As they had finally touched down onto the planet. Riku continued to look out the window only to see that where they were landing had plenty of trees. Not so much a good thing to be walking around in a place like this. There was no doubt about it; going to be plenty of those heartless hiding within the trees. Heartless took all different forms depending on their surroundings, so considering that there were many trees. Some of the heartless might be jungle-typed. Making his way to the exit of the ship, Riku just jumped right on out with everyone else making sure to keep the pendant from falling off his neck. As soon as his feet had touched the ground, Riku could feel the soil feeling really different on this planet. Most of the time every planet had the same type of soil; it was mostly either rough or soft. But this one seemed to be rather different. In what kind of way, he couldn't even tell.

"I can smell Kai." she said turning to Kaito. "I also smell another presence with her" she added tilting her head. She bent to the ground and touched the soil. She closed her eyes and she could see Kai and her sister. "They are both headed this way she added. "Riku, Sora be prepared. There are lots of heartless here in this area as well" she said finally opening her eyes and standing up.

Kaito nodded when Kali mentioned Kai's scent. He could smell them too. He watched Kali as she used her sight seeing power to locate the heartless and Kai. It was a very useful power in times like this. "No sign of Yuuki" he sighed. But he knew if Kali saw Yuuki she would have said something. "She may be at the palace" he whispered to Kali who also was rather down about not seeing Yuuki in her vision.

When Kali had spoken up about the fact of her smelling Kai with someone else alongside her. Riku tilted his head slightly in confusion of who Kai was with at this point, if she was with someone; than that other person must've been an ally as well since why else would she be with another person at this point. All of a sudden though while he stood there curious about what to really do next beside go look for Kai than for Yuuki; hearing Kali speak up to both Riku and Sora about there being heartless around this area. He gave a little nod and looked around, for right now; he didn't see any heartless in the area just yet so there was no need to bring out his own keyblade yet.

Kai leapt into the area that Kali and Kaito were in and slid to a stop as her claws dug into the soil. Everyone was there from what she could see. Kai sat down and wagged her tail at everyone to say hello. Kuri had came into the clearing behind her, but she just stood there watching. Kai tilted her head at Kali and Kaito in an attempt to ask what they were going to do now. She felt odd staying in her wolf form trying to communicate with them so she shifted back into her human body. "I see you all made it safely," She said "Now that we are all together again how are we going to get to Yuuki?"

Kuri follwed her to the scent of the vampire. They were two of them and she was caution about her approach. She didn't want to cause a problem with them, but rather make them feel like they could trust her. Kuri watched Kai change back into her human form and decided to follow suit. Kuri didn't speak to anyone, but she waved slightly to say hello to the people around her.

Angel sensed presenses and smiled at the approaching challenge only sensing beings of not ally influence. She jumped to off to the ground it did feel kind of different, but not by much to her. Leon jumped down and had the same feeling as Riku must have.

Aerith looked out at the new world they had arrived in and was somewhat frightened by what she saw and felt. It was like the new world was calling out for help, but no one could hear it, but her. She didn't want to hear it so loudly, but most of all she didn't want to feel so alone in being able to hear this. "Come on Cloud I think everyone is waiting for us on the ground." Aerith said in a somewhat dull voice. She didn't like the feeling she was getting from the world around her, but she knew she wasn't going to back down from her promise to help. Aerith took a breath and tried to calm her growing tension and was somewhat successful with it.

Cloud looked at Aerith when he heard her speak. He nodded slightly. "Yeah. Let's go. Though you can stay on the ship if it would make you feel better." he told her. He would personally like for her to stay here, where she was safe. But he knew she wouldn't. That wouldn't be like her at all. He knew he would do whatever he could to keep her safe.

Angel went into the woods and climbed a tree to the top to see what she could see, which wasen't much really, most areas were dense with trees.

Aerith shook her head she knew it was something she would have to face and running away wouldn't help. "I wouldn't want to keep everyone waiting." She was able to form a faint smile to give to Cloud. She didn't want to make him worry about her anymore than she knew he would. "How exactly are we supposed to get down from here though?" Aerith asked as she looked over the railing. It was far too high for her to jump down on her own like the others had done.

"Kai" kali said with a warm smile. "Who is this? A friend? she asked glancing at the other guardian wolf with Kai. "We will need to go to the palace. I am sure that is where Yuuki went" she said firmly. She knew Yuuki went there because of the ship.

Kaito did not acknowledge the new girl. He did not like the vibes he got from her. Something was off with that girl, but he decided not to mention. He only turned and looked away. He clenched his sword close to him. He could smell the heartless, but he couldn't understand why they were not attacking.

Since the heartless are basically NPCs. Do we basically all control them whenever we want? @[email protected]))

Standing there with his arms crossed at this point, Riku just stayed silent as he watched how Kai and another female came out of the dark woods from out of no where. It wasn't exactly that shocking to see him jump out from the darkness like that, especially due to the fact that when he and Sora used to fight the heartless. Those heartless would just jump out from a random portal of darkness from the middle of the sky all the time anyway. If that wasn't the case, they would also come out of a small puddle of darkness as well. Slowly as he heard Kali speaking a bit about heading to the palace of that was where Yuuki probably was. He looked around the area only for a moment. "If we're going to go. We're going to need to head there immediately. Theres no doubt about it; their out there. I'm not sure if it's the pendant or what thats keeping them away. But whatever it is, I doubt it's going to keep them away for too long."

Aerith had heard Cloud's warning, but it still took her by suprise when he suddenly picked her up. She couldn't help but let out a tiny yelp when they began to fall to the ground. "Thank you" She said as she stumbled when Cloud set her back on her feet. She fell to ground because her feet would not hold her after the shock of the fall. She couldn't help but laugh a little at herself.

"This would be my sister Kuri. Don't mind her." Kai said. She didn't feel a need to go into details about her families past her and know so she just stopped and listened to Kali. "If we want to get to the palace we will need to find a way there that isn't a direct path. If we take the main road we won't make it, but if we stay out of sight then we have a chance."

Kuri smiled at the vampire trying to put some emotion in to it to make it seem real and sincere. "If you're looking to get to the palace there is only a few ways and the last time I heard they were all dangerous. There are wars raging at the moment and no one is going to let a vampire through their land easily." Kuri said trying to seem helpful.

Sora blinked a few times. He didn't know why, but it seemed that he was fading out more and more lately. He hit himself lightly on the head to focus himself better as he yawned. It must be the exhaustion from all the traveling he did way back when. It must finally be catching up to him. He looked around slowly and spotted Riku off in the distance. He went over to him quickly and came to a stop next to him. "Hey... Sorry I've been so out of it lately..." he muttered. He didn't know why, but he felt the strong urge to apologize. And who else should he apologize to than his best friend?

Kali listened to what Kai's sister was saying. "That is a good point, but then again the majority of this world is vampires now, and we shouldn't have much problems seeing how we are from the royal court" she said with a smile. but she did agree that the direct approach would be too dangerous. "Well Kai, you do know the forest better than anyone so I say you lead the way." she said touching Kai's shoulder. She then turned to Sora and the gang. "Well we don't have much time. Is everyone ready?" she asked a bit worried about the humans being here.

Kaito bent down and picked up some soil. "Yuuki was here!" he said when he put it up to his face and caught a faint sent of Yuuki. At the moment of saying her name he could sense the heartless stirring. "I think the heartless may attack soon, so lets get going" he added dropping the soil he had picked up.

"Thanks again." Aerith said as Cloud helped her to her feet. She looked around at the foreign world they had arrived in. It didn't look like it could be a horrible place, but like it had been run down to the state it was in now. It looked although it had the potential to be a beautiful place, but the feeling that she was getting from the area was not a friendly one. It was ominous and she didn't like it. "Come Cloud let's find the others." She didn't want to stay here in the open alone. Cloud was there and she knew that he would protect her, but she didnt like the feelings she was getting.

While standing there and listening to everyone speak with one another, Riku still had his arms crossed a bit as he tried to keep his attention mostly on the surrounding heartless. Just in case any of them tried to do some kind of sneak attack on one of them. The heartless always took different forms and shapes and they would always adapt to those new forms everytime. The last two things they all needed from the heartless was a vampire heartless or a ninja one. All of a sudden though while he waited for them all to get going to the palace, Riku jumped a bit from hearing a young male's voice come out of no where. Turning right around his eyes widened up a bit to see that it was Sora. He seemed to apologize for spacing out so much, but just shaking his head in return with a soft smile Riku just patted Sora's head lightly. "It's alright Sora. We just need to keep a watch out for those heartless. Stay on your guard." he warned looking around once more; Riku's own eyes widened up even more when he saw that a few of the smaller heartless were slowly approaching out of the darkness already. It had seemed that they were getting closer and closer to get ready for an attack. Though, attacking one of them now could end up being a bad thing since i could cause the rest of them to jump out of the shadows and attack all at once.

Kai listened to Kali as she exampled that most of the world was vampires. "Well while that may be true you're in the forest and that's not where you would normally find a vampire. If you do there is something wrong; this is where we Guardians live and vampires aren't welcomed lightly here." Kai exampled her reasons for wanting to continue with caution. "If we leave and travel through the forest around this area we can make it to palace in a few days if we don't run into trouble." Kai said as she noticed the creatures that were slowly closing in on them. They still had some time before leaving was an absolute must, but not much.

Kuri had sensed the presence that was closing in on them. She knew that if they stayed longer they would have problem on their hands, but it wasn't up to her wether or not they left. She couldn't just up in leave them or they would know she was up to something. Kuri listened to her sister talk and was annoyed that she wasn't saying they needed to leave now. Kuri knew the risk they all were about to take because traveling in a large group wasn't going to be easy to hide. They had a far greater chance of being spotted.

"Dear Kai. Don't worry about Kaito and I. We are very strong and powerful vampires. We can handle guardians of the forest no problem. Vampires run this world, and they have to respect the royal Vampire Family or they get punished. And seeing how we are from the royal court we shouldn't have much problems" she reminded Kali and the other guardian about the powerful influence the vampires had in this world. They have killed guardians before for being disobedient to the royal family.

Kaito chuckled at Kai's comment. He too has punished guardians before. "I'm more worried about vampires than i am of guardians" he said with a grin that showed teeth. Kai really didn't like guardians much for the fact they are disobedient, but not all of them were like that.

Sora nodded. There was no way he was going to let the Heartless get to him now. Not after everything he's been through. He blinked a few times, surprised that they were already here. He hoped that he didn't forget how to fight because of how much he's been spacing out. His attention flickered over to Riku, not knowing whether or not they should run or fight.

Kai smiled at Kaito and Kali, but she knew that her warning had gone through them without taking any impact. If they thought they were okay then she would let them be it wasn't her fault if they came to any harm because she had warned them. Not all Guardians were civilized there were some that were more like savage animals than anything in the world. They were the ones that were hardly seen by the outside world, but they were there. She knew that vampire rule was the power of the world, but that didn't mean that everyone followed it. She herself was raised to ignore their rules and customs and follow only the laws the Guardians had set. "Well then shall we leave?" Kai said looking around at everyone.

Kuri had to hold in the laughter that threaten to brust from her lips. 'Oh vampires are so full of themselves at times. I think I might enjoy this hunt far more than I thought.' Kuri thought to herself. She hadn't planned on her little hunt for her sister to turn into such a big game. This was far to much fun for her to pass on. "Lead the way little sister." Kuri said smiling at her sister.
