Deidara frowned when he seen that his knock-out move had missed. That wouldn't do at all. The blond narrowed his eyes as he turned to face Sasuke again. He frowned when the same lightning technique as before. It was easy enough to dodge the first time. He took a few steps back to increase his chances of dodging the attack as he shot a quick glance at Sasori. He wasn't expecting the redhead to help, so he turned his attention back to the boy as Sasuke charged him. The blond grabbed hold of his wrist and spun around, throwing him into a nearby tree. Hopefully it was with enough force to knock him out and not kill him.

Sasuke figured that he would hit his mark since he was so close to the blonde. However, he hadn't expected the blonde to side step him for a second time. His eyes widened when he felt Deidara grab right on the arm that held the Chidori and was flung towards the nearby tree. He struck the nearby tree as the Chidori went flying off into the distance slamming into a nearby tree then dying out. He slumped to the floor as he lost consciousness. His last thought was I am sorry I failed.

Sasori looked at the blonde as he closed his eyes and leaned against a nearby tree as he waited for the blonde to finish his job.

Deidara was glad when Sasuke didn't stand back up. That meant he had succeeded in knocking the boy out. A small smile spread across his face as he went over to him. He tapped him in the side with his toe for a second before bending over and picking him up, tossing him over his shoulder. "Alright. We can leave now."

((I think I am going to do a time skip to later that night))

Sasuke opened his eyes as he looked around. He was being carried by someone. He felt a strong pair of arms wrapped around the back of his legs as he felt someone's bony shoulder digging into his waist. He let out a groan as he tried to squirm from under the hands that were holding him. "Let me go," he cried out pitifully.

(That's fine.)

Deidara raised an eyebrow lightly when he felt Sasuke waking up. 'That was faster than expected.' he thought, tightening his hold on the boy. He had tied Naruto up and blindfolded him and was currently carrying under his other arm, actually quite glad that he was still out of it. "Sorry Prince. I cannot do that." he said, a small smirk forming on his face.

Sasuke continued to struggle with the blonde even going to the extent of trying to twist his body in an arc so he could swing it to knock the blonde over. He huffed as he figured out that it was practically useless though. Sasuke looked down towards the ground and noticed that Naruto was laying there unconscious as well. "Naruto!" yelled Sasuke. "Wake up!" He thankfully hadn't been gagged. He continued to yell at both of the blondes.

Sasori looked back at Deidara who was holding both Naruto and Sasuke. Sasori walked back over to the blonde and handed Deidara a needle filled with a green liquid. "This should knock him out for a while longer," said the red head to the blonde.

Naruto could hear the faint sounds of Sasuke's voice.. It sounded like he was yelling at him.. His mind was racing over what had happened last that he could remember.... Sasuke knocked him out, for whatever reason.. But he was awake now, so why was everything so dark? He moved his hands to try to locate the problem and found that there was something covering his eyes. It was then he realized that he wasn't moving, which means that someone was carrying him. This was not good. He started struggling on the restraints on his hands, finding them to be well-done. This was just great.. He ceased his struggling, hoping that whoever it was that was holding him hadn't noticed. He'd figure out a way to get out of this situation when the moment arrived.

Deidara hadn't noticed Naruto waking up. But he thankfully took the needle that Sasori had handed him and jabbed it into Sasuke's side, pushing down on it so that the green liquid would enter the boy's body.

Sasuke continued to struggle while he was still upside down until he felt a sharp jab in his side from the needle that Sasori had given Deidara. He cried out as he tried to twist his body around so he could wrench the needle out. Sasuke watched in horror as the blonde one that was holding him pushed down as the green liquid flooded into his system. He felt Deidare pull the needle out of him and saw it drop to the ground with a crash as it broke. Sasuke closed his eyes as his head began to spin. "What did you do to me?" asked Sasuke as he glared weakly at the red haired assassin.

Sasori looked at Sasuke and smirked down at his soon to be unconscious form as he bent down and grabbed a fistful of Sasuke's hair. "That is a special tranquilizer made from a snakes venom. You should be out like a light soon. Just relax and enjoy the ride.

Sasuke's head fell back down as his vision was consumed by darkness.

Deidara was glad that Sasuke hadn't struggled for much longer. He was sure that if he did, then he would have dropped him for sure. That wouldn't have been good. He dropped his gaze down to look at Naruto for a second, surprised that he hadn't woken up yet. But he wasn't going to think about it for now. He turned his attention over to Sasori. "You mind giving me a hand with one of these. They're starting to get heavy." he whined.

Sasori looked over at Deidara as he walked over. He took Naruto by the shoulders and flipped him over it as he continued to walk. "Is that better?" asked Sasori to the blonde. He hoped that the blonde would stop whining now, he was so troublesome sometimes. The sun was beginning to set low in the sky as Sasori looked over at Deidara and said,"I believe we should stop for the night. In a few hours give the prince some more of this." He tossed a vial over to Deidara.

Deidara was glad when Naruto was taken from him. He was actually the one who was starting to grow heavy the fastest. He nodded, a small smile forming on his face. "Yeah. Thanks." he said, shifting Sasuke to a more comfortable position for him as they walked. He nodded again when Sasori suggested that they stop. "Sounds like a good idea to me." he said, catching the vial that was tossed to him. Hopefully he was still awake by the time Sasuke woke up.

((Time skip to later that evening around the campfire that Sasori and Deidara made))

Sasuke groaned as he looked around. He had a splitting headache and the constant popping sound was driving him up the wall crazy. Glancing around he noticed that his hands and ankles were tied to one another and then those ropes were tied together. He was truly in a rather large predicament. He began struggling hoping that the blonde near the fire would not notice his struggling.

Sasori looked at a map. The way that they were going, and the pace that they were going at meant that they should be there within the next day or so. Glancing over at the blonde that was unconscious he looked over to the prince noticing that he was awake. "Deidara," said Sasori. "Go and entertain our princeling."

Naruto had been awake for quite some time now. He has been slowly undoing the ropes that were tying him up, making sure not to move to much so that the enemy wouldn't notice. So far, they didn't seem to, which was good for him. He has just been waiting for the right moment to strike. But when he heard what the redheaded one say, he tensed up, waiting for the right moment to strike.
Deidara nodded and stood up, glad for something to do. His legs were starting to feel tense and he was glad for the chance to be moving around. A smile spread across his face as he thought of all the ways to 'entertain' Sasuke while he headed towards the prince.
Naruto could hear one of their (he figured it was the blond) footsteps close to his head. He took that moment and jumped up, pulling the blindfold off his face and pushing Deidara with enough force to knock him down into the fire. He turned and scooped Sasuke up and took off running, away from the direction that they had been getting carried.
Getting pushed down was the last thing Deidara expected. Before he could even react, he started to get too hot, too quick, and he realized that he had been pushed into the fire. He jumped up quickly, yelling loudly, and putting the fire out that had started to spread up his clothes.

Sasori cursed as he went running towards the blonde and helped put himself out. "Deidara, are you alright?" asked Sasori as he looked the blonde over with worry in his eyes. He glared as he saw the two figures retreating into the distance through the forest. Cursing he yelled as he looked at the blonde again as he hugged him.

Sasuke opened his eyes again and was greeted by complete darkness as he looked around. "N-Naruto?" he asked not sure on who was carrying him.

Deidara's heart was racing and he was so glad that his whole body didn't catch on fire. He knew he probably should have been paying more attention to the unconscious Naruto. But that was just the thing. He thought he was unconscious. He nodded his head slowly when the flames were put out and managed a weak smile at Sasori. "Yeah... I'm fine." he said, accepting the hug happily enough.

"Yeah. It's me." Naruto said, speeding up his running. Yeah. He was completely ticked off at Sasuke, but now was not the time to be worrying about it. The only thing that mattered right now was getting as far away from the enemy as he possible could.

Sasori smiled slightly as he heard Deidara say that he was alright. Glaring off in the distance again he said,"If and when we catch them they will know my wrath. We will capture the prince again, and Naruto well we can think of many ways to torture him."

Sasuke looked at the blonde as he was still being carried as a tear slid down his face as he cried. "Naruto," he said. "I am so sorry. Sorry for tricking you. You were just trying to help. This would have never happened if it hadn't been for me."

A smile spread across Deidara's face. "That sounds like a good plan to me." he said. His mind was already racing on how he could torture Naruto. Even though he knew he couldn't kill him. But that didn't mean he couldn't have his fun with him.

Naruto shook his head. "Don't worry about it." he said, speeding up his running even more. He needed to get a safe distance away from the enemy before he would stop and untie Sasuke's bindings. "You were just trying to help. It's not your fault."

Sasori put out the fire as he looked at the blonde to see if he was ready to go. If they left now then with their speed they could catch up to them quickly.

Sasuke looked up at the blonde again and said,"I know after what happened last time you probably don't trust me that much, but let me walk. We can cover more ground, and it will make you less fatigued." Sasuke had learned his lesson from the first time when he had drugged Naruto, and it would never happen again.

Deidara nodded, eager to chase down Naruto. He was going to have so much fun tormenting the blond. No-one caught the Akatsuki member on fire and got away with it. Luckily for Naruto though, he can't kill him... Yet.

Naruto shook his head. "I can't do that. If I stop, then I'll have to untie you for you to be able to walk and that would just waste time." he said. Besides, he wasn't fatigued at all right now. He's had plenty of time to build up his energy and he planned on using it to its fullest extent until he collapsed. Plus, Sasuke wasn't that heavy, so it wasn't being a bother to him.

Sasuke nodded as he snuggled into Naruto even more as the two of them continued to run towards someplace where they would be safe. Sasuke closed his eyes as he then noticed that he was still tied together. "You're right," he said as he looked at the blonde again. "Thank you for doing this for me. You know you can never return right. My father will have your head."

Naruto glanced down at Sasuke for a second before lifting his gaze so that he could pay attention to where they were going. "I know that... I don't mind though, as long as you are safe and happy." he said, speeding up even more. He didn't know how close the enemy was, but they should be arriving at Hinata's any time now. So the sooner the better, right?

Sasori raced through the woods as the sun began to slowly rise from the east casting the woods around them in an eerie kind of glow. He glanced over at Deidara to see how he was doing as he gave the blonde a smile.

Sasuke was really confused now. He knew that the blonde cared for him, but it was pure idiocy for someone to care about someone that much. Sasuke sighed as he saw the sun beginning to rise. "I can't wait until we get there.

Deidara followed after Sasori eagerly, looking for any sign of Naruto in the distance. When he seen the redhead smile though, he couldn't help but smile as well. After all, it was rare for the other to show any sign of emotion and it was always nice when he did.

"We should be getting there right.. about.. now." Naruto said, slowing down as large gates came into view. He set Sasuke down gently so that he could untie him before he knocked on the gate. A guard answered and with one glance at Naruto, he stepped aside to let the two in.

As Sasori continued to run in front of the blonde he slowly stopped as he looked towards a giant walled city. "Shoot," cursed Sasori aloud. "We need to retreat for now and gather more troops. They are being protected by the Hyuga family now. We are no match for them."

Sasuke waited for the blonde to place him on the ground as he untied him. He watched as Naruto knocked on the door and a guard answered it. There was no exchange of words as the guard let them through into the inner sanctum of the walled city. Glancing around he got to see now the true grandeur of the Hyuga Clans wealth. They were one of the old families, along with his own. "Naruto?" asked Sasuke. "Will we be safe here?"

Deidara slowed down as Sasori did. He didn't understand why the redhead was stopping at first, but when he caught sight of the gates, he nodded. "Alright." he said."Who all should we get?" he asked. Sure, they could possibly get the other Akatsuki members to help, but they were supposed to be doing this mission by their-selves.

Naruto smiled as he nodded. "Yeah. The Hyuga have the strongest guard of anyone I've even known." he said. Of course... The Lord Hyuga wasn't a big fan of the blond. But his daughter was. She was actually in love with Naruto, not that he was even aware of it. As far as he was aware, she was just a really good friend of his. He looked around as he took hold of Sasuke's hand and led him through the halls, looking for her.
