Kiara sighed as the council meeting room was filled with the loud voices of off key singing mixed with good singing. She looked around and saw Nina, Kallen, Lelouch and her were the only ones that hadn't joined in. Just then a song came on in the CD player. Don't stop believing.
"You start Lelouch!" Milly cheered.

Lelouch gave Milly the "please don't make me do this, President" look.
She gave him the "you're doing it or else, Lelouch Lamperouge" look.

Lelouch hung his head in defeat and Kiara chuckled. The almighty Zero defeated by a single look from the president of the student council of Ashford Academy...it was rather funny.
"Go on Lelouch," she said, smirking at him. "I've always wondered what your voice sounded like."

Lelouch started singing the song and everyone looked at him in shock. He had a voice. Even Raina, whose world was spinning and was close to falling to the ground, stared at him.

As the guy's part ended Kiara looked around to see if anyone else wanted to sing. She grabbed Raina and pulled her towards Lelouch and she stood on the other side. They'd sing the next part in harmony...hopefully.

Raina belted out the song. She had no idea whether she was singing the melody or harmony, so another glass of whatever-it-was-she-was-drinking seemed like a good idea. Unfortunately it just made everything fuzzier. Maybe one more would clear it up?

Kiara managed to keep the melody while Raina did the harmony. She winced as Raina downed another of the whatever-the-heck the drink was and started singing again. It wasn't that bad but...she winced as Raina went a little higher. Now it was time to actually sing at the same time as Lelouch. She glanced at Lelouch and as there was a slight pause she whispered.
"Enjoying yourself?"
"I hate you both right now," he replied faltly before they started singing again.

Raina took another glass and then next thing she knew was the comforting feeling of the carpet on her forehead before blacking out.

As the song ended Raina fell forwards adn colapsed.
"Oh boy..." Kiara muttered. She bend down and checked on her friend with Lelouch, she was passed out drunk...
"You'd think she'd learn her lesson after the last time!" she groaned.
"Apparently not," Lelouch muttered. "A good excuse to escape though."
"Agreed," Kiara replied. Together they managed to carry Raina between them.
"We're taking her to bed!" Kiara called over her shoulder as they somehow made it out of the doors.
"Aw! ut it was just getting good!" Milly whined after them. "You need to sing another song! You're really good! All of you!"
"Sorry guys, maybe next time," Kiara replied before the door shut behind them.

*got nothing to say... I'm out cold ^.^ The morning's not gonna be pretty*

Somehow they managed to carry Raina up to the dorm room that her and Kiara shared.
"Thanks Lelouch," Kiara panted as she laid Raina out on her bed.
"Don't...mention...it," panted Lelouch. She'd fergotten taht he really wasn't very physically active and carrying Raina, who was pretty light, would still be quite a challenge for Lelouch.
"You know," she commented. "You should really get more excercise. Imagine the headlines. "Zero aptured because he was too physically unfit to run from Brittanian soldiers"...not exactly what we want the people to think."
"Shut up," Lelouch muttered.
"Whatever," Kiara replied, shrugging her shoulders off handedly. "Now shoo, I'm tired and I'm going to bed."

*still got nothing to say... I'm out cold*

Kiara snuggled down with her Toshiro plushie and fell asleep.

(Now we're back into interesting tuff instead of you just being passed out...)

The next thing Raina knew, a dozen rocks had fallen on her head. She looked up and saw that there were in fact no rocks, but she could feel them. It felt like they'd split her head in half, and she looked at her beeping alarm clock in a daze.
"I hate the world."

Kiara rolled out of bed and hit the off button on the alarm clock.
"I did warn you not to get drunk," she muttered, only half awake.

"Who are you?" grumbled Raina, her face buried in her pillow. "If you're God here to tell me I'm dead, I already know."

"No, I'm not any god," Kiara muttered. "It's just Kiara so get your hung-over butt outta bed. If we skip anymore classes this week then we'll get held back and I think we BOTH wanna avoid staying another year in school right?" She grabbed her uniform and went for a shower to wake herself up. "There're some asprin in the drawer beside my bed, I reoomend taking some."

Raina grumbled some more and pulled her covers right over her head. It didn't help much - the rocks were still there

When Kiara reentered the room dressed she sighed as she saw that Raina had just pulled the covers over her head. She didn't think the Ulquiorra thing would work again and if she DID do that then Raina would get some serious revenge on her...what to do, what to do...
She reached into her drawer and pulled out the small container of asprins and tipped a couple into her hand before finding roughly where Raina's head was under the covers. "Here," she said, sticking her hand under the covers. "This should help a bit."

Raina groaned and took the aspirin. "Kiara... do me a favour. Lift the rocks off please..."

"You're the one with the Telekenisis," Kiara pointed out. "I'm just a fire starter."

"Please move them," she grumbled. "I can't...they're invisible"

"Sorry I can't," Kiara replied flatly. "Now get outta the bed before I set the covers on fire, that'll make the rocks worse."

Raina rolled over at landed on the floor with a thump. She sat up, and held her head in her hands.
"Why did you let me drink so much...? And what happened last night?"

"I couldn't exactly stop you," Kiara pointed out. "And you, me and Lelouch sand. The rest of the council seemed to like it. actually which is quite surprising."
