((Ok, sounds good. Then I guess I'll take Arrowette.))

"That is probably best. Even while I don't see any of them trying to get away with using their powers it will be hard for some of them not to use their powers. Kid Flash is so used to his powers he might not notice using them."

"It is important how they work with others but less so how they interact with each other then with us. We could randomly pick three people from the group to work with us and the rest of them have to try to subdue our team. If we did this three times everyone would get a chance to be on our team."

" That sounds like an excellent idea" Raven said.

"Ok, so we'll have the race first, then the three bouts of fights, then the individual tests. I think the only test that should be done without powers is the fights. The individual test should be something to test their powers. Kid Flash could try to find objects hidden all over the tower, our grounds, and common areas in town. Miss Martian could have to fly to the roof of the tower, get a flag, and bring it back to us as the person I'm thinking of. Zatanna
could show us simple things of magic, I'm sure Elizabeth would love that. Gypsy could have to get an object out of a room with all of us in it. Arrowette would have targets, moving and non, that she has to hit. I'm unsure of tests for Jericho, Argent, and Jinx. Argent and Jinx simply because I can think of no tests for them. And Jericho because his powers involve taking over a living body. I'd rather no have him take over any of us. Miss Martian will be reading my mind but I will feel her digging in there and if I shout just a name that will be all she gets. Jericho, I just don't think it will work the same."

((I hadn't even thought about that. I changed ours to red powers since that is the one I always think of.))

"That should work for Jericho. Hm... Argent and Jinx? We could have Jinx break down a building. Then have Argent put it back up. It would be a really simple construct though.

[[ Ah otay.]]

" That sounds like a good idea. What about on a bigger scale, maybe like a mini bridge?" She asked.

"A bridge might be nice but I was trying to think of something smaller that would be easy to put up for us."

"Well then we should probably work on setting up the track, putting up the flags, and hiding things for Kid Flash. I don't even know what to hide." Dick couldn't wait to get everyone here and to pick their new teams.

Time passed as they worked. Right as they finished and started walking inside Beast Boy pulled up.

Beast Boy got out of the car and ran over to them. A girl got out of the driver's seat and walked more slowly over to them. "Hey guys. Putting up the field?" He turned when the girl tapped him.

I'm need to get back. I'll unload your stuff. Good luck in your new team." She turned and left.

Beast Boy nodded as the girl left then turned back to his new team. "Cool I see we're going to have fun tomorrow. Who all is showing up for auditions?"

Dick looked at the first part of the team. It was so great the family was growing. Before going outside to work he had put on his mask but he was going to miss walking around the tower without it. "Well Kid Flash, Jericho, Miss Martian, Gypsy, Zatanna, Argent, Arrowette, and Jinx are coming."

"Nah, don't have much. I don't have more then I can carry but too much get here by flying. Anyways I thought Elizabeth might help me set up my room. I thought she might like to see all the animal stuff I have."

The next morning Dick woke early. He put on his costume becoming Nightwing. The others would be arriving soon. He thought about waiting inside for them but decided to wait outside. He ran through the kitchen to grab an apple and a bottle of water. Then went outside to wait by the training field.

Dick nodded at Raven when she came out. Soon after the heroes started showing up. First Kid Flash and Jinx, then Gypsy and Zatanna, Miss Martian and Arrowette showed up, and finally Jericho and Argent showed up.

Beast Boy came running outside soon after everyone showed up. "Hope I didn't miss anything."

As everyone was showing up Nightwing had stood up. When everyone was gathered he announced "Ok, Everyone is here. We are looking for three new members to this tower. So far we have myself, Beast Boy, and Raven as the captain. We are going to have three seperate tests to see if you would fit in here. The first test is a race. You will have to get to the other side of this field. We will be judging on how fast and how well you do it. The second test will be in three parts. Three of you will randomly be picked and teamed with us. Everyone will wear power blocking devices. We will fight the rest of the people here. This will continue till the others subdue us or for 15 minutes. The members will switch around till everyone has worked with us. The final test will be different for everyone and will be judging your powers. Any questions?"

"Ok, no questions? Then get ready and line up. We will get ready to watch you guys." Nightwing led the current team to a platform where they could see everything. "Ok, ready. Go!"

Kid Flash immediately shot off running over anything in his way. Trap doors opened to slow to get him but right before the finish line ran into a sand trap tripping. He ended up rolling over the finish line. He sat there dazed.

Jericho and Gypsy started running with varying degrees of sucess as their powers didn't help them much.

Zatanna simply ran across. Any trap she meet she canceled with her magic.

Arrowette had laid down her bow and quiver as she felt they wouldn't help her in this test.

Nightwing waited for them all to cross the finish line. First Flash, Miss Martian, Argent, Zatanna, Jinx, Arrowette, Gypsy, and finally Jericho. "Thank you all. You did a great job. Take a quick break then get ready to battle." He turned to Raven and Beast Boy. "What do you think so far?"

"I don't know. I think they all did well considering what they had to work with."
