Megumi had a feeling that Saya was the second key. She was glad that Ishida was focusing on the hollows. She wanted to get this shinigami distracted while Ishida helped Saya. She didn't mind shinigami, but could tell when one was not to be trusted.

Ishida focused on his arrows for a few seconds before firing several in quick succession. Rather than the multiple arrows that flung out of his bow at insane speeds, these arrows were more solid and packed more of a punch. Sensing where Saya was, he headed towards her.

Saya was glad that Ishida was close by, since she was feeling afraid. She couldn't let her fear of being the key interfere with this fight.

Salem was annoyed that the Quincy boy was able to get next to the Second Key so quickly and it showed on his face with a frown. He was more of a quick assassin type of attacker, it was how he got the drop on that captain leveled shinigami and capture Rue in the first place.

"You okay?" Ishida asked as he brought forth a few more of his new power-type arrows.

" I'm okay. Just have a feeling I'm the second key. " She said as she kept firing her arrows.

(just to give you fair warning, Animazement is this weekend so I won't be on as much)

Ishida raised an eyebrow in alarm as to what she said. "You do?!" He asked in surprise. If she did, then he would do anything and everything in his power to protect her.

( alright. Have a good time. :) )

" I do. I don't know why though." Saya said as she shot more arrows. She didn't want to be captured and wondered if this was why she was left behind that day.

"I don't want either you or Hoshi-chan to be this damned key, truth be told," Ishida muttered lightly, but still loud enough for Saya to hear him. He was glad that he was protecting her back instead of side by side, knowing that she would see his blushing at saying what he just said.

" I don't want this key to be anyone. I always thought the story about the four keys was just a myth. " Saya said and thought she saw someone in the distance. She wasn't going to let them take her or anyone else.

"Myth?" he asked, curious as to what Saya was talking about. He noticed a Quincy in the distance. Not liking the fact of how he was looking at Saya, he got in front of her, but wasn't in her line of fire. 'He's not taking her,' he thought to himself.

" My dad said the story was once used to teach young Quincies the importance of being honorable and vigilant. I can sort of see how it could be twisted into the idea the keys can be used to destroy things. " She said firing at the hollows and ready to get out of the area in case things got bad.

Ishida tried to remember if or when either his father or grandfather told him the story, but couldn't remember quite honestly, which annoyed him. He would have to ask if they all got out of this.

Hoshi contuniued to fight the hollows as the numbers were dwindling. She noticed some of them were heading I the direction she sensed Ishida and Saya. Hoshi wasn't going to let anyone hurt either of her friends.

Ishida kept an eye on the mysterious man standing in the distance as both he and Saya dealt with the Hollows.

Tetsu finished with the hollows in his area and shunpoed close to where Ishida was. He knew that the hollows were gathering in that area and trusted Hoshi could take care of herself with Tatsuki close by. He just had a feeling he needed to keep their enemy from succeeding.

Ishida was glad that Tetsu came and helped out, feeling his energy getting a little low. Drawing on the spirtual energy around them was only going to help him for long.

Tetsu knew they had little time to get these hollows defeated. He hoped his presance would deter the Quincy he knew was an enemy.

Salem narrowed his eyes when Tetsu appeared. He had hoped that all the Hollow bait he used would draw out more Hollows, and at least cause the others to be distracted long enough for him to get Saya, but that wasn't the case. Growling lightly in displeasure, he waited for a few more seconds to see what happened.

Megumi was angry at the amount of hollow bait that she sensed in the air. She never liked to use that stuff knowing how dangerous things could get quickly. She continued to fight Snow, and made a note that the poison element was her least favorite to fight against.

Katniss looked around for Coin, but noticed her nowhere in the area. Growling lightly, she cursed. Taking one of her arrows out, she spun it around before stabbing a Hollow with it, kicking it away before letting the arrow ignite. It helped her anger just a little bit.

Hoshi kept fighting with Tatsuki and sensed a shinigami close by. She had a feeling that this one could not be trusted and kept her guard up.

Ichigo fired a Getsuga Tenshou into the crowd of Hollows, noticing that Hoshi and Tatsuki were doing okay on their own, but also noticed that they were starting to get tired, so he headed over to their direction.

Hoshi didn't know how much longer she could keep this up. She was glad the hollows were thinning out and hoped no one had gotten captured. She had the feeling now that they were after Saya and this made Hoshi angry. She knew what it was like to be wanted for the wrong reasons and wouldn't let anyone else have to either.

Tatsuki was glad that the Hollows were starting to thin out, knowing that she couldn't hold out for much longer. She also noticed that more of the Hollows were heading towards where Saya, Ishida and someone else that she didn't recognize and had a bad feeling that they were trying to capture Saya. 'I'm not letting that happen,' Tatsuki thought to herself as she fought harder against the Hollows.

Tetsu kept fighting off the hollows. He was glad they were thinning, but had the feeling that once this was over, the Vandenreich wouldn't stop at trying to get Saya.
