Saya nodded agreeing." I feel bad for talking a lot about my family. What about you? Do you have any family close by? " She asked after a while. She hoped Ishida wasn't offended that she had asked about his family.

Saya nodded. She felt bad that her new friend had a difficult relationship with his dad. She knew that she had been lucky to have parents that she got along with for the most part. She knew she would rather have the disagreements than to be an orphan." What sort of techniques should we start with when we help the others?" Saya asked after a while.

" Sounds like a good idea." Saya said. " I hope they accept me. I want to help as much as I can to help even if I don't know as much as you probably do."She added.

Saya giggled a little. " Could you show some those techniques? " Saya asked.She knew she had a while before calling her aunt and hoped she could train . Saya hoped she could start school here soon , knowing she needed some normal routine in her life. She often felt school was the only normal thing about her life right now.

" I do know about them. That was one of the first things my dad taught me. " Saya said.

" He did. He said Quincy Tags were blue, Shinigami were red, Seer a yellowish white and regular humans had white spirit tags. " Saya said hoping she got them right. She had never seen a Seer's spirit tag before, though wasn't sure if there were any left.

Ishida nodded. "Those are actually correct," he said before thinking about a technique he could teach her. A few seconds later, he got one. "I think I have something that you could use and maybe expand upon. What do you know about Hirenkyaku?" he asked.

" I know it's a high speed step we use. I know how to use it a little bit. " Saya said. She also knew it was a technique She needed work on.

"Mind if I see? I may be able to help you with some pointers," Ishida said.

Ichigo yawned as he woke up, surprised that his father actually didn't try his usual routine for once to get him up.

Saya used Hyrenkyaku and hoped she did alright, though she knew she didn't move as fast as she should.


Hoshi woke up when she heard her alarm. She was still feeling sad about Rue and worried that her friend was scared. She went into the shower and hoped she could relax, since the dream she had that night had been very tense.

Rue looked through the bars of her cell with a look of determination on her face. She wasn't sure what was going on just yet, but they were calling her "first key" 'Key to what?' she asked herself, not knowing what was going on.

Ishida watched Saya perform the technique. While it wasn't perfect, it was pretty close to being used upon a moment's notice. "Not bad, although it seems like you finish with too much momentum and have to reorient yourself after doing the technique," he said.

" I think I do that since its a move I don't use very much. " Saya said.

Hoshi was worried she would be captured next , since she dreamed she was in a cell and had seen Rue. She hoped that she wouldn't be captured, not knowing how her dad would react.

Tetsu was troubled by the email he had gotten from Travis. He hoped this was the reason Rue had been taken, though his friend had been as puzzled as he was. Travis also was angry that the Vandenreich were the ones responsible for this and said he would try to help as much as he could.

Saya woke up and got ready for the day and ate what she had bought after she finished training with Ishida last night. She was looking forward to meeting his friends today. She knew there was still a little whie before he would be here to take her to Urahara's. She hoped they would accept her for what she could do, not sure what the Shinigami's thought about Quincies in this century.

Saya saw the time and headed down the stairway. She waved when she saw Ishida. She had the feeling they were being watched but all she saw was a cat in a tree. " Hope I didn't keep you waiting too long." She said.

" I'm glad I didn't keep you waiting. I'm ready to go when you are." Saya said. She had a feeling Ishida knew the cat in the tree, but wasn't sure how.

Yoruichi had been keeping an eye on the young Quincy since last night. She didn't sense any ill intent coming form the girl and was glad Ishida seemed to know her. Though was curious how they had met . She knew there would be some questions for the girl, but had a feeling she was on their side.

"I was just waiting for you actually," Ishida responded. He glanced over at Yoruichi, planning on having a few words with the ex-captain in private later.

Saya kept her guard up just in case something bad were to happen. She didn't want to seem too tense around the others. She knew that being afraid affected her powers, making them unstable.

Hoshi and her dad arrived and went to the back room. She had feeling she would be making a new friend today, but wasn't sure why she felt that way.
