Kyle was silent for several minutes. "If she's as strong as you, then she'll make it." She said.

Yusei smiled some."right",he said softly."Did Edward come back yet?"
Jack shook his head."no,not yet..." |
"I'm actually a bit worried about him," Kyle said. "I've been staying with Mrs. Curtis, and apparently she's not too friendly with Ed."

Yusei laughed some."im sure he'll be fine ...."

"If he doesn't come back with a concussion." Kyle said.

Jack raised an eyebrow."why do you always seem to look on the down side of things?"

"I'm not. I'm not saying that he'll be coming back in a body bag, am I?" Kyle asked. At that moment, Edward strode in, nursing a large bump on his head.
"Ow...." He grumbled. |
Jack looked to him."everything okay there Ed?",he asked seeing his bump.

"Yeah, nothing out of the ordinary." Edward replied.
"That bump says different." Kyle said. Edward ignored her. |
Jack smiled,then had a serious look."did you talk to crow yet?"

Edward nodded. "He told me about Yukina." He replied. "I just hope she recovers."

Kyle smiled. "That still leaves another problem we've got to deal with from our world."
"What's that?" Edward asked. "Kalin." Kyle replied. |
Yusei nodded."yeah,when i get my hands on him,he is going to regret everything hes done"

"Sorry if this sounds a bit inconsiderate, but what makes this Kalin guy so bad?" Edward asked. His question was met with dark looks around the room.
"He was a friend of Yusei's, Jack's, and Crow's." Kyle said. "It was before I met up with them. It was during a duel with Kalin that we all got pulled into this world." |
Yusei remained silent."i was in a dule with him ... i was about to die,when we were sent here , and Yukina found me"
Jack sighed."we know the old Kalin is in there,it's just gonna take a whle to get through to him" |
"And preferrably it won't include one of us bashing his head in or sending him to the Netherworld for good." Kyle replied. "Or to Hell."

Yusei sighed."I blame the Drak Riders",he said softly."And myself ... for not being able to get to him to tell im the truth"

"Don't go blaming yourself for Kalin's stubbornness," Kyle said. "The last thing we need is you going down that path, or one similar."

Kyle smiled back. Edward on the other hand was still curious.
"Is there any way for me to help you guys out, without dueling?" Edward asked. "You want to...help?" Kyle asked. |
Yusei looked to him."I'm not intierly sure .... finding our frinds would be nice"

Edward sat back in his seat, thinking. "We already know that Ruka is in Liore," he thought aloud. "The only people we're missing is that kid Rua and Akiza...."
"Any idea where they are?" Kyle asked. Edward shook his head. He was silent for several seconds more, before he got up suddenly and left the room. "I'm going to make a phone call," Edward called as he strode down the hall. *** "Hurry! We'll miss the train!" Allea said. Both her and Rua were running towards the train, where the conductor was calling the last boarding call. They reached it just in time. The conductor gave Allea a suspicious look, seeing her red eyes. "We've got tickets, sir." She said, handing the conductor her train ticket. Rua did the same. The conductor studied them, then seemed convinced that the two of them weren't up to anything. "Go ahead," He said, handing back the two tickets. "Thank you!" Allea and Rua said as they boarded. I hope that Yusei and the others are in Dublith, Rua thought as the train pulled out of the station. |

One Edward was at the corner nearest the clinic he headed for the nearest telephone booth and dialed Central HQ. "Hello, I need to speak with Brigadier General Tira." He told the operator. "Yes, it's urgent. There's something I need to tell her about."
The operator asked him to wait while they connected him with General Storm. "Hello?" She asked once the line was established. "What did you want to tell me, Edward?" "Yeah. We've got Yukina back, but she was possessed with a kind of dragon-serpent thing." Edward said. "Uh, I sound really stupid saying all this...." "You may sound stupid, but there's got to be some kind of truth to it." Tira said. "Go on. Anything else happen?" "Yeah," Edward replied. "While she was...possesed, she played something caleld the Seal of Orichalcos. It looked like a transmutation circle, but I've never seen it before." "Anything else about it?" Tira asked. "It was glowing a weird greenish-blue color." Edward said. "And she had it on her forehead too. She also said that...it could take a person's soul." "We'll need to watch out for it then," Tira replied. "Anything else?" "Yeah. I know this sounds a bit selfish, but could you try and find Rua and Akiza?" Edward asked. "Those are the last two from Yusei's world, right?" Tira asked. "I'll do what I can to find them." "Thanks," Edward replied. "I appreciate it." "No problem. I'll talke to you when you get back to Central." Tira said, then hung up. Edward hung up as well. I hope we can find the rest of them before anything bad happense, he thought. |
