"I thought so. You need to apologuise to her when we find her" Mahad said, "now lets go. It's best to find her and bring her back here. I don't care about the stone in the moment, all I care is about you."

Care about me my ass. Melhana thought, still keeping quiet. She didn't let up on the pressure on her arms.

Mahad grabbed her arm and before she even struggles out of her grasp, then landed into the crater that Ashleigh made earlier.
"Well, this is a start" he said. |
Melhana looked around. "Judging by the destruction, she's probably okay by now." She muttered. Or PMSing. She added inwardly.

"True but which direction did she go?" Mahad wondered, not noticing the cimmion secnt.

Melhana picked up on it right away. "You smell that?" She asked, she didn't even wait for an answer before taking off at full speed. Damn it! Why is it that whenever I get into these crazy situations, I don't have my halberd?!

Mahad threw Melhana her weapon.
"Come to think of it, yes I now can smell it" he replied. |
"That's Ashleigh's aura. It's got a cinnamon scent to it. Much like how mine smells like dragon's blood incense." She explained. "Makes it very easy to pick out what direction she went in."
Then she felt something...bad. She stopped immedeatly, nearly causing Mahado to bump into her. "Not good," she murmurred. ((And this is where we can show off their ka!)) |

"What do you mean?" he asked. Then a huge shadow creature came out of nowhere and entered the crater. "Ok, I see" he said. |
Melhana smirked. "And here I am without a weapon." She said. A biting cold washed over the two mages.
"Okay, I'm getting the feeling you're not here for a friendly round of Duel Monsters." She said. |
"Melhana, you're holding your weapon you idiot" Mahad growled.
Sometimes, she is blind to see things he thought. |
Melhana looked down. "How'd that happen? You teleported me out of Omega before I had it with me." She said. Before she got an answer, the shadow creature attacked.
"Shit!" She yelped, dodging. |
Mahad clicked his fingers and his wand appeared in his hand. He got ready to strike.
"Ready Mel?" he asked. |
"Hell no, but do I have a choice?" She asked, her aura igniting. The scent of dragon's blood incense filled the air.
The shadow creature attacked again. Melhana blocked with a sheild of solidified aura. "Screw you!" She shouted, sweeping the halberd across her body in a sweeping motion, a crimson crescent trailing behind it. It flung the creature back. |
Mahad pointed at the creature.
"BLACK MAGIC!" He yelled and it was a direct hit. "I think we better get going before it recovers for round two" he suggested. |
"I'm not complaining," Melhana said, heading off again at top speed.

Mahad followed untill both got back on the cimmon trail.
'Mel, can you hear me? I need your help and fast!' Aka cried. Following from that was a scream. |
"What was--" Melhana started, but she was cut off.
"You've got to be kidding me!" She shouted, seeing the black smoke throughout the trees. It could be only one thing. A Shadow Game. |
'Please hurry Melhana.....this was unexpected" Aka said.
"Somebody help me please" yelled a familiar voice. |
'Don't need to tell me twice.' Melhana replied, running headlong into the black mist. Without thinking, of course.
"Ashleigh!" She called. "What the hell's going on?" |
"Mel, I was so close, but this was unexpected" Ashleigh said, pointing to the exact same creature that already attacked both Mel and Mahad.
"I need to get past that thing then I can go on" she said, "The stone is not that far." |
Melhana blinked. "Stone?" She asked.

'The power stne I told you about' Aka said. Ashleigh blasted the creature pleanty of times but it didn't have any effect at all.
"I can't do this alone" she said. 'I got a good idea. Wind Ashleigh up. I know it's a risk but that's the only thing I can think' Aka said. |
'Nuh-uh. I'm not commiting suicide.' Melhana replied. She raised her halberd, pointing the blade towards the shadow creature.
"I summon you, my ka." She said quietly. Her aura flared, adding dragon's blood to the cinnamon scent in the air. It expanded, enough for two people. "Chaos Command Magician, blast it!" She ordered. |
'You got to.....' Aka started to say.
"I said to help me. NOT to take over" Ashleigh said as her aura began to flair up. 'I think you started without relizing it' Aka said. |
