"Much." Lavi said to him after he got him self together from being picked up and the speed, so he basically clung to his friend as the ran to the spot that Ric and Shadow where at. He smiled and slipped from Travis's arms before they could notice and get on them about being lovers when the weren't.
"Yea that type of stuff." Ric said to Shadow as he kept a straight face even though he wantted to to smile and hold his hand out for the book, his eyes dartted to where Lavi and Travis was at, drawing everyone's attention to them as they stood next to each other with thier wands ready. "So when you fall for me, i will let you ready some of what is in it, Sha." he said to Shadow in a teasing whisper, he had mumbled a spell to where Shadow was the only one that could hear his words, since he had meant for them to be only for him. That was when he held his hand out for the book, the quill he had been using was tucked behind one ear. |
Travis chuckled and stopped once they were close enough. Allowing Lavi to get down, he took out his wand and walked toward the group, looking at the book and Shadow warily. He was rather surprised that he wasn't reading it yet. "Hand over the book, Shadow." he ordered.
Shifting the book a little, he looked down at it, looking as if he were going to read it. If it was stuff about the future, he sure as hell wanted to read it. In the back of his mind though, he knew he shouldn't. Damn his mother for bringing in a somewhat proper mindset. He glanced over to the arriving boys, almost smirking. "Well.. Seems like your backup has arrived." he commented. The smirk was wiped away from his face however, at Ric's next words. Narrowing his eyes in a slight warning he just shook his head. "I'll look at it when there aren't any other distractions." he muttered before giving the book to Ric. "Besides, we're not looking for trouble right now.." |
"Don't worry no one else can hear what i am saying to you." Ric said to him as he smiled as he took the book from him, mumbling another spell, taking the one he used to talk privately with Shadow off before he turnned and walked over to Travis and Lavi, not saying another word to the man.
"you should be more careful, Ric." Lavi said as he put his wand up and pulled thier friend behind Travis so that he could deal with them while he dotted over Ric like a worried mother/father would. It was funny if you thought about it or actually pay attention, it was like Ric was Lavi's and Travis's child even though he wasn't but that was how they treated him. They always took care of him first before they took care of them self, it might be the fact that Ric was the original odd one and they always had to look out for him but now him and Travis were odd and they were just an odd group. |
Travis chuckled and shook his head, relaxing after Shadow urged the others to move on and watched as they walked away. "Lavi, stop fussing over him. It seemed Ric had it all taken care of." he said, smiling a little. He was glad that nothing had happened. He did know that it could've happened though. Looking Ric over he patted him on the shoulder. "We were with you the whole day. If anyone asks." he stated, giving him a small grin. He did know that they maybe fussed and worried over Ric most of the time. And that Lavi'd had to take care of him for a few years while he had been gone. So now he was trying to make it up to him. "Ah, you two want to come to a small party tomorrow?" he asked, looking at both of them curiously.

Lavi made a face as he forced him self to stop fussing over Ric, it was hard to stop, he had done it so long that it was natrual, but it was also hard to let Travis to be part of the group also, but he did try and he managed to do well in letting thier friend back into thier life. "Yea....but there are somethings i can't let happen again." Lavi whispered as he looked away, a sad look was on his face before it got replaced by a happy one and a smile as he nodded his head yea to Trvis about the party.
"I know the drill, Travis." Ric said as he smiled and flipped the notebook open once more and continued to write into it, letting Lavi fuss over him and Travis before he looked up from the book at what they both said. "The room of requirement about 10 at night?" Ric said to him with a smile on his lips, of course he knew that all three of them were going to go also but he still asked nicely so that Travis could answer, and as always if they asked he could always say he over heard it from someone, though they all knew he didn't, telling the lie just helpped put thier minds at ease. |
Travis glanced at Lavi curiously, wondering what he meant by that. He let it go for now though. They had another topic at hand. "Yep. They were wondering where to have the party, so room of requirements would be perfect." he said, smiling and hugging Ric, though careful with the book. "You have to dress up as something though. I'll be what I was last year for Halloween." he said, grinning slyly. "You guys need help with dressing up?" he asked, tilting his head as he moved to the shade of the tree. He'd yet again forgotten about wearing his cloak and the day was still young. He knew that Ric would probably already know what to wear, maybe already having seen it in a vision. Lavi however, usually seemed indecisive.

"No....i know what i am going as." Ric said to his friends as he got a very sly smile on his face, it was clear that he was planning something and it was best not to ask him what it is he is planning.
Lavi on the other hand was starting to rip his hair out as he tried to think of something to wear to the thing, it wasn't the fact he couldn't think of anything it was more or less the fact that he could never decide since he always wantted to be so many things, in fact he did have a list of things to dress up as on it but it was hard to just pick one. |
Travis looked at Ric curiously, obviously wanting to ask. He knew better though. He just figured he'd see at the party the next day. For some reason, he felt sorry for Shadow. He smiled a little and looked at Lavi. "Want me to help you pick?" he asked, smirking. "Or you can just flip a coin. Just, don't rip your hair. It's pretty." Flipping coins was a rather easy way. Sure it wasn't too advanced, but it got the job done. He glanced at Ric's book and frowned. "I'm amazed Shadow didn't let the others read it.."

"But i have so many things i want to be!!!" Lavi said to Travis as he looked at him with a distressed face, as he thought about what the man said to him.
"Oh, do not worry about that after all i have my ways." Ric said as he got an even more sly look on his face to the point that it was scary, he winked at his friends before he went back to writting. "Tray!!!! what are you goin as?" Lavi asked him as he gave him a uke look that would make any male melt from it. |
"Flip a coin." he repeated with a small chuckle. His eyes widened a little, seeing the expression on their friend's face. "I see." he said simply, unsure of what to say anything else. He did chuckle before leaning against the tree. "I feel kinda bad for the guy." he muttered in a light joke. When Lavi asked him the question, he looked over and almost stared. Blinking to snap out of it, Travis smirked. "Something cool. You'll see." he said bluntly before ruffling his hair. He still had to see if the damned thing fit and looked good.

"Traaayyyy......so mean!" Lavi said to him as he looked as if he was about to cry, turnning away from his friend and hidding his face, he knew that it was a cheap trick to us one Travis but he needed help. He sniffled some before he looked over towards Ric, he smiled softly, glad that he was okay and was doing well, he smiled softly as he was far more releaved that Ric was safee more then anything else. "hmmm.....maybe i should just go as a vampire victum." he said slyly as he looked over his shoulder back at Travis with a smile on his face, he was teaseing him of course and he will have no problem pulling it off with Travis's help.

Travis laughed a little and shook his head. "Still not telling." he said before closing his eyes to take a small rest. He smirked a bit before he glanced over at Ric and then leaned his head on his shoulder. As a sort of a pillow. "Stay there for a moment." he muttered. At Lavi's comment however, his eyes snapped open and raised an eyebrow, shifting his head a little. "A vampire victim?" he asked, smiling slyly. "Would you know how one looks like? However, there won't be any vampires at the party." he said with a small grin.

"Oh so your not going?" Lavi asked him with a surprised look, he noticed how Ric had rolled his eyes at them and continued to write. Lavi on the other hand looked at Travis with a teaseing smile on his face as he thought about what he said before he grinned even more. "Well if my friend is not willing to help me out with my costume then what is the point of going?" he said in a sly way, his hand was onhis wand and he already had it pointted at Travis, planning to use magic against him if he had too, but it was more like pull a prank on him, but then he laughed. "Anyways i want to see ll the hot pink people there."

Travis scoffed a little. "Well.. Of course I'm going. But I'm not going as myself." he explained before looking at Lavi. He raised an eyebrow in amusement, trying to figure out what he was going to do. "Do you really want to go as a vampire victim? There's a few other options." he offered with a small smile, though he looked at the wand warily. "Then come with us. And, if you truly want, I'll bite ya so you'll have the authentic marks. Though not sucking your blood." he said, smirking as he looked at his friend playfully.

"I guess i can find something else as.....but there goes the bloody dress i had plain to where as part of my vampire vitim costume." Lavi said to him as he contiued to smile and tease his friend, having put the wand back up and plopped backwards on the ground as he continued to think about what to go as. "I rather thought i could pull a female off rather well." he said as he sighed some sounding slightly disappointted about it but not to much, he watched as the clouds passed over them, yawning some as he let his eyes slowly drift close. "If you bite me i think you would get addicted to me. Hmm but if you don't suck my blood i won't get the perfect pale look.....oh well next time mybe."

Travis chuckled softly before thinking about it. It would be amusing to see Lav dressed up as a female vampire victim. Although he had to wonder where Lavi'd get the dress. He looked Lavi over and tilted his head. "I think you could pull of a girl. Would need a bit of make-up, boobs and loooong hair." He shook his head before lifting away from Ric's shoulder and putting his arms behind his head. "I won't drink your blood, that way I can't get addicted. Besides, it's forbidden of me to bite another student. There's also magic to make you look all pale."

"That isn't a problem...the boobs and longer hair i can take care of that besides those spells for making you look paler don't work on me. Anyways who said we were going to tell anyone that you bit me." Lavi said wtih a smile as he turnned his head to look at his friends, Ric had seemed like he had fallen a sleep for the time being or was so intent on his writting that he wasn't paying attention to what was going on. "Oh well i guess i will have to find something else to be for this party...." he said to them, he had a feeling that Ric was going to go as a slytherin just to piss them off, or maybe he would go as a girl too, but who knew at this moment, the only thing that did matter was that he needed a costume.

Travis tilted his head and sighed. "Well.. I could try and take some of your blood. But we really wouldn't be able to tell anyone." he said, looking somewhat unsure. It was rather tempting to take fresh blood. He'd always gotten it from the blood bank or from Madame Promfrey, never fresh. Unless he counted the time he had taken the blood from the one that turned him. "We'll figure it out tomorrow, if you can't find anything else. I just don't want to hurt you." he commented. Glancing at the two, he closed his eyes. "I'll be able to pick you two up half an hour before. If you two want."

"It will be fine, after all i am sure i can just as easily go as a female. Tray, besides we are friends so why would we tell on eah other?" Lavi asked him as he raised him self up on his elbows and looked over at him, at some Ric had started to pet Travis's hair like he was a cat but that just made him smile and chuckle a little bit. "Hmm that does sound like a good idea...anyways i know you won't hurt me no matter what." he said to Travis, letting him see the trusting look on his face as he laid back down and yawned once more, he still had a list of pranks to do before the day was up but he could still do them tomorrow before they go to the party.

He smirked, shrugging. "Well, you never know. But glad you still wouldn't tell on me." he said before allowing Ric to pet him. It did mess up his hair a little. Of course he didn't mind so much. It was just hair. He could always fix it up later. "Good then. Now.. I, think I have to head inside before I 'tan' some more." he muttered. Even if he was in the shade, it still affected him. It completely sucked since he couldn't always stay outside too long. He couldn't wait until winter when it was more cooler. There'd be less of a chance of sun hurting him. Glancing at Ric, he smiled a little. "Sorry, got the wrong kitty." he said, glancing at Lavi.

"You are always so forgetful." Lavi mumbled as he rolled over, untying his cloak and tossing it on Travis as he smiled, he used to never where the thing but since travis told them about his condition, well he started to wear it just for him in case he needed it. "You should be more careful, Tray....besides we haven't been out here that long." he said with a smile as he yawned once more.
"hmm?" Ric said as finally looked up from what he was doing, looking over towards Travis before he smiled and ruffled his hair even more before pulling it away and going back to what he was writting, not really paying attention to what was going onaround himsince he knew what was going on already. |
Travis blinked a little before smirking and taking the cloak and putting it on. Lavi had been right about him being forgetful. He usually was scatterbrained sometimes. "Well, you know me. A miracle I survived without you two when I was gone." he said, relaxing a bit. "Eh, I've got to keep you on your toes, don't I?" He smirked before leaning into Ric's hand before the blond took back his hand. "Ah, don't have any other things to do today, do we?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. It felt more like a lazy day, even if he did have some homework to do.

"Not really considering the fact that all we have to do is make sure we have our costumes and well pull pranks....but it is nice to relax besides our homework is done so there isn't much else to do." Lavi said to him as he shrugged and looked over at Travis, he was a little pink but that couldn't be helpped, after all they normally spent most of thier time out in the sun so they just had to make sure to take care of him more. "Hmmm we could always ummmm......i don't know." he said as he shrugged.
