Lucia stopped a moment thinking.
What kind of kid can take on a thousand heartless and live!? SHe shook her head and followed behind Red XIII anxious to see what the Market looked like.
"Say, do you know of anyone that might need a mercenary? I have enough rounds to last me a few jobs, and if I can earn enough from Merc work, I can buy my ammunition when I get low." She blushed a bit and chuckled.
"This is just a scouting run...I really don't have the funds to get any right now."

Lucia cocked her head...so that's what all those little yellow things were.....they were the currency here. She smacked her forehead and rolled her eyes at her own stupidity.
"Thanks for telling me that Nanaki...I'll make sure to remember that the next time I see a few heartless around." She wondered what kind of work Leon could offer her...she would have to ask him once they got back.

Lucia grinned and rubbed her hands together.
"This is perfect." There was nothing to distract her from looking for exactly what she needed....well almost nothing, she leaned down next to Red XIII's ear and tugged.
"What's up, that's the second time I've caught that look on your face and it's not from smelling old freinds."

Lucia shook her head and crossed her arms, squatting now, and she stared.
"Nu uh, I'm not coming all the way here and then not finding out if they have what I need...now tell me what's got you so riled up."

Lucia hurried after him and glared at his back the whole way.
"Are you going to let me in on your little secret or am I going to have jerk it out of you!?" She hissed.
"Is it something about Valentine and Strife?"

Lucia cocked an eyebrow and gave Red a 'duh' look.
"And? That's the big secret? You could have let me know before." She went ahead of him and filtered through the assorted weapons and ammuntion that were on display.
"It's not like I'd have gone running after him-Uh yes, do you have any .20 rounds in stock?--and wanted to fight him...geeze, if anything I'll avoid him even more now.--Thank you, I'm glad to hear it."

"Wouldn't matter anyway, I'm not about to let myself be killed off before I've done what I've got to do here." She checked her pistol and the ammunition that was there and smiled seeing that it was right.
"If he wants to kill me he can get in line."

She smiled down at him handing the ammo back to the stor clerk.
"Yeah, I've still got to make sure that I'm not going to run into battle blindly...our next stop is armor." She headed outside and across the street to where she might find whatever accessories and the like were.

Lucia was completely enthralled.
"Oh you did it now." She warned Red. There was so many shiny...pretty...shiny...oh glinty....shinyshiny...did she mention shiny?
Lucia had completely forgotten her fasination with shiny objects, and she circled the store a few times before actually looking at anything she might use.

"KKKYYYAAAA!!!!" Lucia squealed in delight holding up a light armored chest peice.
"Awesome! I've defintely got to get a job now. This stuff is even better than what Rufus had!!" She turned pale at the price though.
"More expensive too...geh.." She quickly laid that peice aside filtering through the more cheaper variety.

"Maybe." She muttered turning out of the store before she became glued to one of the more shiny..and expensive items there.
"Well, I guess we'd better head back then huh?" She headed outside.

"We're back..." Lucia called as she came in sight of the house she'd been calling home for the last little while. Not really talking to those inside, but more to her bike she made her way to it and placed her face agianst the cold steel.
"Aww mommy missed you jes she did." She turned to the odd look she got and glared.
"You try having a ten speed and then having to hoof it for three weeks and see how you feel about machinery." She nodded firmly and decided since she was out there to do a little matience. Taking out her took belt Lucia slid down beside the kickstand and looked up into the gears.

"Eh, somewhat." She talked while she tinkered with the gears completely content to take the whole thing apart and put it back together again like she had her pistol.
"By the by Leon, what kind of jobs are available for a Mercenary around here? I can use a few rounds for jobs, but I've got to get paid before long."
