Megan followed the two females sending instructions to Nightwing. She could see that Raven was getting wounded but she knew she couldn't do anything yet. When Starfire landed she silently landed near the building and waited for Nightwing. When he arrived she became visable and pointed at the building. "She went in there about five minutes ago."

Nightwing nodded at Megan. Even with his worry he had been planning durning that long horrible ride. He had come up with brilliant plans but none that he could do. He loved both of the women inside and even though Star had become the villain here he couldn't treat her that way. He looked at the green woman in front of him. "I'm going to go in. Follow in camo but don't do anything. Stay right outside the room. Only come in if I call you. I want to try to do this peacefully."

He walked inside. "Star where are you? I'm sorry. Please don't do this. Your not a bad person."

As Nightwing walked in, Starfire was laughing darkly. Raven had passed out once more. Part of her was screaming for hurting her friend, but the darker part of her, was rejoicing, for she was making the woman who destroyed her happy life pay. She heard Nightwing, she sharply turn, and shot a Starbolt at him. " You don't know anything about me" She said darkly.

Nightwing dodged the bolt and jumped back up. He started walking towards her again with his hands up. "I do know you. And you know me. You know everything about me. I trust you because your a good person. You have overcome every hardship and you will again."

Her hands and eyes glowed, " I know nothing about you. All you have is secrets. I didn't even know you had a relationship, with her. You don't tell me anything, not till your feeling pressured and even then it's nothing." She screamed.

"I never tried to hide that from you. I thought everyone knew. How can you say I never told you anything. I told you about my parents. You know who I really am. There are only a handful of people who know that. Shoot I don't even trust Superman to know that. I loved you enough to marry you." He was ready to dodge if she attacked again but he hoped he had gotten through to her.

Starfire laughed darkly again, " If that were true, your mind wouldn't have changed once Elizabeth came into the picture. No you tossed me aside like I was trash. You don't care about me, you don't love me. I know you've been lying the whole time. You don't have to hide the truth anymore, my real friend help me see that" Starfire said.

"I didn't toss you aside Star. You should know, better then anyone else, that a child shouldn't be thrown aside even if it is for the good of others. If I didn't love you I wouldn't be here. The league would be here and they wouldn't be talking." He felt like screaming but he talked calmly. "Who is your new friend?"

" I never said throw her aside. No instead you just choose her and threw me against. You could have had your daughter and the woman you love. Yet no, you decide to go with the child. I'd be crazy, if I'm going to let that mean you'll end up with Raven. No inside, I'll take care of Raven and then everything will be alright again. That's what he told me" Starfire said. She shot more bolts at Nightwing, and headed back towards Raven.

Nightwing dodged the bolts behind old boxes. He quickly got up and started running to get in front of her. He ran up a pile of boxes and dropped down in front of Starfire and a door. He snapped out his Eskrima sticks. "I will not let you hurt her. She is your friend. I don't care what your friend," he sneered the word, "said." He launched himself at her.

Starfire was angry, and she fought back Nightwing. What seemed after awhile. She stepped back, her eyes kept going from green to red every so often now. The voice in her head louder. She glared at Nightwing and went to attack. Yet she screamed," GET OUT OF MY HEAD" She screamed, blast rained out from her eyes before she hit the ground hard.

Nightwing fought but mainly dodged. When she stepped back and screamed he dodged the bolts once again but was suprised when she fell to the ground. He quickly ran forward and slipped out the watch he had made all those months ago to test a new team. He quickly put it on her and hoped it would help things. He sat down and held her for a moment. "Star, are you ok?"

Starfire looked at him," Make him go away." She said. The man, or boy in her head said such horrible things. " He wants to hurt Raven, I don't know why. I don't mean most of those things, please know that. I am upset, but.." Starfire started to say, before screaming loudly.

Raven looked up and tried to pull away from the walls but the chains stopped her. " Ugh"

"Miss Martian get in here!" He waited till she was floating beside him. "Raven is in the room behind me. Get her out then come back. I need you to look in Starfire's mind." Megan took off and Dick held onto Star hoping everything would work out. "I know you don't mean any of this." He brushed back her hair.

Megan quickly went into the room and saw Raven. She didn't look good but at least she was awake. "Nightwing is outside. Something is wrong with Starfire." She quickly went to work on the chains holding Raven.

Raven looked up, thank god someone was finally here. " Yeah, I can gather that. She's put me through hell" Raven said. Thank god, she was free. They headed towards where Nightwing was. She limped slowly, she was really injured. How she manged to stay calm through all this she wasn't sure.

Megan put her arm out to help Raven.

Dick turned to see Raven and Miss Martian coming out of the room. Raven looked horrible. She needs medical attention. We need to end this.

Raven shook her head at Megan. " Help Starfire, not me" Raven said. She just hoped she could last threw all this pain.

Starfire was still screaming loudly and trying to fight whatever was in her mind.

Megan nodded and ran over to Starfire and Nightwing. Even after all of this she still is worried about her friend. She sat down and reached into Starfire's mind.

Inside Starfire's head it was a dark terrible place. It seemed something there was buried deep in her head. A presence of a dark evil male. It would be discovered that person was Jericho.

Megan pushed farther into Starfire's mind fighting past darkness. She could feel something foreign deep inside. She finally reached the area and found a male's soul. "This is not your body. Leave."

The man tried to fight her but he eventually left. Starfire, was now knocked out.

" Is she alright?" Raven asked softly.

"She is alone in her mind now."

Nightwing sighed and stood up holding Star. "I don't know but she's still breathing and her heart beat is good. We need to get out of here and get you medical attention. I think it is time we call the League. They can take care of you and monitor Star."

He monivored so that he could get his comm out and called Batman. "We found her. We need help. Beam us up."

It was mere moments later, when their group was beamed up. There were heros standing by. Raven was ready to take a step, and she wanted to reach for Nightwing, but she hit the ground hard. She was now laying the ground out cold.

Nightwing sat next to Raven's bed. They had taken care of her and she would be alright but he was worried about Star. They wouldn't let him see her. They had whisked her off to another room and had anyone with any talent for the mind watching her. Nightwing had managed to get Batman to stay with her.

He sat up straight when he heard Raven's breathing change. When she woke up he leaned over to look at her. "How are you feeling?"

Raven looked around, in all honesty she expected to wake up alone. Or with some League person watching her not with Nightwing there. Seeing Nightwing there, meant that he wasn't allowed to be around Starfire. " I am sore" She said.

Dick stood up and looked around the room. It looked like everyone else had left the room. "Is there anything I can get you? Do?" He felt like wringing his hands but he didn't since it simply wasn't heroic looking.
