"I think he already knows about that, Rua." Ruka replied. "Captain Obvious..."

She's...summoning her ka?! Melhana thought. I'd better do the same, then. "I summon you, my ka! Chaos Command Magician!" The emerald-and-gold-clad mage materialized in front of Melhana, his staff raised towards Aki. I hope this doesn't turn into an all-out brawl...

A rose appeared before a dragon body was formed. Thorny vines came across, protecting it's mistress.
"Now get out or I will make you" Aki yelled.

Ruby chukled.
"Ok, Rua's scent is vanilla and Ruka's scent is mashmellows. These scents will indercate that your aura has been activate. Even fairies have aura. Yana! You need to activate your aura before anything else" she said.
"Got it" Yana said and a dark blue aura started to wrap around her body, with an scent of the ocean rising up.

"So cool!" Ruka said. "How long before we'll be able to do that?"

"Now that I've activated your auras, you can already." Yugi replied. "If you concentrate within yourself, you'll be able to feel something really warm. That's your magic power."

"Be careful what you wish for." Melhana said.

"Since this was the first step, you can activate your aura anytime you are in battle" Ruby said and waved her hand in the air. Simple targets hovered in the air.
"Now since your aura is activated, why not try and attack these targets?" she asked.

"GET OUT!!!" Aki cried and the now strong wind pushed Melhana and her ka out of the room.

"Melhana, are you all right?" Neferhenta asked.

Melhana regained her footing. She nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine." She replied. "Chaos Command Magician, distract her for me! I need to get in close."

"I'll try," Ruka said, concentrating her aura. She ended up hitting a lamp instead of a target.

"You pay for that" Ashleigh yelled.

By the time Melhana came back in, most of the room was coated with thorny vines. It was differcult for Melhana to get through. The calls for help from Aoi and Crow was muffled.

"I take it this would be Murphy's Law at work," Aoi grumbled. "Damn it...I can't get to my sword."

"Murphy's Law all right," Crow replied. "Rrrg....c'mon, just a little more...."

"What're you trying to do?" Aoi asked.

"I need to get to my deck."

She's gone beserk, Melhana thought. "Aki! Where are you in this mess?"

"Sorry!" Ruka called. She yelled as Rua let off with an all-out blast. "Rua! You're supposed to hit the targets! Not hit the targes as well as everything else in the room!"

Aka ran after he heard the comotion to see the whole room covered with vines.
"What happened here?" she asked.

Yana blasted Rua back.
"That was for blasting me without warning!" she said. Ruby sighed as Yugi facepalmed.
"This is going to be harder than I thought" Ruby said.

"Maybe we should take this outside...." Yugi sighed. "I have the feeling this is going to be a three-ring circus."

"Aki went beserk," Neferhenta replied. "Apparently she's trapped everyone in there in vines." She sniffed the air, and picked up the scent of mahogany wood. "That's Crow!"

"Hah! Got it!" Crow said triumphantly. He pulled the card from the top of his deck: Blackwing Dragon. His aura flared. "Here goes nothing...."

"I think that's a good idea" Yana said.
"Hey Yana, whatever you do, do not use any fairy dust on your mum. We don't want the spell to lift" Ruby said.
"I don't mind if the spell was cast again. It wasn't a full hour. I did some reasearch that it was suppose to work for an hour. If the person doesn't wake up, thats when they are truly dead" Ashleigh said. That made Yugi shiver.

Aki looked at Crow.
"What are you doing?" she asked.

"Snapping you out of it," Crow replied. I hope this works.... "I summon my ka...Blackwing Dragon!" The Signer mark on his arm flared up, and his card glowed white. Out of his aura came the familiar avian Signer Dragon. "Aki, please, listen to us! You're going beserk!"

Yugi shivered. "I don't know what I'd do if that happened..." He said.

"Yugi, call Crow and tell him to come over. We're recasting the spell tonight" Ashleigh said, making Yugi gasp in shock.

"Well, did you pester Aki about mage training" Aka asked. Melhana nodded, which a whack around the head occured.
"You idiot. If she doesn't want training, she doesn't want training. Remember what happened last time you did something that to Ashleigh? You went out of control. Aki suffered enough. She even lost her love of her life!" That is when Melhana froze. She didn't got told that Yusei passed away.

"Going beserk?" Aki asked, then remembered. When Yusei was there, he was able to help her to calm down.
"Aki, you have to calm down" she could hear his voice at the back of her head, "Please? Not for anyone else but me." And that is what Aki did.
"That's the girl" the voice continued, "You're doing it. Keep going." A bit by bit, the vines dismantaled and the dragon retreated.
"That's my girl. Remeber to control your power, don't let it control you. You're not the Black Rose Witch anymore."
Since Aki used up all of her strength, she collasped, letting the three that was outside to come indoors.
"Poor girl" Aka said, then look at Crow.
"Thanks" she said.

"I...didn't know...." Melhana said. "Now I can see why she went nuts." She shook her head. "But still....that powerful an aura.....Wow...."

Blackwing Dragon dissapeared, and the card stopped glowing. As did Crow's Signer mark. "No problem," Crow replied. "I just didn't want anyone to be hurt. I heard about what she was like before...before she met Yusei."

Aoi stepped over and knelt down next to the girl. "I'm just wondering...if she truly has the control over her power she said she has," she said. She looked up at Melhana. "Well, I think this confirms things."

Melhana nodded. Her ka dissapeared as well. "But still...she's got crazy power, mage or not."

"I think you're not the one to teach her Melhana" Aka said. Everyone looked at her.
"It's for her own safety" she added.

"Might be best for everyon'es safety," Melhana conceded. "Her aura's a different alignment than mine, too; that, and she's both a psychic and a mage. I'm only a mage."

"What?!" Yugi asked. "Ashleigh, why do you want that spell to be cast again?"

"Then who can teach her the basic to her without knowing it?" Aka asked.

"It's just a gut feeling. My darker half thinks that I'm still alive" Ashleigh said.

Yugi nodded. "I see," he said. "And you want to make sure that she believes you're dead."

Melhana tapped her finger against her lower lip. "I'm not sure. Aki's power is...unique. Her psychic and magic power are so tightly intertwined that they're essentially a fusion of the two." She said. "As far as I know, there's no one we know who has power like that...."

"Then what are we going to do with her?" Aka asked.

Ashleigh nodded.
"It's to be on the safe side" she said.

Melhana was silent for a few moments. "I...am not sure." She replied. "But...I did ask my dad one time the difference between a psychic and a mage, and if there's any similarities."

"And?" Crow asked.

"And he did say that there are psychics who can use their psychic power as if it were mages' power, but it's difficult." Melhana replied. "But I didn't ask about people who have both psychic and magic power, and both so tightly intertwined. Off the top of my head, I'd have to say another psychic would be the best person to train Aki."

Yugi nodded. "But why would you need both me and Crow to cast the spell?"

"Maybe she isn't a mage" Aki said, "a person who doesn't want to train as a mage isn't a mage. It's probaly her psychic powers which made her to summon her ka." She pointed at Aki's hair. The clip that was holding her fringe was now on the floor and her hair was all over the place.
"A mage will never be like this" she added.

"Don't you get it? Train Crow now, cast the spell tonight! Man you are slow to catch on" Ashleigh sighed then facepalmed.

Melhana nodded. "I've got no experience with psychic powers. Selena on the otherhand, does." She replied. "I just hope that Aki will react bettter to her than she did to me."

"Right," Yugi replied. Just then his phone pinged. "Huh. I just got a text from Melhana." He showed the message to Ashleigh.

Crow's summoned his ka. Looks like he mite b ready 4 adv. training.

"We could give it a shot, but how are we going to teach her to control her power without her realising it" Aka asked.

"What did it say?" Ashleigh asked, as the twins finally hit the targets.

"Good question," Melhana replied. "That's gonna take a brainstorming session with Selena tonight."

"Apparently Crow's managed to summon his ka," Yugi replied. "Next time we see him I'm going to have to test him and see if he's ready for advanced training." He sent a text off to Melhana, referring to Crow.

Aka nodded and placed Aki on her bed.

Yana took her vial of fairy dust. She gasped as the vial took the top off itself and just floating in the air.
"This is when you dance. Remember, the moves has to be delicate and moves clear" Ashleigh said, "and you have to have the vial in your hand at all times when using it."
"What moves should I do?" Yana asked.
"It's already inside of you" Ashleigh said, and demostrated. Her hands and feet was at one as she mimicked her dance with a steam of magic. At the end it showed the Eye of the Wadjat.
"Now you try" Ashleigh said.

Melhana's phone pinged. "Uh...Crow..." she said.

"Yeah?" Crow asked. Melhana showed him the message on her phone.

K. Send Crow over 4 training. Need 2 test 4 adv.

"What does he mean, he needs to test me for advance training?" Crow asked.

Melhana put her phone away. "It means he's going to see if you're ready for advance training." She said. "Normally the key indicator that a mage is ready for advance training is when they summon their ka--their soul in the form of a duel monster--for the first time. I've already tested Jack, since he summoned his ka in Kaimiri's dimention, and he's now going through advance training."

"So, Yugi's going to see if I can go through the same training as Jack?" Crow asked. "I'm not sure if I want that...."

Melhana raised an eyebrow. "Why's that?" She asked.

"I've heard Jack complain about your training for him." Crow replied.

"Don't worry; the advance training you'll be going to will be different from Jack's. That's how it is for everyone." Melhana replied.

"Rua! Aim!" Ruka protested. "You're just blasting the targets randomly! Aim at them!"
