"Yeah? And how long would that take? Not to mention we'd have to clear up the stink afterwards....and those people might try to come back as soon as the stench is cleared. Better off we kill someone and decorate some trees in their entrails. That would keep them away for at least several weeks." Still scowling, Hidan kicked at a rock on the ground and watched as it sailed over a few heads and then clunked some unfortunate on the head. He ignored the 'Ow!' and 'Who the hell did that?!' that came a second later. |
"That's true, but I'm getting really tired of getting banned from various Hot Springs, so we might as well just kick back and take it like a man." Mayu said sternly. She saw that they were almost by the Hot Springs. This and two other hot springs were the only ones that didn't ban the group yet. She decided to keep a good reputation while she still has the luxury to relax in a massive pool of hot water.

"Pfft." Hidan waved a hand carelessly. "Since when do we ever care about the bans? It's not like they could stop us...unless they send out an army or a pack of elite ninja. Doubt they'd do that for something as 'trivial' as some springs." He'd crashed a couple of banned springs before, and the relaxing-then-getting-up-and-starting-fights that took place were quite fun. |
Mayu sighed. "Jeez, you make this so difficult. I just want to relax in a hot pool without having to slit somebodies throat for once! It's annoying having to listen to constant complaints and screaming when all you want is to relax in silence! The missions have been stressful and the last thing I want to hear is the sound of intense screaming ringing in my eardrums!! IS THAT SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND??!!?!" she was practically yelling at the man now. Having to kill off random people for the sake of conveinience only takes up wasted time, energy and not to mention chakra. It seemed pointless to her seeing that if there was suddenly more space there would obviously be more people coming.

Hidan blinked a few times, somewhat surprised at the girl's sudden outburst. Waving his hands placatingly at her, he said, "Whoa, jeez, chill...while I could argue that by slitting their throats, you wouldn't have to worry about screaming, but since you're obviously in a PMSing mode, I'll just stop..." He sighed, and wondered if he could get the others to pay the owners to rope a section off for a bit of private area for them for a couple of hours. He really didn't like being too close to others, especially if it required physical contact. |
Mayu glared at the Janshinst. She sighed deeply to calm herself down. "Well I could respond by calling you an a** for ignorantly assuming that I was PMSing but I think I would much rather kick you in the balls and move on." she replied harshly as she crossed her arms. The closer they got, the more she wanted to relax in the water.

Smirking, Hidan jibed, "Hey, I said PMSing mode, wasn't actually implying you were PMSing, cuz, like, wouldn't that make heading to the springs a bit...awkward?" By now, they could see the steam in the air from the dense amount of pools everywhere. |
Mayu laughed at Hidans comment. "Haha, yeah it would." she punched his shoulder playfully, still grinning. She couldn't seen the scenery due to the steam but she could assume that they were a few steps away. From her position she could see a short line by the paying booth.

"Cra-...ab. Didn't know we have to pay to get in." Hidan nearly bit off his own tongue in his haste to correct the near slip-up. "I've only got like 50 ryus on me right now." He rummaged through his pockets and pulled out the measly amount of coins sitting on his palm. He looked up to check the price scrawled on the board tacked above the booth. It was 150 ryus a ticket for adults. "Maybe I should henge myself into a kid or something...they get in free." He muttered under his breath. |

Mayu took out her Rilakkuma wallet and looked inside. She shuffled through the empty candy wrappers and chewed up pen caps to find all the Ryo she had left. "I think I may have enough to pay for three people at most but one of you may have to use that Transformation jutsu to look like a kid or something for free entry." she told the group holding out her 400 ryo. |
Sai listened to the conversation and smiled a little despite herself. Although she didn't consider any of them as friends, she was surprised to find that she didn't mind this. Not that she wanted to do this sort of thing every day, but maybe... no. She still didn't need friends, and she couldn't stay in one place long. That's just not how things worked for her. "Well, I can pay for myself." She said easily, taking out a small bag hidden in her clothes. Well, it looked like she had enough.

Mayu nodded, "Okay. Here's 100 then." she passed some of the Ryo to Hidan. "I'll pay for myself." she grinned glad that she was able to save the rest of her money. She forgot why she offered to pay for everyone anyways.

Hidan happily accepted. He didn't really care for money, but free money was always welcome when he didn't feel like gate-crashing or stealing or henging, et cetera. "Well what're we waiting for? Let's get in! I call dibs to whichever pool that's free!" He said, fingering one of his extendable pikes in his pocket, thinking that even if there weren't any free pools left, he could just make sure there was one. |

Itachi shook his head at the two taking out his own money to pay for his entrance into the springs. Usually he would agree with Hidan and just force his way into one of the banned Hot Springs and chase all the others out, but he wasn't feeling like giving that about of effort today. |
Mayu snickered. "Yeah, if there is any.." she mumbled to Hidan before she walked off. "C'mon Sai, we gotta get changed before we get in the water." she directed her to the change room, holding her bag of clothes over her shoulder.

Sai looked over at Mayu and nodded, a small smile on her face. "Uh, yeah. Alright." She said making it clearly obvious that this wasn't something she did very often. She wasn't sure exactly what to do, so she just followed Mayu.

After tossing the money to the old geezer at the paying stand he went over to the male side of the changing rooms, quickly donning the swimming trunks. It only took him less than ten seconds to get changed, not having the process of taking off a shirt. Finished, he stuffed his bag into a locker, kept a pike in one of the pockets of his swimming gear, and strode out with a towel balanced on his head. He looked around at all the steamy pools, looking for a less-occupied one. The less people, the less time he would have to spend chasing them out. |
Mayu went into a private stall within the girls changerooms. She opened her bag of clothing and decided to wear the bikini instead of the t-shirt and shorts. 'Meh, why not?' she thought as she quickly changed into the Navy two-piece. She walked out of the stall and placed her items into a locker. Mayu sat on a bench near the locker and waited patiently for Sai. "You know what to do, right?" she asked putting her hair up in a ponytail.

Sai shook her head. "Not really. Usually I just travel from place to place. I perform a dance or two here and there to earn money." She looked down at her feet. "This is the first time I've been to a place like this." She answered honestly.

Mayu nodded. "Well, I'll explain briefly. Basically you change your clothes into whatever you're going to wear into the springs, then place what you took off-- including valuables into a locker of your choice." she pointed to the wall full of lockers. "Then when you're ready, we head off to the Hot Springs." she finished explaining. |
Sai looked at the lockers and thought about what Mayu had told her. "Alright. I think I understand." She went into another private stall to get changed. When she finally came out, she was wearing a bright red two-piece swimsuit. Her dancer's clothes were bundled up and she shoved the items into another locker. "Okay." Sai said as she put her hair up into a loose bun.

"Alright! To the Spring we go~!" she sang cheered happily, walking out of the change room. "Okay, which springs do you want to go in?" she turned to Sai. They stood onfront of numerous springs with signs of what number of they are. 'One to four..not bad.' she thought looking at all of them.

She looked around at the springs and shook her head. "It doesn't really matter to me." Sai answered, because it was true. She had no idea what people did here, or what they looked for in one of these hot springs. "I'll just follow you." Sai said.
