Rue nodded and moved a little closer to Hoshi, feeling something in the air.

" It will be alright. " Hoshi said as they headed down the stairs. She hoped she and Rue weren't the only ones who sensed this.

Ichigo came out of the bathroom with his school uniform on as he saw Hoshi and Rue heading down the stairs. "You two feel that?" he asked them, referring to the evil aura, hoping that he wasn't the only one feeling it.

" I do. " Hoshi said in a tense voice. She recognized the evil feeling from the dream she had last night.

"Did you sense it in a vision?" Ichigo asked, hoping that she hadn't. If she had, then that meant bad things were going to happen...and soon.

Hoshi solemnly nodded, knowing something bad was about to happen soon. She was troubled that the vision would come true.

(would it be wrong to enlist Katniss as a shinigami?)

Ichigo sighed lightly. "I was afraid of that," he said. "Well...guards up and get ready to go Shinigami at a moments notice. Let's not take any chances," he then said

( I don't think it would be. I always thought she would make a good one.but that's just me. )

Hoshi nodded , knowing they had to be ready in case of attack .We better get down for breakfast , and make our lunches. What would you like for breakfast? " Hoshi asked as they reached the kitchen. She sensed a new presence nearby and wondered who it was. Hoshi knew the presence wasn't threatening.

Ichigo followed Hoshi to the kitchen, although he didn't know what he wanted for breakfast. He sensed someone outside watching them, but also felt that whatever was watching them wasn't malevolent.

" How about cereal?" Hoshi asked.

Tetsu also sensed the presence and wondered if it was the girl Captain Hitsugaya had told him about. He was glad that someone was keeping an eye on things.

"Sounds good to me," Ichigo responded, curious as to who was watching them. He was just glad that someone was helping them...even if they hadn't made themselves known...yet.

Hoshi got the bowls out and poured cereal in each of them. " We can make our lunches after we eat. " Hoshi said after she had poured the milk and handed a bowl and spoon to Ichigo.

Ichigo thanked Hoshi before beginning to eat. He didn't want to use the food in her kitchen to make lunch for himself, but knew he didn't have a choice. He vowed to make it up to her by making a lunch for her tomorrow or the day after.

Hoshi finished up and got the sandwich things out. " You alright Rue-chan? " She asked her friend who was at the window.

Ichigo finished up and put his bowl in the sink, also noticing that Rue was distracted. "Rue-chan?" he asked, hoping she was okay with the suffix.

Rue looked away from the window once she heard her name from both Hoshi and Ichigo. "Sorry, I just spaced out for a second," she explained. It was a small lie, but she didn't want them to know who she thought was sent to help, not yet anyways. Especially since she wasn't sure herself.

" What type of sandwich would you like Ichigo ?" Hoshi asked, feeling concerned about Rue. She also wondered if she would meet who ever was watching her.

Katniss was keeping an eye on Rue, not entirely trusting these two substitute shinigami just yet. She knew that by taking her sister in all but blood in, they were decent humans but other than that, she knew nothing about them.

Turkey or ham on whatever type of bread you have," Ichigo replied, feeling concern for their spirit companion.

Hoshi made ham sandwiches on on wheat bread, since that was what they had."Would you like some chips?" She asked as she put the sandwiches in bags. She hoped Rue was alright,not sure if the Shinigami watching them was bothering her.

"Please," Ichigo replied. He raised an eyebrow at to what Rue said, not believing her but not pushing it at the moment.

Hoshi got the chips and put in the bag and handed it to Ichigo once she put a juice box inside. " Ready to go?" She asked once her dad left.

Ichigo thanked Hoshi for the lunch before nodding in response to her question. As they left, he could sense the shinigami and wondered if he or she had any connection with Rue. The only thing Ichigo knew was that whoever this was, was definitely in the 2nd division. He could barely feel his or her reiatsu.

Hoshi kept her guard up, having the feeling they were being followed. She wondered who the Shinigami was, and also wondered about if they had a connection with Rue. Hoshi hoped this was the case for some reason, being reminded of her connections with Asami and Elva.

Ichigo kept his guard up as they walked to school, half his mind on the mysterious shinigami, the other half hoping that they could help Tatsuki before it became too late.

Hoshi was glad to have reached the school, hoping they could help Tasuki. She knew they had to, since in her dream she saw Tasuki alive. Hoshi hated having to see Tatsuki having to deal with the nitemares.

Ichigo was glad to see the school gates, having reached the building without any Hollows attacking them...so far. He still noticed that they had someone following them, but still couldn't pinpoint his or her location. Seeing that the person was doing no harm, he shrugged lightly as they both waited outside for school to start.
