"I hope so" Aki replied and shivered at the last time they had alcohol.
Ashleigh groaned as Yugi went back to HQ, and got her changed before placing her in bed. She doesn't look well at all. |
Yugi sat down on the edge of the bed and stroked Ashleigh's brow. "Ashleigh...what's happening to you?" He ased quietly.
"Yeah...that would turn out badly." Yusei said with a nervous laugh. After he said that the room erupted in applause as Melhana and Bakura entered. |
"The happy couple" Aki said.
Ashleigh groaned. She was getting way too hot as her temperature rose. |
Yusei nodded. "Yep." He replied. "With all that's happened, it's a really happy ending."

"Yeah" Aki said.
After placing a cool cloth on her head and a bucket of cold water next to the pair, Yugi held onto his wife's hand. Just when Jonouchi came in, trying to hunt the pair down. |
"There you are," Jonouchi said. "Selena, Honda and I have been looking everywhere for you two!" He saw Ashleigh on the bed. "What's wrong with her?"
"I don't know," Yugi replied. "I can't get her fever to go down." |
Then, like before, her body glowed her aura, which got the two wide-eyed. They looked at each other, then the girl, then back at each other.

"That was weird." Jonouchi said.
"Yeah," Yugi agreed. "I've got no idea what caused it though." |
After a while, the glow died down and the fever started to go down. Ashleigh slept peacefully, even though the fever stayed.

Yugi replaced the cool cloth on Ashleigh's forehead. "She's doing better now," he said. "But I think I should stay with her. I can try and be back later, if Ashleigh's feeling better."

Ashleigh's eyes fluttered then opened.
"Yugi, what's going on?" she asked weakly. |
"You passed out at the wedding celebration," Yugi replied. "You had a really high fever."

"Celebration? Ashleigh asked, "but I was with Mel and Bakura as well, away from there."

"Because we'd just signed the marraige certificate." Yugi said. "We were about to enter the ballroom when you fainted."

"Oh, I see" Ashleigh said, "so hot. Is there any spells to bring down fevers?"
|
"There's a few," Yugi said. "The one that I can think of would take your fever onto me, meaning I'd be the one out of commission. Either that or a regular healing spell."

"Regular healing spell please" Ashleigh replied.

Yugi nodded. He placed a hand over her chest and performed the spell. When he was done, he pulled his hand away. "There, that better?" He asked.

Ashleigh nodded.
"Anything else happened?" she asked, sitting up? |
"Other than Jonouchi coming looking for us, not much." Yugi replied. "Ready to go back?"

"Do you think I be able to cope?" Ashleigh asked.
|
Yugi nodded. "If you need to, you can draw from me." He replied.

"Then, in that case" Ashleigh said and slowly got up, "Lets go."

"Then let's get back to the chapel," Yugi said.
"I'm all for it," Jonouchi said. |
"Right" Ashleigh said, "I just hope I don't pass out though."
