Kiara fought not to sweatdrop as she heard Raina mutter Ken-chan in her sleep but then winced and quickly covered her ears as Raina shot out of bed yelling about Kyoto.
"Ya don't say," she said sarcastically, rubbing her wounded eardrums. "Now, if you're done hurting my poor ears, you'd better get dressed since we've gotta leave soon."

"OK... sorry," said Raina, grabbing her clothes, and all the things she'd packed the day before. She ran a brush through her hair and was ready to go.
"Kyotoooooooo!"

Kiara rolled her eyes at her friend's enthusiasm before grabbing her own bag. They quickly met up with Kallen and made their way to the black Knight headquarters and changed into their uniforms. Kiara thought for a moment before she shrugged and added her black trehcn coat-haori to the outfit. It looked good. She added her vizor adn she was ready to go. She turned to Raina and Kallen.
"You guys ready to head to Kyoto?" she asked. She was excited despite herself.

"I am indeed!" said Raina. "We're getting a car right?"
"It should be arriving soon," said Ougi.

Pretty soon they were all piled into the vehicle that would take them to Kyoto. As planned C.C. was in Lelouch's Zero costuime and it was up to Raina and Kiara to make sure that no one had the chance to talk to 'Zero'. With all Raina's tricks Kiara figured this would be easy for the purple haired girl.

"So Zero," said Tamaki. "If I'm not in charge of the money, what do I do now?"
"Nothing," put in Raina.
"Huh?! I wasn't talking to you!"
"You're not worthy of being in charge of anything if you don't wash your hair properly," said Raina. "It's all horrible and greasy. We're heroes of justice. Heroes of justice don't do horrible and greasy."
"What? It is not!"

Kiara snickered at Raina's comment. It was the truth after all and it was a good distraction. She glanced at C.C. and nodded her head slightly. Kallen was sitting beside her and gave her a confused look but Kiara just smiled at her before starting up a random conversation about bleach, it was a good distraction.

Ougi sighed and looked at the window (it was blackened so they couldn't see out) while Tamaki argued with Raina. She normally wouldn't drag out a boring conversation this long, but she needed to, in case he started talking to C.C./Zero.
Suddenly, the car they were in jolted upwards.
"Up? We're going up?!" exclaimed Tamaki.

"No duh," Kiara said sarcastically to Tanaki. He glared at her and she just raised an eyebrow before making a 'zip it,' gesture. He scowled more before turning from her in a huff and she smirked. At least he'd finally shut up. She glanced at Kallen and then Raina.
'Show time,' she thought.

They were led out of the car. They were already inside a large building, and they were then led through the corridors. Once they came into a large, open room, Tamaki rushed to the window. "Woah! We're in the Fuji mine!"

"Really?" Kiara said sarcastically. "I would've never noticed that! How observent you are Tanaki-san!"
He scowled at her and was about to retort when he was distracted. THe black Knights fell in behind 'Zero' and Kiara and Raina moved to the front standing to the left and right respectively of 'Zero' a step or two behind. It was like they were his guard or something.

"I apologise for hiding my face, but I see you too are masked, Zero," said a voice.
Sitting cross legged across the darkened room, behind a screen, sat a man. Raina guessed from his voice that he was quite old, and she didn't really like his tone.
C.C. stepped forward.
"However, I need to know who I am dealing with."
Knightmares appeared from both sides, their guns aimed at C.C./Zero. Raina gazed in wonder. Lelouch had been right. How could he have guessed that this would happen?
"Wait a minute!" exclaimed Kallen. She tried to run forward but Ougi held her back.
"Which one of you is Ougi?" asked the man behind the screen.
"Me."
"Remove Zero's mask."

Kiara bit her lip. She glanced at Ougi. How did this guy even know Ougi's name?
Ougi stepped forward.
"Sorry Zero," he said. "But if we are going to trust you then we need to know who you are behind that mask."

(I think I got that right.)

Ougi reached forward. There was tension in the air. Raina couldn't wait until she saw their faces when they saw under the mask.
The mask came off. Green hair came out. A collective gasp gathered.
"Zero... is a woman??!" asked Tamaki.
"No, she's not Zero!" said Kallen. "I saw her with Zero!"
"Is this true woman?" asked the man behind the screen.
"Yes."
"And you are not Japanese, are you?"
"You are correct, Kyoto group spokesman, Kirihara Taizou."
"We cannot allow anyone who knows your identity to be allowed to live!" said one of the man's bodyguards, pointing his gun at C.C.
"Wait!" said Kallen.

Kiara tensed as the gun was pointed at C.C. She knew that it wouldn't kill C.C., not after seeing what the green haired woman could endure, but still...it was a reflex. Her geass rose to the surface and she had to restrain herself from hurling a fireball at the guy.
'Lelouch,' she thought silently. 'You'd better show your ass soon,'

Suddenly one of the Knightmares sprung into action, firing slash harkens at the other knightmares. Caught by surprise, they didn't have enough time to react. The giant gun pointed directly at the man behind the screen.
"Your defences are flaccid, your methods and mindset hopelessly obsolete," said the real Zero, stepping out from the Knightmare. "That is why you can never win!"
"What...?" was Kallen's reaction.
"When did he..." gasped one of the bodyguards. He gritted his teeth and pointed his gun at Lelouch.
"Don't!" said the other bodyguard. "He's got a remote trigger!"

Kiara smirked as Zero walked in front of them. He nodded to C.C., Raina and finally kiara before turning to face the Kyoto group again. Kiara could tell that behind his mask Lelouch was smirking, she was sure of it. She glanced behind her at the other Knights. They were staring at Zero in shock. One or two were looking between Zero and C.C., their heads moving back and forth like they were watching a tennis match. Kiara tried not to roll her eyes at them. She turned her attention back to Lelouch/Zero as he addresed the Kyoto group again.

Lelouch paced forward and began to talk with the Kyoto spokesperson, Kirihara Taizou. No one could hear what they were saying, but they all saw that Zero ahd removed his mask. But due to the dark lighting, and the fact that he had his back to them, no one saw his face.
"I wanna see!" said Tamaki, trying to move forward. Kallen kept him back.

Kiara glared at Tenaki.
"Keep still!" she hissed at him. "We need to make a good impression, like we're a well organised group. If we keep acting like this how will we get the respect we need? Use what little brain you have and think!"
She turned back to Lelouch and her eyes narrowed. Just how did he know the leader of the Kyoto group? She glanced at Raina. Lelouch had a lot of secrets and she could respect that but at the same time...

(Should we have Kirihara recognise our family names as well or just Lelouch?)

(Well...we didnt' really say much about our families. I'm the last of mine and you're the last of yours right? Well, say for instance our families were hihg up in millitary or political places before they were killed? Or were old families. Being the last of an old family like that could get us a bit of respect and get us in a bit deeper. Plus after this our characters are REALLY gunna get curious as to why Lelouch is so well known. That could help us find out.)

*I'm not the last of any family... my mum just died on me. But the Kuchikis could be famous if you want. Go ahead, it would make sense for them to recognise the name*

Lelouch put his mask back on and stepped back so he was standing between Raina and Kiara just in front of them beside C.C.
"These are the leading members of my Black Knights," Lelouch/Zero stated. "They will now introduce themselves."

(sorry if that's a bit lame but I'm not sure how Lelouch would do this...)

"Sasaki Raina," said Raina, doing a salute.
"Kouzuki Kallen," said Kallen.
"Ougi Kaname."
"Tamaki (???)"

*What is Tamaki's first name?!*

"Kuchiki Kiara."
There was a sudden hush.
"Did yu say Kuchiki?" Kirihara demanded.
"Yes," Kiara said, raising an eyebrow at him curiously. What was up with this guy?
