teach her. We might change that depending on who we find for the team. But until then I should do. While I didn't have the normal education in my first years Bruce made sure my education was complete."

" Alright, that seems like the best idea then" She said softly. She wondered if they had any more they needed to plan.

"Well then, I'm sure there are more plans we should make but I can't think of anything. How about I clean up and you guys can go relax. I'll be in there in a little bit and me and Elizabeth can talk about her education." Dick turned and smiled at Elizabeth.

"Alright come Elizabeth" Raven said getting up from the table. " Alright Daddy, see you soon" She said before following after her Mother. |
Dick smiled as they walked out. He missed his team and he wished he hadn't hurt Star but maybe this was what his life was suppost to lead to. He had been getting restless and had been thinking about starting a new team, one filled with new heroes. But he liked this more.
He gathered the dishes and washed them. He quickly put the dishes away and went into the common room. "Ready to start working on your education Elizabeth?" |
Elizabeth nodded," Of course I'm ready Daddy" She told him. She walked over to him, really excited for what she was going to learn. Raven took this time to leave they two of them alone. She headed to a room neither of them had been in. It was the one room she built so that she could express her emotion without the power back lash. |
Dick sat on the floor. "Well tell me what subjects you have already been studying. We'll move on from there."

" Well Math, Science, History, and reading and writing. We were gonna start art and music soon" Elizabeth told him softly. |
"Ok. Can you count to one hundred? Do you know how to add? Subtract? Multiply? Divide? Do you know about fractions? Decimils? Percentages?"

" Yes to most of those, we hadn't started fractions or demicals or percentages" She told him. |
"Good then your already ahead. I'll get together a plan for your education. Hm... what would you like to learn about more... pirates, knights, volcanoes, pharoes, or Native Americans?"
