Usagi made his way back home so he could go and continue on his manuscript that would be due at the end of the week.

Sumi looked at the brunette that was in front of him. Sumi nodded as he heard what the brunette had said as he said,"I am majoring in culinary as well. So we will be spending a lot of time together in classes." Sumi looked at the various books that were in front of him as the class began.

Misaki's smile grew slightly. Whoever this guy was, he seemed nice and the brunette decided that he must be an angel sent to save him from loneliness at school!.. Even if that did sound ridiculous. His attention was on the teacher for a few minutes before his attention shifted to Sumi. "I'm Misaki Takahashi, by the way." he said, deciding to introduce himself.

Sumi looked over at the brunette and said," It's nice to meet you. My name is Sumi Keiichi. It's a pleasure to meet you." Sumi looked at Misaki as he then looked at the door as he watched the professor enter the room. "Well class will be beginning soon. Can I talk to you after class is done?"

Misaki smiled as he nodded. "Yeah! Of course!" he exclaimed. He really hoped that he could be friends with Sumi. At least he'd have someone to talk to at school and he wouldn't be lonely no more. And if they did become friends, then he could tell Usagi the good news. The brunette pulled out his notebook and turned his attention to the teacher, ready to take notes as needed.

Sumi continued to listen to the professor prattle on something that he was completely uninterested in. When the class ended he looked at Misaki and said," Do you want to go and get lunch with me now?"

Misaki nodded as class ended. "Yeah. Let's go." he said, standing up. He was happy to be able to sit with someone. As the students filed out of the class, he looked over at Sumi. "... Do you know why everyone was avoiding me the other day?" he asked. He figured he might as well ask.

Sumi looked at the Misaki as he smiled as he came over with his food. "I don't have the faintest idea, though do you think it could be because of Usagi-san? I mean he is a famous author after all, meaning that people might not be afraid of you, but they might be in awe of you. They probably want to get close to you, but they are in a sense afraid of you as well because they don't know what kind of person is able to 'tame' the almighty Usagi-san." He took a bite of food as he watched Misaki's reaction.

Misaki frowned lightly, thinking over what Sumi had said. Of course. That had to be it. Of course that Usagi was the one who did this to him, whether or not he was aware of it or not. He crossed his arms, an angry expression crossing his face as the realization hit him. "I can't believe him..." he muttered, knowing he was going to have to have a talk with Usagi when he got home.

Sumi smiled inwardly knowing, and wishing that he would be there for the conversation, that there would be a rather heated discussion when Misaki left the school. "I could be wrong though," said Sumi as he ate some more of his food. "I mean that is just my idea."

Misaki shook his head. "I don't think you're wrong. This seems exactly like the type of thing that he would do." he said, leaning back in his seat, no longer hungry. Why would Usagi do something like this to him? Why couldn't he just let Misaki have a normal college life and actually be able to make friends?

Sumi continued to eat his food only glancing at Misaki momentarily to say,""Maybe he wants you all to himself or something." He then hastily added,""Just kidding."

Misaki was silent for a second. That actually did sound reasonable. Especially based on the way Usagi was acting towards him since he started to live with the older man. He but a smile on his face though and laughed like it was a joke. "Haha. Very funny." he said, going back to eating his food.

Sumi rolled his eyes as he looked at Misaki. He had always been good at reading people, ever since he was younger as well. Sumi looked at his watch as he sighed. "Time to go back to class. Be happy though. Now we go to Cooking 101."

Misaki smiled and stood, not even finishing his food. He wasn't that hungry anyway. He tossed it in the trash before heading to class. This was one class that he enjoyed and it was one that he didn't mind when people ignored him the other day. It just gave him more time to focus on what they were learning.

Walking down the hallway Sumi waved at a few other upperclassmen as they passed him as he made his way to the cooking 101 classroom. He sat down towards the front due to his eye sight not being the greatest and waited for the class to begin.

Misaki paused when he got in the classroom. Would Sumi minded if he sat next to him again? Well.. It didn't matter to the brunette if he did. He bit his lip, debating and deciding to just sit by him. If Sumi said something, than he'd be sure to move and not be a bother.

Sumi watched as Misaki entered the room and he immediately waved at the other boy to come and sit next to him. He needed to be really close to get at Usagi-sensei. He hoped that Misaki noticed as he waved at him from across the room. The professor then came into the room and class began.

Misaki gladly sat next to Sumi, happy that he wasn't going to be sitting alone again. He pulled out his notebook to take notes when the teacher came in and he made sure to pay close attention. After all, he couldn't afford to fail and end up disappointing Takahiro.

Sumi smiled when he saw that Misaki had chosen to sit next to him again in this class. It was easy as pie, or a piece of cake so to say. Sumi took out his own notebook and pretended to take notes. The professor was going over rudimentary kitchen and burn safety. Essentially he was going over the do's and don't's of cooking.

Shortly after the class had started, Misaki found that he already knew what was being said. He sighed and leaned back in his seat, idly taking notes again. Now that he knew what the class was going to be covering, he wanted to leave. He had been hoping that they would be learning something knew.

As the class dragged on Sumi found himself looking at the clock more and more, and with each passing moment the time seemed to be going slower to the point that it was mind numbing. The class was finally over as he packed away his books and things into his book bag as he looked at Misaki and said,"Do you want to go out with me and a few of the guys and go do some karaoke?"

Misaki was close to the point of falling asleep by the time the class was over. He blinked a few times to get the drowsiness from his mind as he smiled. "Yeah!" he exclaimed, smiling at the thought of actually going out with actually people were a great idea. "That sounds like a great idea!" He hoped that Usagi wouldn't mind, but then decided that he didn't care. After all, it was the older man's fault that he was avoided.

Usagi looked at the clock that was on his laptop as he closed it as he lit a cigarette and took a long drag on it. Where was the text from Misaki telling him to come and pick him up. Usagi got up from where he was sitting as he went and grabbed the phone from off the shelf as he went and dialed Misaki's number to talk to the other male.

Sumi couldn't believe his luck. He figured that the brunette would want to be with Usagi the whole time, but obviously he was mistaken. "Well let's be off then," said Sumi as he grabbed Misaki by the hand and practically dragged him down the hallway.

Misaki smiled and followed after Sumi, not minding being dragged. He was just happy to have someone to spend time with. A confused look crossed his face though when he heard a ringing. It took him a few seconds to figure out that it was coming from his phone. He pulled his hand away from Sumi and gave him an apologetic look. "Sorry.. I need to take this." he said, apologizing quickly. He flipped the phone open and hit talk, putting it by his ear. "Hello?"

Usagi tapped the table impatiently as he waited for the phone to connect him. The phone finally connected him and he heard Misaki's familiar voice say Hello. "Misaki," said Usagi urgently. "Why didn't you call me to come and pick you up? Did you get put into detention your second day at school? Where are you so I can come and get you."
