"Damn," Selena replied. "Just what we all need...."
Kaimiri thought for a moment. "No," he replied. "I have a feeling that Mr. Kaiba will be coming to us, which will make our job much easier." |
"I understand" Ashleigh said, "I do as am ordered when they arrive here."
"And the worse of it all is even if you break the enchantment, Kaimiri will keep using that power to turn Ashleigh into a dark angel" Ruby said, "we have to break that wristband from his wrist he put it on." |
"I see," Selena replied. "Damn, we got our work cut out for us."
Kaimiri smiledd. "Excellent," he said. |
"This might work to our advantage" Dark Ashleigh said, "may we request to have her trained up for when they arrive?"
"You got that right. Untill then, I keep working on Yugi to get him back to health, and finding out more about Ashleigh" Ruby said. |
"Good idea," Kaimiri replied. "Who do you suggest does the training?"
"Beware of her temper, that's for sure." Selena said. "She's got a bad one. A heart of gold, but a firey temper." |
"We can set up a training room" Dark Ashleigh suggested.
"Oh? How so?" Ruby asked, "I came on board when I noticed more people were loosing their shards." |
"It means she's really nice," Selena said "I think hearing about Mokuba's and Sho's deaths have gotten to her, to be honest." She shook her head. "I liked both of those kids too."
"I've already got several of those set up." Kaimiri replied. "My dear, would you be so kind as to begin the girl's training? There's a few things I have to look up." |
"Was there anytime that her rage caused harm?" Ruby asked.
"Sure. Come angel of darkness, we better train you up" Dark Ashleigh said. The angel obeyed. "I should get use to this" she said before taking Ashleigh to one of the training rooms. |
Selena nodded. "Many times. When she loses control of her temper, she loses control of her power as well. I can't tell you the number of times Ashleigh being pissed has made the entire building shake." She replied.

"Wow! That is huge. Another lesson to add to the list: learn to control your anger" Ruby sighed, "I got a lot of work cut out for myself. Luckly I'm smart and do what angels usually do: get the info before the death which for Ashleigh, well, it depends how this turns out."

"I just have one question," Selena said, "will Ashleigh be able to stay with us when she's an angel?"

"If she survives, she will be given a new heart and will stay with you, but if anything is wrong, we will return the body and she will be unable to return" Ruby replied.

"I see," Selena replied. "I hope that doesn't happen. I like Ashleigh; she's part of this off-the-wall group. And I'm not the only one who wants it to stay that way."

"So, where did you two meet?" Ruby asked, entering Selena's quarters.

"Duelist Kingdom," Selena replied. "I was competing. Ashleigh was a guest." And that's also where I first beat Trinad Lewis. She thought to herself.

"And you kept contact ever since and became best friends right?" Ruby asked, "I think I'm asking too many questions."

"You are." Selena replied. "And yes, we did."

Ruby nodded and yawned.
"I think I better stop asking them for now and wait till I get to spend time with Yugi" she replied. |
"Yeah," Selena said. She yawned as well. "I think that I'd better get some sleep too. And you, if you're feeling tired as well."

"Well, using a human form does have the humanristics...if that is a word" Ruby said.

Selena laughed. "I think you meant 'human characteristics'." She replied.

"Condiering that I haven't been to Earth in years, so this is actually my first mission" Ruby giggled.

"I see," Selena replied. "Just out of curiosity, how many years ago did you die?"

"About 5 years ago. That time was training and simulations and you aren't allowed to go down to Earth until....um....have you read Agent Angel before?" Ruby asked.

Selena shook her head. "Nope." She replied. "Never heard of it either."
