Roxas was glad that Axel didn't go at a fast pace. He was still uneasy on the horse, but he was slowly getting to use being up on it. Once back at the palace, he slid off the horse and almost lost his footing. He was glad that he didn't fall though. "Do you really not mind that I'm not Sora?"

Axel continued to ride his horse until they got to the stables where he got off of the horse and led him to the paddock where he locked him in. He turned towards the blonde when he heard the blonde ask his question. Yes, it was true that he had fallen in love with someone that had deceived him, but that didn't matter. All that mattered was that they were together right now. It briefly crossed his mind about what Riku would think, but then again it didn't much matter. If he remembered correctly Riku started initially liking Sora before Roxas and him had made the switch, and since they were so much in love with one another that meant that it could still work out. Turning towards the blonde he said,"I don't mind at all, because now that also means that Sora, the real one, that is can enjoy his time with Riku as well. It will get rid of the competition for you."

Roxas listened to what Axel said and nodded with a smile on his face. "That's good." he said, so happy that Axel didn't mind him sticking around. Plus Sora could still be with Riku without anything bad happening. Hopefully though, Sora's parents wouldn't be too mad that he's been deceiving them. After all, it was a crime to impersonate the prince. He just hoped that they wouldn't try to throw him in jail or worse, kill him.

When Axel was done helping his own horse get ready for the night he did the same to the one that Roxas was riding on. When that was done as well he looked at the blonde and said,"Tomorrow is another day. I suggest we both get some rest especially since we now know what has transpired today."

Roxas nodded, running a hand through his hair. "You're right." he said. He bit his lip for a second. ".. I guess I should say good night." he said, turning and heading slowly back into the castle. He wasn't exactly tired, but he figured he might as well try to get some rest.

Axel watched as Roxas pulled an elegant hand through his luscious hair and he found himself wanting to thread his hands through the hair as well. "I get sort of lonely at night so I was wondering if you wanted to spend the night in my quarters." He knew that asking was probably a long shot, but he just had to know how much the blonde in front of him loved him.

Roxas couldn't stop a blush from spreading across his face when he heard what Axel said. He nodded his head slowly as his heart-rate seemed to kick into overdrive. "A-alright." he said, not liking how he stuttered. "I wouldn't mind." He dropped his gaze to the ground for a second before lifting it to smile at Axel.

Axel smiled inwardly as he saw how awkward Roxas was around him. If he was able to make the blonde blush by just talking to him he wondered how deeply he could get Roxas to blush when he did other things to the blonde as well. Taking Roxas' hand in his own he lead him to his private quarters where he opened the door and waited for the blonde to enter.

Roxas followed after Axel, quietly, working on making the blush on his face disappear. He mainly succeeded. At least, he got it to disappear some. But he couldn't stop his heart from racing with every step he took. He paused for just a moment when the door to the room was open, and he entered after taking a deep breath.

Axel watched as Roxas walked into the room as he walked in after him and then closed the door, locking it from the inside so people couldn't disturb him. Walking towards the bed he took Roxas by the hand and led him to it so he could sit him down on the bed. If it escalated into anything more than that would be nice, if not Axel would have been able to spend more time with Roxas.

Roxas couldn't seem to get rid of his blush to disappear completely. It was still there, but only barely. You could only see it if you looked closely. He bit his lip for a second, dropping his gaze to the ground. "... I don't have anything to sleep in..." he muttered. Normally, he just slept in whatever he was wearing. Or, if he got hot, just his pants.

Axel's eyes widened when he heard what the blonde was saying. He went to his closet and rummaged around until he brought out a rather large night shirt. Coming back over to the bed he handed the shirt over to Roxas as he turned his back towards the blonde to give the other male some form of privacy. "I can also leave the room if you want me to," said Axel as he looked at Roxas.

Roxas felt bad about borrowing the shirt from Axel, but he didn't say anything. He looked at it curiously, already telling just by the look of it that it was going to be huge on him. "You don't have to leave the room." he said. After all, Axel had already seen him in the bath. And it wasn't as if he was taking his underwear off. He pulled his shirt off before pulling the borrowed one on. He glanced at Axel for a second before pulling his pants off. "... I'm done changing.."

Axel turned around and looked at the blond and he hugged him as he bent down and kissed him on the lips. "Alright," he said. "I am going to change now and then we can go to bed alright?" As he went to the closet he shrugged out of his cloak and his shirt as he pulled on another longer shirt over his chest and stomach as he kicked off his pants as well. Walking back over he looked at Roxas and smiled. The blonde looked so cute and adorable. He led the blonde to the bed where he sat down on the bed and then motioned Roxas to come and join him.

The blush on Roxas' face darkened when Axel had kissed him and his heart sped up slightly. While Axel got changed, the blond took deep breaths to calm himself by the time that the redhead returned. He bit his lip as he made his way over to the bed and sat down hesitantly. It wasn't that he was uncomfortable with the thought of sleeping in the same bed as Axel. He was just.. nervous. He smiled lightly though so Axel wouldn't know how he was feeling.

Axel noticed the darkening blush that was spreading across his angelic features as he said,"Roxas are you alright? Are you uncomfortable doing this? We can wait if you would like." Axel had been so happy that the blonde was in love with him that he thought that he was going faster than he had to. The last thing that he had wanted to do was make the blonde feel nervous or scared around him.

Roxas shook his head. "I'm fine." he said, smiling lightly. "I'm not uncomfortable at all... Just nervous, I guess." he admitted. He dropped his gaze to the ground, afraid to see if Axel would think any less of him because of that. He hoped that wasn't the case, but you could never be too sure.

Axel felt bad for the boy. Not bad as in pity, but in bad that he felt like he couldn't help the blonde feel any less embarrassed. "Don't be nervous," said Axel as he placed one hand under his chin as he raised the others chin so that they were looking at one another. "We're just going to go to bed." Axel got under the covers and left half of the bed open so the blonde could slide in if he wanted to.

Roxas nodded, already knowing that he had no reason to be nervous. He took one last deep, calming breath before he slid under the covers. He instantly felt a lot warmer and wanted to snuggle up next to Axel, but refrained. He didn't want to feel like he was being too forward.

Axel felt the blonde slide in next to him as he placed his full body on the bed and rolled over as he wrapped an arm around the blonde's waist. He clapped his hands together and the lights turned off as they were engulfed in darkness. He kissed Roxas again on the lips as he whispered to him that he loved him, and to go to bed.

Roxas wasn't expecting Axel to wrap his arms around him. But he didn't mind that he did. He was glad when the lights went out so that the redhead couldn't see the blush darkening on the blond's face. He gladly kissed Axel back and closed his eyes. But he found that he wasn't tired, so he opened his eyes and glanced idly around the dark room, hoping sleep would come soon.

Sleep didn't immediately come to the red head, nor did it come to the blonde either apparently. Shifting on the bed he made the blonde face him as he said,"Why can't you sleep. Was it something I said or did?"

Roxas shook his head quickly, but realized that Axel probably couldn't see it. "No. It's nothing you did." he said. "I'm just not tired." He didn't know why either. He knew he should be exhausted, but he wasn't. And now he felt bad because he felt like he was keeping Axel awake.

Axel thought for a moment and he then said,"Maybe you're tense again. I can give you another back rub if you would like that. I think that that might relax you enough so you can sleep."

Roxas thought that offer over. It was very tempting... But he didn't want to feel like he was being a bother to Axel. That was actually the last thing he wanted. So he shook his head again. "You don't have to do that." he said, forgetting once again that the redhead probably couldn't see his head move. "I don't want to bother you."
