Nala ran into the den and sat Komu down. "Komu i told you not to leave the rock," She said. "But i was only wanting to have some fun," he said. "Well you had me worried sick. What were you thinking going intot he badlands," she said. "I didn't know you would get so worried," he said. "Well don't go back in there. There are things there that aren't good for you to be around," she said. "Yes moma," Komu said then sat down. He was sad that Nala had gotten angry with him. Nala sighed. "i am sorry for getting upset Komu, it's just that the badlands are no place for a cub," she said sternly. "Ok moma i wont go back," he said and nuzzled against her. They laid down and went to sleep.

Scar waited in the shadows. "Ok my sons, go get your friend" Ghost and Darkness ran up to the opening of the cave on pride rock. "Komu! Come out and play!" They said in unison.

Komu yawned and woke up. He carefully slipped out from under his moms arm without waking her and snuck out of the den. "Hi guys. My mom said i couldn't go back to the badlands. But we can still play," Komu said.

They both tackled Komu. Ghost and Darkness made as much noise as they could.

Nala heard the noise and woke up. She sighed when she saw Komu outside playing with the two cubs from earlier. She got up and walked to the entrance of the den. "Komu you can play a bit longer then you need to come in and eat supper," Nala said. "ok moma," Komu said.

"What's the matter, isn't family invited?" Scar emerged from the shadows.

Nala growled. "What are you doing here," she said.

"Do not tell me that you do not reconize your own nephews" Scar said looking over at Ghost and Darkness.

"i was talking to you," she growled.

"You can't kill me infront of my children. Look at how much fun they're having with their Cousin"

"take your children leave," she growled.

"No. They clearly want to play, and Komu enjoys their company. We are staying. Unless of course, you would sink to killing cubs"

"i know you didnt come here to let your children play. What do you want," she asked.

"Sanctuary. Allow me and my children to live here at pride rock"

"if i let you, how will i know you wont try attacking any of the lions," she said coldly.

"And place my own sons at risk? I'm not a fool"

Nala sighed. "Fine but don't cause an trouble," she said then went back into her den and laid down.

It was too perfect. Scar could return to pride rock, and Nala couldn't lay a paw on him. He layed down in the cave.

Komu pounced on Ghost.

Nala why are you trusting him not to attack anyone i should make him leave. No i am doing htis for Komu since he loves playing with ghost and darkness she thought to herself. She closed her eyes and tried going to sleep.

Darkness swatted Komu. "You're it!"

"not for long," Komu said and swatted at darkness.

Darkness smack Ghost. "I'm gonna getcha!" He went after both Darkness and Komu.

Stone emerged and his eyes went wide as he beheld scar. "what are you...?" he smiled. "doin g here."

"All in good time, my boy. All in good time" Scar replied.

Stone looked down and lay on his stomach he crawled through the dirt and pawed at scars tail. "I see you gained passage into pride rock quickly enough."
