Bruce walked over to were the child was and sat on the floor in front of her. Hello dear. Have you been having fun with these nice people?"

Nightwing waited a moment to make sure Elizabeth was ok before walking over to Star. "Kory would you come with me for a moment."

Bruce smiled at the girl. "That's good." He looked up at Beast Boy. "Yes, the green one is a funny one. That is a very pretty name. When is your birthday?"

Nightwing led her down the hall and kept going. He finally reached the room that had been his favorite rooms. It was a small room that had a window that looked out at a tree. There were only two chairs and a bookcase in the room. He had spent a lot of time here as a child. He flopped down in one of the chairs and waved for Kory to take the other.

"Kory, I'm sorry. A lot has happened. I've learned a lot. And I don't think I can go forward with the wedding right now. I just need a little break. I need time to think." He stopped not knowing what else to say.

((that's fine. Pizza sounds really good now))

" My birthday is birthday is June 5th." She told him. " That's in three weeks" She said with a wide grin.



Raven blinked, she had almost forgotten. So it seemed that five years in almost a month would be six years. She would have to let Dick know that.


Kory stared in surprised, she hadn't expected that. " I-" She said. She felt like crying or running. " Well I understand" She said. She did but she didn't.

((decided to make a pizza lol))

"That is soon. Would you like to have a party? What gifts would you like? If your almost six that means you've started school right? Do you like it?

Dick wanted to go and hug Kory but he didn't want to upset her anymore. He really was doing great today. He had broken the hearts of the two women he had loved. "I'm sorry Kori. I just don't want to go to this wedding without knowing it is the right thing for both of us."

"Of course you can. You'll have to think of something really nice you want. That is true. I'm sure your going to learn a lot."

Nightwing knew he had hurt her even more. "Yes, we're done. If you want you can go home. Beast Boy and Cyborg can too. Now we just have to talk to the League."

Beast Boy watched Starfire run into the room, tell them they could go then run back out. He thought about running after her but he knew it would not help. "I'll stay here for a bit." He shifted to a dog and went to Elizabeth curling around her feet.

Batman watched Starfire leave. He had known what was going on in that room. But he knew that she was strong. "I'm glad to hear that hunny. Knowledge is power after all. Would you like to go play with Beast Boy?"

Nightwing watched Kori run out knowing he had probably just ruined anything they had. It would be best if he found somewhere else to stay. He could go get his stuff when he knew she was out. He slowly left the room and walked back towards the others. He walked into the room. "Call the League Bruce. Let's get this over with. It's been a long day."

Bruce got up to make the call.

Beast Boy ran around the room first running from her then after her.

Bruce came back from making the call and watched Elizabeth running around for a bit before saying anything. "The League is sending Flash, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Green Arrow. They will be here shortly. Everyone just had to gather then they will be teleported in."

Dick nodded then sat down to tired to do much else.

Beast Boy looked at Bruce waiting for permission to get on the couch then jumped up next to her.

Bruce sighed. There was going to be green hair everywhere.

Suddenly there was a flash and the Justice League memebers were suddenly in the room. Superman stepped forword and smiled at Bruce then turned to look at Nightwing. "Bruce said he need some members to come down. That there was some kind of family issue we needed to hear about. You didn't decide to leave the super hero business did you?"

Nightwing shook his head. "No, I couldn't leave you old heroes by yourself. But I think Raven should tell you guys."

The team looked over at Raven only then noticing the child sitting by a green dog.

Nightwing continued where she had left off. "Data kidnapped her and we rescued her. Data managed to escape us but we found her on the way here. The police have her now. Raven plans on raising the child and training her in her powers. I plan on helping her and train her in other skills." He paused and looked down before continuing. "And you guys no longer have to make time for my wedding. It has been canceled for now."

All of this was new to the League, minus Batman. They were happy to hear the problem had been solved. Superman addressed them both. "The League apperciates that you have taken care of the problem and that it was not Raven. I am happy to see your child. She is a darling one. As long as she is trained in her powers there should be no problems. Please keep us updated on how she is doing." He turned to face Nightwing. "I am sorry to hear about your wedding. I had thought you and Starfire would be happy together but it is probably best to work out this problem first." He turned to address the group again. "Are there any other problems or anything else we should know?"

Nightwing started to say no then changed his mind. "If the League or any of you need me don't call my base. Call my com link. But other then that no."

"In that case we should get back. Good luck to you both. I'll try to stop in sometime to see how it is going and to be introduced to you child when she is almost asleep." He turned to Bruce. "Bye Gramps." The team teleported away before anyone could say anything.

"Well that was quick. What are your plans now? Do you want to get back home now or will you spend the night here?"

Nightwing nodded before saying "I'll stay here. I'm going to bed. Being shot twice really wears a guy out. Night Gramps." He walked out before anything else was said.

Beast Boy shifted back. "Um... it is kind of late to fly back now and I am tired. Could I sleep here?

"Of course you can Raven. Your family now. Later I'll have permanent rooms set up for both of you just as Dick has. Yes you can spend the night Garfield. I'll show you the way now." Bruce stood up and lead them down hallways. Finally stopping a the end of the hall. "Raven you can have the room on the left. Elizabeth can have the room on the right. The end door leads to the bathroom." He pointed at a door back down the hallway a good five feet away on right. "You can have that room Beast Boy. There is a bathroom inside the room."

Beast Boy thanked Bruce and dove into the room before he could say his name again.

Nightwing had gotten to his room. He couldn't stand thinking a moment longer so he immeditaly went to bed.

Bruce smiled at being called grandpa by the little girl. He left to watch the city.

((going to bed, got to watch my taped Young Justice))

[[ Aw alright, well good night.]]

After Raven meditated, she climbed into the bed. She fell asleep, shortly after. She woke up around 10 the next morning.

Elizabeth had woken up shortly before her Mother, and walked around the place exploring.

Bruce had gotten up early and started making breakfast. When he heard the soft footsteps of a child he went to find her. He found her not to far from the bedrooms. "Morning Elizabeth. Breakfast is ready. Could you go wake up your mommy and Beast Boy for me? To get to the kitchen go down this hallway and turn right, the kitchen is the fifth door on the left." He went back to the kitchen to finish breakfast.

Nightwing had woken up from pain in his side and shoulder at six in the morning. He was getting stiff which would only make it worse. He spent the next several hours stretching and thinking. What was he supposed to do now. His team would be alright without him at least for awhile. He had taught several of the other members to use his computer system, if not as good as himself, well enough. He could stay here with Bruce but Batman didn't need him and it would cause problems with the new Robin. He could go to stay with Cyborg or Beast Boy's teams but he didn't want to push his way in or upset the team dynamics. And he didn't want to be too far from his daughter. He could set up in a house of his own but he would rather not set up a new base. He finally decided the best thing would be to ask Raven if he could move into the old tower at least for awhile.

He finished his stretches and back up his belongings. He had heard Bruce get up and start cooking. He left the room with his stuff and went into the kitchen. He found Bruce plating up food. Dick sat down in one of the chairs waiting for the others to show up.
