"Let me guess; you went overboard on Gluttony?" Kalin asked.

Yukina laughed a little. "y-yeah ... just a bit",she said nervously."but it was wierd... my alchemy was diferent this time....",she said lookingslightly worried.

"How different?" Kalin asked. He put his hand on her shoulder as he saw that she looked worried.

A cold trickle ran down his spine, and it had nothing to do with sweat. "Wait...Yukina, are you sure you're fine?"

Yukina blinked looking to him. "Yeah, no, I don't know",she said softly.

Kalin studied her, worried. "Yukina...did something appear on your arm when you used alchemy?" He asked, concerned.

Yukina look to him , and sighed. "I ... think so",she said softly. "when i was fighting ... it was like i was unaware of what was going on ... like i wasnt ighting ... but i was",she saighed. "its hard to explain...."

Kalin's concern only grew. "Let me see your arm...I have a suspicion, and I don't like it."

Yukina blinked looking at him and nodded showing him her arm.

Kalin took a look at it, pushing up the sleeve. His breath caught in his throat. It was very faint, but Kalin could just see part of the outline of a Dark Signer marking.

Yukina looked to him."Kalin",she asked softly.

Kalin was snapped out of his reverie by Yukina. He gulped. "Er...it's nothing." He said, letting go of her arm."

Yukina gave a suspishous look."you sure?",she asked now worried about him.

Kalin paused. "Uh...yeah, I'm sure." He said.

Yukina smiled looking relaved."good, then lets go find the others",she said with a bright smile."come on"

Kalin nodded. "You have any idea where they might be?"
"You won't have to look for long." Kalin turned to the voice. "G-General Elric," he said. Tira waved a hand. "C'mon, you two. I came to pick you guys up." |
Yukina jumped but smiled."great",she said relived and started to follow.

"By the way," Tira continued as the two followed her back to the hotel. "I felt a bit of a...disturbance back there. Which one of you was fighting the Homunculus?"

Yukina gave a small smile." that would be me",she said calmly."this place was destroyed enough ... the last thing it needed was a humunculus attacking"

Tira nodded. "Um...how'd you know that was a Homunculus attacking?" Kalin asked.
Tira grinned at him. "Simple; I'm not normal." Kalin inched away from the General. "Okay then..." that grin of hers was unsettling...and not just a little bit. |
Yukina smiled to Kalin."dont worry she wont hert you, unless you start attacking inosent people".she said calmly. But smiled."and if for whatever reason , if you became a dark signer again , i ould get youbak ebefore anyoe whould hurt you",she siad to him quitely.
