Riku frowned for half-a-second when Sora had moved away from him. Had he done something wrong? He opened his mouth to ask, but the brunette leaned against him. The silverette slowly wrapped his arms around the other, still not sure if he was going to fast. A small smile formed on his face and he relaxed completely. "This is nice." he commented, hoping that he wasn't going to ruin the moment by speaking.

Sora snuggled deeper into the other male as he turned his face up to look at the other. "You're right," said Sora. "It is. I could stay here forever, with you." He knew that he was blushing again, so he turned his head so that it was facing the water. He knew what he wanted from the other male, but he didn't know if the other was going to give it to him. Then again he could order it out of him, but how was that fair for anyone? Biting back his nervousness he whispered out," can we...uhm...be together tonight?" He didn't know how else to say it. Sure he could be crude about and ask the other male to take him, but he needed some form of tact as well. He listened and waited for the other to respond.

The smile that was on Riku's face grew some when he heard that Sora agreed with him. It really was nice to be together like this and the silverette was regretting that they would have to move soon. After all, they couldn't stay in the water forever. He caught sight of the blush on the brunette's face and he resisted the urge to spin the other around quickly and kiss him. He would have if he wasn't so worried about scaring him off. But the question that was asked made him tilt his head slightly out of curiosity. Didn't they already agree that they would be sleeping in the same room? So why was Sora basically asking him the question again? But based on the way that it was said.... It took a few seconds before the gears in Riku's head to click into place and a faint blush spread across his cheeks. He couldn't believe Sora had actually asked him that... But what if he was wrong? That would be awkward.. So he just nodded. "Yes. If you're comfortable with it." he said. That seemed like a good answer. At least it didn't give any hint to what the silverette thought it was, so he could avoid saying anything directly about his assumption until he knew for a fact if Sora was asking what he thought he was.

Sora knew that he had asked the question more than once, but he wanted to make sure that the other was completely going to be with him completely. He knew that if this was going to happen though that the two of them would need to finish with their bathes and dry off. Wading away from the other male he made his way over to his bath bucket again as he grabbed out his soap and a wash cloth. He closed his eyes as he began washing himself as he thought about what would be happening only mere moments from now. Nothing was going to tear them apart. He then thought about it briefly, what would happen if his parent's ever figured out?

((My friend brought this up, she's been reading along, and she asked me if Sora had parents. I replied with," Of course. He is the prince of another country, and then she responded with," Well don't you think that they would be a tad bit angry if their only son and heir to the throne liked a guard, let alone that he was another male)).

((XP If I was his parents, I would be more than a tad angry. I'd be extremely ticked off and would want him to fall for a nice, caring princess so that I could expand my country.))

Riku watched Sora go away from him for a few seconds before he took the hint. He turned to his own bathing supplies and started washing himself off, looking forward to spending the night with his beloved. He knew it was wrong for him to fall for a prince. It was worse that this particular prince belonged to a completely different country than the one he lives in. What if when Sora left, they would never see each other again? That thought depressed him, so he pushed it to the back of his mind. He'd worry about it when the time came. For now, he'd focus on enjoying their time together for as long as they had and he wouldn't let anything or anyone ruin it.

Sora continued to clean his body off of all the dirt that he had accumulated on him over the days. It was true that he had the watering hole to wash off in, but he didn't have a lot of soap or anything of the sort. He was just glad that he could have a nice hot soak in the baths now. He knew that his infatuation, love even, was wrong to have with Riku. He was a member of another kingdom, and he wasn't even royalty let alone a person of noble birth. He knew that his parent's wouldn't be happy with what he was doing, and he didn't know how he would break it to them.

Riku finished washing off before getting out and drying himself off. He glanced over at Sora and a small smile formed on his face. The brunette really was cute... He really was dreading the time when the prince will have to leave back to his own country and leave him behind. He didn't want to worry about it now though. So he put a small smile on his face, completely determined to enjoy the time that they have together and get as much enjoyment out of it as possible. That way, when Sora does eventually leave, he'd be able to have good memories of the male to keep him going.

Sora continued to clean off the rest of his body as he hummed to himself. He took quick glances at the other male as he smiled to himself as he thought of the night that they would be sharing. Dipping his head under the water he got rid of the rest of the suds on his hair. He leaned backwards as he rested against the side of the pool "I wish the two of us could just run away together and forget everything. Forget about royal duties, guarding people, and caring about other people but the two of us." He wasn't really talking to the other male, but he wondered what the other would say. Sora inhaled deeply as he let his mind drift in the hot air surrounding the two of them.
