" Maybe he wants to see how long it takes to get us both out of the fight." Hoshi said, hoping that wasn't the reason. Hoshi wanted the chance to be able to fight, not liking being on the sidelines all the time.

"I hope not. I've been on the sidelines all this time..." Tatsuki said, hating not being able to do anything while she watched her friends go off battling Hollows before she became a Shinigami herself.

" I hope we both can fight this time." Hoshi said, determined that she would help fight this enemy.

"That makes two of us kiddo," Tatsuki replied, hoping that she wouldn't fall asleep in class today.

Ichigo saw Tatsuki and Hoshi sitting on the bench outside the school building. Heading towards themm, he noticed that something was wrong and asked them.

" We both felt an evil presence last night. I also had a dream where I was chased by the same man." Hoshi said shivering a bit when she recalled the events of last night.

"Whoever it was came around my house and threatened me. He said he wasn't there to harm me, at least not yet," she said. Before Ichigo could say anything, she continued on, "I couldn't sleep because of it," Tatsuki said before yawning lightly.

"Tatsuki, explain the situation to my dad and get some sleep. I'll make up some excuse for you," Ichigo said, waiting for an argument.

" I can turn in your homework for you Tatsu and later give you a copy of my notes for today." Hoshi said, knowing her friend needed the sleep.

Tatsuki looked at the two of them for a few minutes with a stubborn look on her face about to argue the fact that she could tough the day out before falling asleep. "Guys, I can tough today out," she exclaimed with a glare that was returned by Ichigo.

"Ryu, you need your sleep. You can either go willing or I drag you to my father where he knocks you out with the strongest medicine he has. Your choice," Ichigo said as he crossed his arms in front of his chest, waiting for her answer.

Tatsuki looked at Ichigo, knowing that he was serious. After a few seconds, she scowled. "Fine, you win Strawberry," Tatsuki growled out, grabbing her bag and rummaging through it before finding her homework and handing it to Hoshi.

Hoshi took the homework and waved goodbye to Tatsuki. She was glad Tatsuki was finally going to get some needed rest.

Ichigo helped her towards the clinic. It wasn't the fact that she didn't trust Tatsuki to go on her own, but he was afraid of her safety and not being able to get there before passing out. Once that was accomplished, he quickly headed back to school, knowing that he was probably going to be late because of it.

Hoshi had headed into class when the bell rang and handed in her homework as well as Tatsuki's. She hoped Ichigo would be back soon. Hoping nothing bad happened while he took Tatsuki to the clinic.

Ichigo returned to school and was glad to see that he hadn't missed much. He did get a small scolding from the teacher, knowing ahead of time from Hoshi that he was going to be late and that Arisawa-san would be absent today. Heading towards his seat, he took out his supplies and started taking notes.

Hoshi was glad to see Ichigo when she looked up from taking notes and then continued taking them. She was glad when the bell rang for lunch and waited for Ichigo at the staircase that lead to the roof.

Ichigo heard the bell ring for lunch. Grabbing his bag, he made his way towards the roof only stopping when he saw Hoshi standing near the staircase.

Hoshi headed up when she saw Ichigo and got her sandwich out once she sat down. She wasn't feeling hungry, but knew she needed to eat in case there was another Hollow attack. She took a bite of her peanut butter and banana sandwich and wondered how last nights dream fit with the ones she had been having.

Ichigo followed Hoshi up the stairs and onto the roof. Taking out his sandwich, he took a small bite before noticing that Hoshi wasn't herself. "You doing alright Hoshi?" He asked after swallowing.

" I'm okay. Just trying to think how all the dreams that I've been having fit together. " She said in a low voice, not wanting Keigo to hear. As far as Hoshi knew , Keigo didn't know about her or Tatsuki being Shinigami.

"What are the dreams like?" Ichigo asked.

"There are the ones where I'm walking in either in a forest or streets I don't recognize. I've dreamed about the faces again. Last night I dreamed I was being chased in long white halls by the evil presense that I sensed earlier that night. Somehow they feel connected. " Hoshi said in the same low voice as before.

"If that evil presence is in them, then there's probably a high chance that they are connected somehow," Ichigo said in the same low voice. Ichigo wished that there was a way to go into Hoshi's dreams as well and see them firsthand. Maybe then he could get an idea of what was going on. As he thought that, he hit his head with the palm of his hand. "Hoshi...what about seeing if Elva-chan can help?" he asked.

" I know Elva-chan could help, but I don't know where in Rukongai she ended up when I konsoed her. It is a good idea though. " Hoshi said quietly , wondering if it were possible for Elva to help her. She wished Vincent had stayed, but had understood he wanted to get back to his father and stepmother.

Isshin finally sighed lightly as he made sure that Tatsuki was getting a good rest. At first when she went to sleep, she would start thrashing before waking up in a silent scream due to nightmares. When asked, she refused to tell them what they were about, before slowly going back to sleep and having it repeat all over again. After the fourth time, Isshin finally decided on giving her something that would knock her out and allow her to sleep without dreaming. He knew it wasn't the best solution, but it was the only one that he knew of.

"I could ask around," Ichigo suggested, knowing that Vincent went back with his father and stepmother a few weeks after Elva moved on. It was the only idea that he had that could help Hoshi understand the visions that she was having. Other than that, he had no clue how to help her.

" I would really appreciate that Ichigo. " Hoshi said with a smile, hoping she would see Elva again. Hoshi heard the bell ring and went back too class and took more notes. She copied her notes and did the same with her homework once she had finished her own. She was glad when the bell rang for the day and waited for Ichigo in the hallway. She noticed it was raining outside, still feeling tense when it did. Hoshi knew there was still the possibility that the vision she had about falling might still come true, and still wondered who the two in the dream were.

"Don't mention it," Ichigo said as he heard the bell ring. Ichigo and the others headed back to class. Knowing that Hoshi was taking notes for Tatsuki, Ichigo focused on taking notes for himself before copying down the homework. During their free period, Ichigo ignored Keigo as he did the work assigned, knowing that he needed the extra time to go over to Soul Society and talk to at least Rukia, if not others. He just hoped that someone could find Elva if she had not become a shinigami...and if that twelfth division captain had her...at that, he shook his head, not wanting his thoughts to go down that road.

As the bell rang for the end of the day, Ichigo grabbed his stuff and headed out into the hallway. He noticed that it was raining, and curiously asked if any of her visions had rainfall in them.

" Remember I told you about the ones I had where I'm running in the rain to get someplace safe , and fall hitting my head hard knocking me out? For a while I've been fine, but now that things are dangerous again , I get tense when it rains. " Hoshi said quietly as she got her umbrella out of her bag.
