Belle laughed a little. "Gotta love pop-culture references." She shook her head, propping herself up on her elbows. "I love this movie sometimes."
"This movie's cheese factor is through the roof," Andy said. "To the point it's a little overwhelming."
"I know. But Disney is making fun of itself, and its other movies. How often do you get to see that?" Belle grinned.
"Very true," Andy conceeded. "It is amusing in that respect."
Belle grinned, amused. "And this is why I like this movie."
"I doubt it will ever be one of my favorites," Andy replied. "I like The Princess and the Frog better. But you know what the higher-ups have started streaming us? Claymore." She grinned. "I love Claymore, and I don't know why."
Belle laughed quietly. "I haven't heard of it, but if you love it then I expect it's good."
"I read probably twenty volumes of it, back on the outside," Andy replied. "It's kind of like what would happen if a feminist got her hands on Saiyuki." She figured Saiyuki was popular enough that Belle would have at least heard of it. "Clare is badass, and I almost want one."
"Ah yes, that sounds like fun," Belle said with a grin. "I loved Saiyuki. It was always so much fun."
"Yeah it was," Andy agreed. "I wouldn't want any of them, though. It would just be a Bad Idea all around."
"Yea, I know. It might be fun to have a Goku." Belle grinned.
"Not me," Andy said. "I don't think I'd be able to handle having any of them around, not with my group."
"Yeah, it wouldn't be such a good idea," Belle admitted. "But it might be funny. For a little while."
"A very little while," Andy said. "Small doses."
Belle chuckled and shook her head. "I think my boys would be very upset, though."
"Saiyuki is one of those ones that's fun in theory," Andy said. "At least for me. Not so great having one of them around, but okay in theory."
"And great to read. Very great to read." Belle smiled.
"Wonderful to read," Andy agreed.
Belle nodded, letting out a sigh. "Maybe if there's nothing to do tomorrow we should just sit around and read and exchange books and things."
"I like that plan," Andy agreed. She grinned. "I'm going to make you start reading some of my favorite books."
"Same here. I have this one book that you must read. It never fails to cheer me up. Never." Belle smiled fondly.
"Oh?" Andy asked. It intrigued her. "Which book?"
"Howl's Moving Castle." Belle smiled fondly. "One of the greatest books ever."
"Oh I've read that!" Andy said. "My approximate reaction to the movie was 'what is this magical thing?' so I went out and found the book to see what the hell was supposed to be going on." She grinned. "Calcifer was still awesome."
"Calcifer was awesome. I thought Howl in the book was better than the movie, though." Belle shrugged a little.
