Just then Kiara's stomach growled and she cursed it silently.
"Breakfast it is then." She sighed before looking longingly at her bed before following Raina out of the room.

Raina ran into Shirley on her way down to breakfast. She was holding something in her hand, and was very red in the face.
"Oh, I'm sorry!" she said when she bumped into Raina.
"Don't mention it, it was probably my fault," she replied. "I was too busy thinking about Lelouch."
"You..." Shirley went bright red. "Can I talk to you, Raina? Alone?" She glanced at Kiara.

Kiara got the hint and nodded her head in understanding. When Shirley's back was turned she faced Raina and mouthed 'have fun' to her friend while smirking.

Raina gave Kiara a thumbs up without Shirley noticing.
"Raina!" said Shirley, still red in the face.
"Yes?"
"Do you... do you love Lulu?"
"I would have thought the answer was obvious," said Raina gravely.
"You mean..."
"Yes."
"You -"
"-am secretly dating him, yes."

(I am cackling at the screen right now. VERY nicely done)

"Hi Kallen," Kiara said, greeting the red head as she caught up to the other black knight in the hall.
"Hello Kiara," Kallen said, smiling at her. Kallen then frowned. "Where's Raina? Has she got a hang over again?"
"No," Kiara said, smirking. "She and shirley are just having a little talk."
Kallen looked at her strangely but didn't comment and Kiara didn't elaborate.

Shirley clutched the pieces of paper she was holding and looked like she was about to burst into tears. Raina glanced at what she was holding. They were tickets for a concert. Things slotted into place, as she realised that she had meant to ask Lelouch out for the concert.
"Well, since you know about our relationship now, you may as well know" sighed Raina. "We're going out to this really amazing concert tonight together - Lelouch got tickets ages ago. And we've made it to third base, and -"
She finished as Shirley ran away, trying desperately to stop the tears flowing.
Trying just as desperately to avoid laughing, Raina rejoined Kallen and Kiara.

"You look like you had fun," Kiara commented as Raina joined her and Kallen. "Either you just got an Ulquiorra plushie or you made Shirley cry. How'd you do it this time? I want details!"

"OK, sure," said Raina, helping herself to some breakfast. Between mouthfuls of cereal, she told them about her whole conversation with Shirley.

"You'd better tell Lelouch waht you did," Kiara said mildly, spreading some fudge sauce over her pancakes. "He's not gunna be hapy with you ya know. Either that or he'll thank you for getting the Inoue clone off his back."

"He won't mind," said Raina innocently. "I don't see why I have to tell him. I mean, it's not like Shirley's going to tell him, she's too upset and embarrassed about it."

(How can you NOT love toying with her? It's so much fun!)

"Fair enough." Kiara said, taking a bit out of her pancakes. "Just don't be surprised if it comes back to bit you in the ass later." She had a feeling that Raina was ignoring her so she just went back to eating her breakfast.

After classes, that day, Raina wandered into the Student Council room. Shirley was in there, her eyes red.
"Hey, Shirley," said Raina gently. "Look, I'm sorry about what I said earlier. It was a lie, myself and Lelouch aren't actually dating."
"Y-you're not?" sniffed Shirley.
"No, there is no love at all between him and me. We're just sleeping together."

Kiara had followed Raina ahd was having a hard time controling her laughter at the sight of Shirley's shocked expression.
'This,' she thought. 'Is WAY better than TV!'

Shirley's face instantly went red again. "You and him..."
Raina's expression remained grave, but she knew she couldn't keep it up for much longer. "Yes, we're casually having sex."
"Who is?" asked Milly, coming into the room.
"Urahara and Yoruichi," said Raina. "I was just telling Shirley that I bet the two of them are in a relationship."

Kiara breathed a silent sigh of relief as Raina quickly came up with a cover story. The last thing they wanted for for Milly of all people to find out about this little story. It would be all over the school in about five seconds! Kiara decided to join in to make this seem more believable.
"I have to agree with that," she said. "They're really close. And it would explain who Soi Fon is still so jealous of Urahara after all."

"Soi Fon was jealous of Urahara before Yoruichi even left Soul Society," said Lelouch, joining them. "After all, Yoruichi put him, the 3rd seat, forward to be the new 12th squad captain instead of her, the vice-captain. And she always hated him when they were in squad 2 together because of his lifestyle."
"True enough," said Raina. "But I still think Yoruichi and him are a couple. Right Shirley?"
Shirley was in no condition to speak.

"Either way we all agree that Soi Fon was jealous and that they're together," Kiara stated with finality. "It's so obvious. It's a much better pairing than Ichigo/Inoue. I can't stand that pairing!"
"Why not?" Shirley asked timidly.
"She's no where near good enough for Ichigo," Kiara said as if it were obvious.
"But she cares about him so much!"
Kiara scowled at Shirley in annoyance. There was no saving this girl, she was completely lost. She wondered idly if Shirley had been knocked unconcious a few too many times when she was younger but then dismissed it. Stupidity like this was definitely genetic; the girl had been doomed from the start.

"Ichigo may be dumb sometimes but he's not a moron," put in Raina. "Who in their right mind would go out with Inoue when they could go out with Rukia instead? Or even Hichigo, that pairing's not bad either."
"But Hichigo's male!" gasped Shirley.
She was a homophobe too?!

"Very true," Kiara continued. "Hichi/Ichi isn't bad, definitely better than Ichi/Hime. There isn't really a girl good enough for Ulquiorra, that's one good reason to hate the Ulqui-hime pairing. Grim/Ulqui isn't too bad."
"B-but..." Shirley stammered. "Ulquiorra learns about feelings from Orihime!"
Kiara gave the idiotic Inoue-look-alike a look although Shirley was too busy ranting about Ulquiorra/Inoue and Ichigo/Inoue to notice.

Hearing an argument in favour of UlquiHime, Raina, was too angry to speak. She had to desperately attempt to refrain from wringing Shirley's neck. Lelouch out a hand on her shoulder and at first she thought he was helping to restrain her, but then he slipped a scrap of paper into her pocket.
Raina knew without looking that the paper was blank. It was their code for "there's a meeting tonight".

As Kiara restrained Raina (while barely restraining herself) she noticed Lelouch. Normally he wouldn't get involved so she knew that something was up. She didn't see him pass the piece of paper to Raina but she knew that he'd done something. She smirked at Shirley as the girls' eyes fixed solely on Lelouch.
"Pst," she whispered in Raina's ear. "You can use this."

"President, where's that paperwork you wanted me to do?" asked Lelouch, stepping away from Raina.
"Right there, I'll help you carry it through," said Milly, pointing to two huge stacks of paper. Lelouch groaned, and the two of them left the room, leaving Raina alone with Kiara and Shirley.
Raina sat down, sighing. "Lelouch is seriously smothering me now. Can't I have one night free?" She picked the blank piece of paper out of her pocket and pretended to read it.

Kiara looked at the paper and got the message loud and clear. Shirley was too far away to see the paper and besides, she wasn't even looking at it. She was staring wide eyed at Raina. Kiara fought back the laughter that threatened to burst out of her.
"Just remember to be safe," she advised, barely stopping herself from choking on her own words. SHe was shaking and quickly leaned against the wall in her usual spot to try and make it less noticeable.

"Don't worry, I always am," said Raina holding up her bag and shaking it so that everyone could hear things moving around inside. It was just books and things needed for school, of course, but Shirley didn't know that. "Care to join us this time, Kiara?"
Shirley almost fainted.

Kiara was having trouble breathing she was laughing so hard. Shirley hadn't noticed yet and no one else knew what they were talking about so they just stared stupidly.
After managing to regain a little control she straightened and tapped her chin as if in thought.
"Hmm...maybe next time. I'm a little busy tonight unfortunately." She sighed dramatically.
"What are you three talking about?" Milly asked, coming back into the room with Lelouch right behind her.
"Nothing much," Kiara said casually. "Isn't that right Raina? Shirley?"
