Why is it nobody knows much about Max? Yusei thought. He pushed his musing aside for another time; some strange (albeit attractive) woman was in his room, and he'd like to know why. "What are you doing in my room, in the middle of the night?" He asked. |
"We have talked before Yusei, but not like this" she replied, her light green eyes met Yusei's dark blue eyes.

Yusei and the woman were both silent for several minutes. This is awkward. He thought. The woman's stare felt like she was looking through him, right into his soul. Despite the fact he was in his pajamas (well, the bottoms at least), he suddenly felt completely naked. He tried edging away, but forgot about one thing; he was in bed. He fell backwards off the side of his bed, onto the floor, flat on his back.

"Oh great, we have another comedian" the woman was trying to say but fell into pits of laughter.
I haven't laughed like this before she thought as she recovered. |
"Ow," Yusei muttered, picking himself up off the floor. "What's so funny?"

"Sorry, I couldn't help it" she replied.

Yusei sighed. He wasn't about to try and figure out what was going on in this woman's mind.
*** "I'd better scat," Selena told the other women. "I don't want my 'boss' to find out I'm gone." *** "Is everything in place?" A shadowy figure said, back at the Orechalcos HQ. "Yes," Another one hissed. "It won't be long before Yusei Fudo falls to darkness." |
"That's ok, we eed to practice another song and I think that we don't need the piano for this" Aka mindlinked Selena.
"Anyway. I heard what's going on with you and I think I should warn you about it" the woman replied. |
"But there's one little snarl in our plan," Another said.
"What?" The leader demanded. "Princess Amanda. She's trying to delay us." The other one replied. *** 'All right. I'll see you at the tournament then.' Selena replied, then left. *** "Warn me about what?" Yusei asked. |
"I can finally detect it. Sadly, the other main duelists has fallen once into the darkness and I'm afraid that it will happen to you. I might be able to reverse it but when the darkness goes out controll and I leave it too late, you be lost in the darkness" the Princess replied, still not telling Yusei who she was.

'Main Duelists'? What's she talking about? Yusei thought. To tell the truth, he was a little freaked out at the prediction. He shook the feeling off. "Thanks for the offer, but I think I can handle whatever comes my way."

"Ok, but remember, if you cange your mind and want to break free from the dark bondage, let me know. A bit of DMW Rehab won't hurt" and she smiled.

"I'll remember that," Yusei said.
*** Selena reappeared in her quarters in the Orechalcos HQ. Her phone went off. "Who is it?" She asked, already knowing the answer. |
"It's Max. Apparently, somebody is with Yusei but we don't know who or where the person comes from. Please report back to HQ. I want you to investigate who it is and prepare yourself. The riot is approtching fast which leads me to my next question. Where has Ashleigh gone?" asked the caller.

"I've got no idea, Boss." Selena replied. "But what's happening with Yusei? He was really weak the last time I saw him. And wasn't the original plan for me to meet the raid party here?"

"The plan has changed. We want all party met here. I have to reverse the powers you were given during the time you have been sent there. But for Yusei's sake, I do not know" Max replied.

"Got it." Selena replied. I just hope that Yusei will be all right. I've seen two excellent Duelists fall to darkness, I don't want to see that same fate happen to Yusei.

"Can you please come over ASAP? Tell them that you are hunting for a next victim" Max said, "And please hurry"

"Right," Selena replied. She hung up, then dialed her 'master'. "Yes, it's Tsuki Kuro. I'm hunting for my next victim. Yes, the head of Kaiba Corporation--Seto Kaiba." She hung up on him without another word.
I hope Max isn't trying to rush all this. Selena thought as she pulled on her trenchcoat and headed out. |
Meanwhile, in Yusei's room A shadow of a warrior appeared on the wall.
"We have been spotted. We have to go" he said, a voice sounded awfully like Atem's voice. "Damnit!" she said and turned to Yusei. "I have to go. Try and stay in the light as long as you can" she said. And in a blink of an eye, she was gone. |
Stay in the light? What's she talking about? Yusei thought.
*** Selena fired up her Harley and headed straight towards Omega Federation's HQ. What's got Max worked up? Why's she having the raid party getting together early, me included? *** 'Did nyou get the message through?' Yugi asked as Atem opened his eyes. While he was still in spirit form at the moment, he didn't like the feel of what was going on. |
Atem looked up at the celing, ignoring what Yugi has said.
I can't stop feeling but, Yusei is going to follow what I did, but ten times worse than before he thought, being careful not letting Yugi hearing it. |
Yugi waved his hand in front of Atem's face. "Are you in there?" He asked.
*** Selena knocked before entering the room. "I'm here," She said. "About time, Sakura." Kaiba said. Selena wasted no time in flipping him off. "Whatever you're about to say Kaiba, shove it." She replied. |
Kaiba smirked.
"I hope it's something relating to the riot because I got armed with my dragon again" he said. A card with a dragon was printed on it was lying on the table. Fang of Critus it read. "Huh, what? Sorry did you say something?" Atem asked as a kind of an answer. |
