Jack and Yusei bothe looked at Crow."really?",they said at the same time.

"Did I say that out loud?" Crow asked.
"Yes." Kyle deadpanned. "An explanation would be nice." Crow sighed. "Right. Me and my big mouth..." he muttered. "All right, last night I had a weird...dream. I was in some weird marble hall, and this guy in red armor was talking to me. He said his name was Hermos, and that we were bonded somehow. So, now I've got a card called the Claw of Hermos in my deck that's actually a weird dragon/person spirit." |
Jack looked at him."you know how crazy you sound?"
Yuseilooked to him."Jack, were following a light from my card ... asnd you think Crow sounds crazzy?" Jack wasquite."true enough" |
"Personally, I think you're both crazy." Kyle said. "But...that's not saying much, considering how we're stuck in another universe."

After a short while, Edward had a question of his own. "Hey, is that big glowing circle what we're looking for?"

Yusei nodded."yeah why?"

"Then don't you think we should be stopping?" Edward asked nervously. At this rate they were going to ram right into the two figures in front of the transmutation circle.

Yusei blinked looking forward andssamed on the breaks.
Jack,also now paying attention to theroad slamed the breakes aswell."were here" --- Envy looked toKalin."so when are we going to go get that girls sole back?the faster its done the faster i can take my revenge on her and fullmetal ..." |
Crow and Kyle followed suit, Kyle sending up a spray of dust and dirt. She threw her hand out. "Falcon! Wolf! I call of the help of my totem spirits! Help us take down the ones after Yukina!" She called. A ghostlike Falcon appeared from one of her rings, and a wolf ghost from the other. The two spirit animals came after Leviathin.
"Quite the display," Tira said. She clapped her hands. "Time for me to show my skill." She slapped her hands to the ground. Electricity crackled, but didn't do anything. Until the electricity she had sent to the ground hit the alchemist activating the circle. |
Liviathin looked back an quickly jumped out of the way and growledwhen the alchemst he had under controll was attacked."If I were you guys i wouldnot interfear!"
Yusei glared."well your not us!weregoing to get our friend back!" Jack glared as well." damn streight!:,looked around and was surrised to see Kalin nowhere in sight. |
"I believe I know where they are," Kalin told Envy. "And I have the means to get there."
*** The alchemist who was activating the circle keeled over, knocked unconcious from the shock. Crow was amazed by the skill. "How'd you do that?" He asked. "It's alchemy." Tira said. "But now's not the time for explanation. That thing seems a bit on the pissed side." |
Envy nodded."exelent then lets go!",he said jumping up.

Kalin smiled. "Then follow me. My duel Runner isn't far from here." He said, heading out of the building.
*** "How are we going to fight that thing?!" Rua asked. Edward clapped his hands and formed the blade on his auto-mail arm. "With alchemy, of course." He replied. "Now stay out of this, kid. The last thing we need is you getting hurt." "Speaking of alchemy," Tira said. "It might be a good idea for you to use the skills I passed to you, Yusei." Edward's brow furrowed at Tira's last statement. What does she mean? he thought. |
Yusei looked a little nervous but nodded."right!",he said looking to Liviathinandlooked toCrow."You get to Yukina! Jackkeep Rua safe!"
Jack nodded."right!" Yusei nodded and sighing he clapped his hands together as well,then put them to the ground,makeing a giant fist fly towards Liviathin. |
"How'd you--Never mind, I'll figure that out after this." Edward said. He clapped his hands as well, and slapped them to the ground, sending up spikes towards the Leviathin.
Crow was about to ask the same thing, when a voice echoed in his head. "Crow...summon me." Hermos said. He activated his Duel Disk. "I summon the Claw of Hermos!" He said, placing the card on the disk. The dragon form of the man who'd contacted him in that dream. The dragon roared, announcing his presence. "You believe me now, Jack?" |
Jack slowly nodded."y-yes...."

"Oi! You two just shut up! In case you haven't noticed, we've got a bigger problem than your spat!" Edward shouted. One of the spikes hit the Leviathin, but it didn't do anything. Okay, it did do something; It pissed the thing off.
"Crap...." Edward said in a small voice. *** It wasn't long before Kalin reached the outskirts where the Leviathin was. Looks like there's already some trouble brewing. He thought. He stopped his Runner. "Well, I guess the rest of them are already distracted." Kalin said. "This makes our job much easier." |
Yusei looked at Liviathin."man this thing is tough",hesaid angrely.
Envy smirked."great,so what first?!When cani slice that girl upand give her to Glutony as desert! |
"Just remember, we have to get her soul back first." Kalin said. He took out his own Seal of Orechalcos. He activated his Duel Disk. "I call on the power of the Orechalcos to summon this beast. Rise, Infernity Beast!" The four-legged demon materialized in front of Kalin. "Take out Yusei, Infernity Beast. And make him suffer."
The beast obeyed its master, charging at Yusei to take him down. Kalin smiled as he heard a bone crunch. |
Envysighed."yeah yeah yeah..."watchedas he summond the beast and watched it as it attacked Yusei then looked over seeing Yukina.Her body is stillalive....i dont need her sole returned,i can end her now!,Envy thought and grinned as he took off towards Yukinas body.
Yusei turned and his eyes widened as a beast lunged at him and yelled in pain as he put up his ar in defence,and felt his bone begin to crush. As this went on,Yukinas voice came through thependent to Kalin again.'Kalin No!please stop this! this isnt you! Liviathin who was fending off thebeast blinked senceing Yukinas soul contacting Kalin again and growled.'oh i ont think so....",with that his eyes glowed,Yukinas voice yelled in pin as the pendent shatered into peaces,makeing Liviathin grin coldly. |
When the pendant shattered, Kalin froze. No... he thought. Time began to move for him again when he saw Envy going after Yukina's soulless body. "ENVY! Stop!"
At the same time he was torn. Save Yukina, or take out Yusei. That was his choice. It took only a few minutes to decide. He chose to go after Yukina. Though, he didn't bother calling off the duel monster he'd summoned. *** "Hey, palm tree!" Edward shouted, launching himself at Envy. He used the arm-blade to stab Envy in the chest, which only made the Homunculus mad. Aw shit... *** "Yusei!" Crow shouted when he saw the duel monster charge at Yusei. He saw it sink its teeth into Yusei's arm, and heard his friend's scream. "No way...that thing's real!" "Crow, get Yukina! I will hold off the Leviathin." Hermos said. Crow nodded and ran towards Yukina, and scooped her up in his arms as Edward pissed off the.......whatever the weird cross-dressing guy was. |
Yusei growled and usehis free arm to pull out his star dust dragon."I summon my stardust dragon!",with that,the card flowed and came to life with amighty roar and thenwent to defend Yusei.
Envy glared downat Edward."fine Ed ill get you out of the way then get Yukina!",he yelled takeing a swing at Edward. Livithin looked at Crow as he gtto Yukina andlaughed."its usless boy ,she now belongs to me!",he yelled eyes glowing as things began to shake. |
"Yeah, like I care." Crow snapped back. "A friend of Yusei's is a friend of mine, and that makes Yukina one of my friends! I hate to break the news to you, but we're taking Yukina back!"
Edward dodged Envy's attack, but didn't avoid a slice to his shoulder. "Damn," he muttered. He clapped his hands and slapped them to the ground, right as it began shaking. He grumbled as he sent several spikes into Envy, knowing full well they wouldn't work. Hopfully that'll keep him occupied for a while. He thought. He clapped his hands together for another transmutation, to strengthen the weakening ground underneath Crow and Yukina. He didn't stop to think until the ground below him gave away, along with the ground beneath Yusei. "SHIIIIIITTTT!!!!" He yelled. |
