"I guess that's what you call karma" Scar said.

"maybe. But how have you been able to raise them without a mother," she asked.

"Trial and error. They go out, and if they get hurt, they know not to do it again"

"well shouldnt you have watched them closer i mean after all there are some dangerous thing in the badlands." nala said.

"You have to be tough to survive in the badlands. I am merly teaching them how to overcome their enviorment"

"oh i see. Well it wont be dangerous raising them here," she said then laiid down and went to sleep.

"Does that mean we can stay here with Komu?" Ghost asked. "Yes, we can stay" Scar replied. "Yay!" The twins said in unison.

Komu yawned and woke up. She slide from under her moms paw and walke over toghost and darkness. "You two wanna play," he asked.

Darkness playfully smacked Komu. "Tag! You're it!"

Komu ran after darkness.

Ghost ran alongside Darkness.

"i'm gonna get you," komu said running faster.

Both Darkness and Ghost turned and stuck their tounges out at Komu.

Komu jumped and tackled darkness.

[i gots an idea. something bad happens and scar saves komu to try and get nala to trust him. but in reality he set up the attack]

Scar looked out the cave and gave the signal.

Komu thought he heard something and looked around.

Ghost and Darkness stopped. They heard a weird sound.

"What was that" he asked. He then heard growl and two jaguars stepped forward.

The twins screamed.

"loud little cubs arent you," one of them said. The other chuckled and walked behind them. Komu was scared. "i think they will make a good meal kali," he siad. "yes indeed," Kali said. The guy, Jason, chuckled and picked up omu by his scruff.

Scar jumped out in front of them and let out a thundering roar. "Drop the cub"

They looked at scar with fear in their eyes and hte jaguars dropped komu and ran. Komu still shook with fear though.

Scar patted Komu on the head. "Do not worry, you are safe now" "Daddy, your a hero!" The twins said in unison.
