Byakuya nodded. "I see what you mean and it wouldn't surprise me if some want her tried as a scapegoat for the Vandenreich members who recently attacked Soul Society. He was about to say more when he heard someone else come through the portal and into the basement downstairs.

As they were walking to Hoshi's place, Ichigo thought he sensed several captains in the town. Since nothing was going on all around them, he shrugged mentally to himself and kept walking, although he did make a mental note to ask Kisuke about it. He assumed that they were all there to receive that device Kisuke had made from the disc Katia gave him.

Hoshi shivered a bit at the feeling of several captains. She recognized a few but the others she didn't.She unlocked the door and let everyone inside. " The door to the training area is in the basement. Can I get anyone anything before we head down ?" She asked.

"I'm good for right now, Star-chan, thanks though" Ichigo said, noticing that she had shivered lightly, most likely due to the fact of all the captains showing up.

Tatsuki nodded as well, indicating that she was good for now.

" Alright. Ready to head on down?" Hoshi asked. She could sense more captains and hoped Katia was alright.


Katia shivered lightly and knew that it was because of the captains being here. She knew they could use her as a scapegoat if they knew she was here.

Yoruichi noticed Katia shiver lightly in fear as more of the captains of Gotei 13 showed up. "Relax Katia-chan, they won't come in here, and even if they did, I'm sure Bya-boyo, my little bee and Toshiro will help me protect you. I'm not going to let them harm you," the ex-captain said.

Everyone nodded, hoping to get stronger so that they could be more help to the others.

Katia nodded feeling better. " I've never been so close to this many Shinigami before. " Katia said in a quiet voice. Even with the higher level shinigami that lived here in Karakura,Katia was more afraid of those that were from Soul Society.

Hoshi unlached the trap door in the basement and went down the stairs. She liked it that it wasn't too far underground.

"I understand Katia-chan," Yoruichi said as she sensed more Captains coming in as well. She just hoped that they believed Kisuke's story.

Chad was glad that the place wasn't too far down, especially with the fact that he wasn't truly useful in the last battle. He needed to get stronger...much stronger if he even hoped to stand on par with some of the vandenreich members.

Katia gave a small smile and went back to her test. She concealed her reiatsu just to be safe."

Hoshi was trying to think of a way they could train, not really sure what to do. She hoped someone had an idea.

" You guys ready to start?" Hoshi said once she was in her Shinigami form. She had the start of an idea and hoped that it worked out.

" I think I did this morning. " Saya said. She thought she sensed her while she and Ishida had been walking to school but she wasn't sure if that was Katniss.

Hoshi wondered this too but didn't say anything. She wondered if Tatsuki was a bit jealous.

" I'm worried too. " Hoshi said since it was the truth. She hoped Katniss hadn't got into any trouble.

Katniss kept on patrol as she felt the captains in the area. She had Ben put on double duty today due to them being here. She understood that the Vandenreich still could attack.

Hatniss had wondered what was going on with Ichigo and the others, but decided not to speak on it at the moment since she also sensed the several auras of the captains. 'Katniss, do you think Rue is alright?' she asked, hoping not to upset her queen by asking the question.

Ichigo filed the thought of Tatsuki being jealous of Katniss away for later before asking Hoshi what she had in mind for training.

" I don't know. From what Katia said they weren't allowed to harm Rue. " Katniss said.


" I'm not really sure. I thought we could work on things that we want to improve. " Hoshi said.

'at least not physically,' Hatniss said, hoping that her Queen's friend was still safe. 'So, are we still on border patrol or can we pop by to see your boyfriend?' she then asked.

Ichigo nodded, knowing that Tensa Zangetsu had wanted to show him something that relied more so on the speed portion that was granted to him upon using his Bankai

" We're still on border patrol. At least until the captains leave. Also he is not my boyfriend ! " Katniss said angrily back.


Hoshi wanted to work on mastering her amplifying ability and wondered who would like to help her with that. " I thought we could pair off based on what we wanted to improve. " Hoshi said.

'Alright, alright," Hatniss said with a small smirk, bored as they continued with the patrol.

"I'll help you out Star-chan," Ichigo said, knowing that his own technique could wait.

" Alight. " Hoshi said. She was glad this was going well.


" Chad-kun? I can help you if you would like. " Orihime said. She wanted to be able to hold her barriers for longer than she could now.
