Hoshi stood up and headed toward where Isshin and Asami were. Asami was sitting down resting after getting use to the gigai . Hoshi wanted to know more about her dad's family. She understood that her dad was strong. She coulnt hate him for keeping his past a secret from her. She knew it must have been difficult for him to know what he did . " Dr. Kurosaki? Is it alright if I ask you about my dad ?" Hoshi asked when they reached there. " What was he like back in the Soul Society ?"

"It's alright for you to ask Hoshi. Let's see...ah, right! Back when we just graduated, I was third seat of the tenth division and your father was fourth. We were sent on a mission to defeat a few Hollows and save a still living human who had a strong reiatsu. It was determined that only a few low-level Hollows were out there which is why we were sent out in the first place even though we were still green. When we got there...we found ourselves staring down a Menos Grande. I hate to say this, but I froze. If it wasn't for your father, I wouldn't be here today." Isshin said, telling her about one of the stories about her father.

Hoshi was listening closely to the story about her dad and Isshin. She never realized that her dad fought a hollow that strong. She knew he would do anything to help a friend who needed his help. She was glad that he was a brave person. " I never knew how strong my dad was. Do you know much about his family and if he has any relatives ? " Hoshi asked after a few stories about her dad. She was happy to know more about him.

Isshin told a few more stories about how her father helped him out of a jam a few times as well as when he helped her father out, actually acquiring his bankai because his shinigami spirit, Tengoku no Jigoku, sensed the urgency that was in her weilder's blade.

"Heaven's Hell, hm?"

"Hush you. Just because she doesn't like me at the moment doesn't mean I won't let her come out and kick you and your 'Moon Slayer' blade from here all the way back to the clinic." Isshin said, intentionally screwing up the translation of his blade's name.

Ichigo took the bait and corrected him automatically before noticing that his father was smiling.

"Hoshi, did I ever tell you how your dad got chewed out by our captain for challenging me to a sake drinking contest?" He asked, the situation and verbal argument bringing back that particular memory.

" You didn't tell me that." Hoshi said with a giggle . She had learned a lot about he dad and his family. She was a little disappointed that she and her dad were the only two remaining members of the Matsuda clan. She was happy to learn about who her father really was. It gave it even more reason to protect him. " Thank you so much for telling me about my dad." She said." Do I fight like he does? I think he might have been frustrated with me when we trained on Saturday. " Hoshi wanted to know how much like him she was.

"Well now you know kiddo, and you don't have to thank me for telling you, it was my pleasure," Isshin stated, glad to see Tetsu's daughter with a smile on her face, if only for a little while.

He then looked over and saw Asami starting to get the hang of what she was doing, and smiled lightly, glad to help her get back into the swing of things. He sighed lightly, knowing that this calm wouldn't last for long. Isshin then took a few seconds to think about how she fought compared to her father. "You fight similar, but I think you're a little more elusive in the way you fight. You're willing to use the fog that your shikai uses in order to hide while watching how your opponent reacts to the clones. I think if you get a little more experience under your belt, you can be able to move in-between your clones, confusing your opponents even further."

" You think so? I'm ready to help out." She said determined . She suddenly had the feeling that today was the calm before the storm started. Tomorrow would be much more stormy than things had been before . She hated when these feeling happened. She wondered if anyone noticed when she had these feelings. If they did notice, she didn't know what to do. Hoshi didn't want people to know she could see things, outside of the few that did know.

Isshin didn't notice the face Hoshi made when she had the feeling that this was the calm before the storm, but Ichigo caught it. The young man decided not to say anything about it until later.

Hoshi had the feeling Ichigo wanted to talk to her later.She would add that to the dream she had last night. " Think we should be heading home soon? "She said .The faces in the first part of the dream made more sense now. But she wondered who the others in that first part were. She would ask about the vice captains later. " Think we should be heading home soon? I hope Tatsu-chan doesn't kick both our butts for leaving her out."She wished Tatsuki could have been here today and felt bad that she wasn't.

Asami was exhausted after the day she had." Do you want me to stay here or can I go with you this time?" Asami asked . She wanted to know what Tatsuki would think of her being human. She was glad she could help them but wanted to learn how to fight back. Maybe she could ask Tatsuki to teach her some karate .

Tetsu was resting after the long day of testifying and evaluation . He hadn't fought that hard since the day he achevied Bankai . Which reminded him he still had to tell Isshin about that day. He was thinking about Hoshi. He missed her so much. He hoped things were going well with Asami too. He had another day of evaluation left.

Hoshi hoped that Tatsuki wouldn't be too mad at the both her and Ichigo . This afternoon had been a very good one for her . She had seen a good friend be able to help and not feel down about being so small. Asami had been picked on because of her size by other pluses. It made Hoshi happy to see Asami happy. Hoshi was also glad to learn more about her dad. It made her feel better about him being away.Hoshi waited as Asami finished up.

((sorry for being gone all day, was catching up on shows that I've taped over the last couple of weeks. Thank God and the Warehouse for DVRs))

After they left the shop, Ichigo noticed the smile on Hoshi's face and smmirked lightly to himself, glad to know that he and his dad could help in at least some way. He then pulled out his cell phone and put in the number for Tatsuki's cell phone as they walked. He would just have to hope that Tatsuki wouldn't kill them for all the cool stuff she missed today.

Tatsuki noticed her phone ringing, the ringtone for the opening to Blazblue: Calamity Trigger playing. She picked up the phone. "Moshi Moshi, Ichigo? What's going on?"

((That's alright. DVRs are a great thing to have . That's how I caught up on Fringe last season. ))

Hoshi listened as Ichigo talked to Tatsuki. Asami was close behind them. She still felt that strange feeling in the air. Hoshi would wait a little longer to tell Ichigo about the dream. She had to be brave like her dad. She knew he was scared of losing her or her being hurt. She understood more about why her dad was so protective of her. She didn't want to lose him either.

" I am!" Asami said in a excited voice. She was tired but wanted her friend to see her this way.

"I'm glad Tatsu-chan wants to meet Asami." Hoshi said with a smile . She hoped their meeting went well. She was feeling much better today about many things. Her dad would want her to be happy about knowing more about him.And that Asami was able to help out.

Hoshi and Asami waited with Ichigo for Tatsuki to open the door. Asami was nervous that Tatsuki wouldn't recognize her this way .

Tatsuki almost didn't recognize the girl who used to follow her before taking residence up in Urahara's shop the last couple of weeks. "I almost didn't recognize you Sami-chan," Tatsuki said, amazed and surprised that Ichigo and his father's crazy idea actually worked.

Ichigo asked if they could come inside and talk about plans for the future week, to which Tatsuki nodded, quickly leading them inside. Ichigo also speculated on what to do with Asami, now that she was technically a human again. "Hmmm...I hope dad thought about that...," he muttered to himself to which Tatsuki picked up on.

"What are you mumbling about, Strawberry?" Tatsuki asked, smirking lightly as Ichigo scowled at the nickname.

Hoshi and Asami went inside also .Hoshi giggled a little at the nickname. " I could help detect anything strange. I've been feeling something like a Hollow but it isnt one. Ive been chased by a few before but always run away when the Shinigami fights it. I'm scared of what I feel." Asami knew she had to do something to help

" Would that work Ichigo? I know she use to tell me to run when she felt uncomfortable. I didn't know about Hollows then , and thought she didn't want me to get in trouble with my dad." Hoshi said.
