Katniss unsealed her shikai and fired off a few sets of arrows. She wondered if she was able to use the ice arrows like her hollow had.

"Whichever one you want to show me first," Katia said, happy that Hoshi was willing to show her the albums.

Ichigo wondered why she wasn't attempting to try anything her Hollow had showed her. "Come on Kat-chan, you can do better than that," he said.

Hoshi got the one on top and opened it." it looks like this one is when Uncle Sam and my mom were kids. I see Aunt Sanae in here too." Hoshi said as she opened the photo album.

Katia looked at the photos with awe as she listened to her cousin. 'I wish I could have these experiences as well...' she thought to herself.

Katniss fired flame arrows and grinned. These arrows fit the girl on fire nickname she had. Though she would never tell Ichigo about it.

Ichigo saw the arrows bursting into flame as they flew towards him, making him use Zangetsu as a shield. After the barrage stopped for a few seconds, Ichigo poked his head out from the protective abilities of Zangetsu. Smirking lightly, he prepared to move as quickly as he could while in shikai, knowing it would save his life after this comment. "Oi! You may have missed but at least you give the term 'smoking hot' a new meaning," he said.

(I apologize for the bad joke, I just couldn't resist, especially since he doesn't know that she's the Girl on Fire, yet anyways)

That joke really made Katniss angry. She fired more fire arrows then a of round ice ones, not liking. that he was making jokes about who she was. Katniss knew she hadn't told anyone that she was called the Girl on Fire. She then sent a round of shock arrows wanting to see how he would react to that. She wasn't going to let him down easy for that comment.

As the rate of arrows went up, Ichigo quickly went into Bankai. While he couldn't block as many arrows as he could with the shikai form of the blade, the speed boost he was granted definitely made up for it. He smirked lightly as he continued dodging arrows, having a feeling that if Tatsuki was here to see this, she'd be laughing her ass off at him.

'You really know how to pick them King,' Hichigo said as he watched the onslaught in amusement.

'I have no idea what you're talking about,' Ichigo thought to his Hollow as the arrows kept coming as he kept making jokes when it came to the elements she was using to try and take him down, wanting to see what she could really do. And if the only way for that to happen was when she was pissed off, then so be it.

Katniss was getting irritated and shot off more poison arrows. She then held her bow like her hollow had and divided it into the two blades. Katniss wanted Ichigo to be sorry for all the jokes he had been making during this match.

'um King? I think you took it a little too far...' Hichigo stated as he saw Katniss coming towards Ichigo with two blades instead of an arrow.

Both Mockingjay and Hatniss were keeping quiet, knowing what Ichigo was doing, even if it was at the cost of his own health. "He's insane, isn't he?" Hatniss asked the zanpakuto spirit who only nodded back to her as his response.

Ichigo sweatdropped lightly before jumping back from the two blades that Katniss was now wielding. However, the smirk was still on his face as he welcomed the challenge.

"Are you sorry now for joking around?" Katniss said getting ready to attack.

"Not in the least," he said.

" Then it's your funeral. " Katniss smirked knowing she wasn't serious. She positioned her blades and charged for an attack.

Ichigo knew she wasn't serious when she said that and got ready to block the two swords. He wondered if he could get her to open up more, but wasn't sure.

Katniss jumped back when her attack was blocked and got ready to charge again. She wondered if there were any other attacks that she didn't know about.

Hatniss heard her Queen's thoughts and replied that there were some, but she had to master the ones she had first. She didn't know if Katniss heard the statement or not though.

Katia smiled lightly as both she and Hoshi looked through more of the photos. "I wish I could have met some of these people," she said softly.

Katniss inwardly scowled and went back to her bow. She then fired off a round of fire arrows trying to catch Ichigo off guard.

" I wish you could have too. I don't remember Aunt Sanae very well since she died when me and Uryu were very young , but I do remember your dad and mom a little bit. They visited the summer before I turned 7 and had a birthday party for Grandma Fumi. " Hoshi said.

Ichigo saw her go back to her bow and shoot some more arrows at her, them turning into flames. "You have any other tricks or should I just call you the Girl with Fire?" he asked. He wanted to help prepare her to fight either Snow or Coin, and he had a feeling that they would try getting under her skin as well.

"Wow..."Katia exclaimed, silently wishing she could have spent life with her family. "I wish I could remember them..." she said wistfully. She knew that her uncle told her stories about them and they had pictures as well, but at the same time...

" It's Girl on Fire!" Katniss said correcting Ichigo. She then combined fire arrows and poison arrows feeling irritated. She had a feeling that Ichigo was trying to get her ready for a fight with Coin and Snow. She hoped that when the time came she was prepared to fight them.

" I wish you could too." Hoshi said giving Kaita a hug.

oh that was gold. He smirked evilly as that tidbit entered his memory. He was surprised when she combined two of her arrow elements, and decided that it was better to dodge the arrows rather than block them. "Girl on fire huh? I guess that's why you're so easily tuned to fire...then again it could just be because of your quick temper," he said nonchalantly as he dodged two arrows, before using a Getsuga to counter. It wasn't at full strength since he didn't want to hurt her.

Katia returned the hug. "Thanks Hoshi-chan. I'm sorry if me being like this is starting to get to you," she said.

Katniss scowled. She wasn't going to explain to him why she was called that. She quickly dodged and combined the ice and shock arrows. She had always wondered what combining arrows would do and figured this was the best time to try.


" It's alright. I like looking at pictures. I didn't look at them much because they made me sad, but the more I look the less sad I feel. " Hoshi said.

'I'll have to ask her about that one,' he thought to himself as he was impressed to see her combine two more of her elemental arrows, although he wanted to try out a new attack himself. Technically it wasn't new, but it was different, so he was going to give it a shot. Firing off one Getsuga, he quickly used another one; however while the first one was vertical like he usually used the technique, the second one was horizontal, creating something akin to a cross. He smirked as Katniss's arrows hit the dead center of the technique before being vaporized.'If this hits, I hope it doesn't hurt her...too much, he thought to himself.

Katniss fell backward not expecting the shock arrow to detonate when it hit the getsugas. She was a little sore and slowly got up once the worst of the pain had passed. She then fired off a round of fire and ice arrows, wanting to try different combinations.

Ichigo winced lightly when he saw Katniss hit the floor as she did. Normally, an opponent would take advantage of her situation, but he didn't want to go that far in a spar. Moving to the left to dodge the arrow, he noticed a small mist come from the arrow. 'Interesting...fire and ice?' he thought to himself. He knew that he would have to end this soon, but he was having fun. Not that he would ever admit it of course.

Katniss liked the effect this combination had and made a note to use it again. She was ready to end this fight since she was feeling very tired from everything that had taken place.
