"That's insane, Lee." Matthew murmured against her lips. "I've always wanted you. Maybe you were blind just like I was for those two years you liked me." He teased as his lips moved to Leane's jaw.

"Or maybe your so called hints were crappy and confusing so I didn't get them," Leane teased as she leaned into his kisses, her leg wrapping around his as her toes lightly brushed against his ankle as they pulled up his pant leg and slid down his sock.

"I think I'll just blame it on being oblivious." Matthew teased as he ran kisses along Leane's neck and across her shoulder. "It makes me sound better." He laughed softly against her skin before moving back to her lips.

Leane laughed as she eagerly returned his kisses. "And we mustn't have you sound incompetent at flirting and getting your intentions across," she teasingly murmured against his lips. "I love you, Matt, despite your inability to get your intentions across."

"I love you too, Leane." Matthew smiled against her lips before giving her a long kiss. "Are you sure about this? I mean, here? Is this what you want, Lee?" Matthew asked as he rested his forehead against Leane's.

"If you want me, I won't say no. I can wait if you want, Matt. I've waited for you for years, what's a few more hours or a few more days going to hurt? Whenever you're ready, wherever you wish to take me, I'll follow you without hesitation. If you want this, then I do," Leane said softly as she lightly caressed his cheek and looked into his eyes to show that she was serious, and not teasing him, "I love you Matt, forever. Are you sure you want this? That you want me? That you're ready?"

"I'm sure that I want you Leane." Matthew smimled as he leaned into Leane's palm. "But I want our first time to be everything you want it to be." He said softly, a small blush on his cheeks. "I want things to be perfect for you."

"What about what you want Matt? What you want matters as well," Leane said softly as she arched her neck to place a tender kiss upon his lips. "As long as I'm with you, I have everything I want and everything will be perfect. But what about you? Is making love in the grass on the banks of the lake where you want our first time to be? There's always the Room of Requirements if you prefer," Leane suggested between kisses.

"I don't want anyone to interrupt us." Matthew murmured against Leane's lips as one of his fingers looped around the waist line of Leane's under and tugged lightly to the side. "I'm sure no first year would be pleased to find us when they just wanted a small walk around the lake." He grinned slightly. "How about we go else where?" He offered as he reluctantly handed Leane's shirt to her.

Slipping on her cami, Leane stood up and walked over to her clothes. After putting on her skirt, Leane picked up her jacket as she slipped on her shoes and smiled over at Matt. Putting on her jacket, she placed a tender kiss upon his lips. "Room of Requirements it is," she murmured softly against his lips as she wrapped her arms around his neck and leaned against him, deepening the kiss as her tongue slipped between his lips to caress his own.

Matthew sighed, not from the kiss, but from having to walk all the way to the Room of Requirements to be with Leane when he needed her so desperately. Wrpaping his arms around Leane's waist, Matthew lifted her from the ground to eagerly return her kiss. "To the Room of Requirements." Matthew said, somewhat nervously, as he wrapped his arms around Leane's waist and led her from the grounds and into the castle.

Noting his nervous tone and facial features, Leane looked up at Matt as she bit her lower lip, "Matt? Are you sure about this? Are you sure this is what you want? Surely you must know I'm not only after that, and that we don't have to if you're not ready to.. I love you Matt, and I don't want it to seem like you have to if this isn't what you want.."

"I'm ready, Leane." Matthew assured her as he paused to give her a soft kiss. "I just want everything to be perfect for you." He added quietly, nervously, as they walked to the Room of Requirements.

Walking past the room three times, Matthew led Leane inside to see an exact replica of the cabin where the group had enjoyed so many summer breaks growing up. No matter where in the world each child was, they would always meet for a week or two during the summer so they'd never lose touch. The room had become the small room where Leane and Matt had shared a small kiss before they were even old enough to know what kissing meant. The room was relatively small and had only a small bed in one corner with a fireplace against the opposite wall where a large fur rug stretched out in front of it. A wizard chess set was placed in the room next to a worn couch where Matt had spent many nights when he didn't feel up to walking to his own room.

"I thought this would be best." Matthew stammered nervously as memories over took him, the summer he realized he loved Leane, the night he'd snuck into the room with Leane when she was too scared to sleep in her own room and the days he'd spent with Ben and Jack who would stretch out on the floor in front of the fire to keep warm in the chilly nights.

Leane smiled as she took of her jacket, put it on the small stand beside the door, and slid of her shoes. Running her fingers along the table that held the chess set, Leane couldn't help but laugh softly as she remembered the countless times she'd beat Josh at Wizard's Chess, and the countless times Nashita has beaten her at the game.

"So many memories here.. I hate that we weren't able to spend a lot of time here this summer," Leane said softly as she meandered over to the fireplace, which had a blazing fire in it, and let the fur carpet practically absorb her feet as she curled her toes in it.

"Remember our first kiss?" she asked as she looked back at Matt with a smile, "And all those nights we innocently shared the same bed when I was upset over Josh being vile or when I was too scared of the noises coming from outside my window?"

"I remember." Matthew laughed softly as he took off his own shoes and walked over to Leane, taking her hands in his. "Too bad I was too young to really appreciate it." He teased, giving her forehead a soft kiss. "I know its not the same thing but I thought it'd be right to be here. Not that that statement made any sense." He said, shaking his head before givng Leane a tender kiss.

Leane smiled as she closed the gap between them and linked their fingers together, "It makes perfect sense. We had a lot of firsts together here, a lot of memories we share. Adding one more to the cottage, one such as this, is more romantic that I could ever have dreamed. I love you," she murmured softly against his lips before wrapping her free arm around his neck, her hand sliding into his hair, as she placed a long, soft, gentle kiss upon his lips, "I love you so very much."

"I love you too, Leane." Matthew said, keeping the fact that he'd realized he loved Leane in that very room to himself as he continued to kiss her. Twisting one of his hands in her hair, Matthew pressed Leane against them so that they're bodies were perfectly molded together. Tracing the line of her jaw with one hand, Matthew placed kisses along where his fingers had been as he watched the fireplace light Leane's skin with orange. "I'm so incredibly in love with you." He told her gently as he wrapped his arms around her and buried his face at the base of Leane's neck where he left soft kisses.

Arching her neck towards his kisses, Leane's nails lightly dug into his waist as she pulled him closer. Sliding her hand under the hem of his shirt, Leane lightly caressed his back and side as she brought his lips back to hers. "I feel the exact same way about you..," she whispered against his lips between tender kisses, her tongue slipping between his lips to lightly caress his own as she led him away from the fireplace and to the bed in the corner of the room.

As they walked, her lips never left his as the memories of them sharing that very bed together when she needed someone to comfort her and talk to all hours of the night flooded through her thoughts. Who would have thought that that same bed would also hold the memory of their first time along with every other "first" memory they shared.

Matthew smiled warmly as he lifted Leane from the floor and laid her gently on the bed, glad that he'd chosen that room to be with her.

Matthew broke their kiss for only a second as he lifted the cami she wore and tossed it to the floor beside the bed as his fingers ran over her smooth skin.

.

Leane smiled as a shudder went through her body at his touch. Slipping her fingertips beneath the hem of his shirt, Leane left light kisses from his abdomen to his neck as she lifted the shirt over his head and let it fall to the floor. As her lips left a trail of kisses from his neck to his earlobe, Leane whispered softly, "I love you Matthew Sommers. Forever," she whispered in his ear before placing a light kiss upon his earlobe, nibbling it gently before placing another kiss upon it, her tongue lightly caressing it's tip. Moving her lips back to his jaw, Leane made her way back to his lips as her fingernails lightly dug into Matt's back and neck, "I love you so much."

"I love you too, Leane." Matthew murmured softly before pausing to give her a deep kiss. "Forever." He promised as he pulled Leane against him and caressed the smooth skin of her curves before removing her skirt so that she was dressed the same as she was at the lake.

Matthew laid Leane back against the bed as he trailed kisses down Leane's neck and to her stomach where he left long kisses against her skin before coming back to her lips.

"Last chance to back out, are you sure I'm what you want?" she whispered teasingly against his lips between kisses, her breathing quickening from the passion of their kisses and the feelings that were bubbling up inside her from his touch. As she spoke, her hands slid behind her back as she arched towards him to unhook her bra, one of her straps falling down from her shoulder.

"I'm not going anywhere, Leane." Matthew smiled as he took her bra in his hands and dropped it to the floor. "I love you." He whispered gently as he removed the rest of their clothing and took out the small box of condoms he'd asked for in the room, the only difference from the room in the cabin.

Slipping beneath the sheets of the familiar bed, Matthew made love to his best friend and true love as the fire raged in the opposite corner.

Smiling, Leane snuggled closer to Matt and placed light kisses upon his neck. "I love you," she murmured softly against his skin between kisses as she draped her arm across his abdomen. Resting her cheek on his chest, Leane placed a light kiss upon his chest before closing her eyes, her leg draping over his lightly as she snuggled closer to his side.

"I love you too, Leane." Matthew smiled as he ran his fingers the length of Leane's back as he looked up at the ceiling. Placing a light kiss in Leane's hair, Matthew wrapped his other arm around Leane and curled closer to her.
