Toshiro knew that it would be best for Hoshi and Katia to stay together, knowing that the two of them would be good for each other, especially after one, or both, of them would have a vision. He hoped that the Captains would place them in his division, but knew that he couldn't speak up for his own division; no captain could. Though he already knew which division the third girl, Tatsuki, would go to. Squad Two, the Assassin Squad.

"Now that we have given these three stature, what do the Captains of the Thirteen Divisions suggest as to where they will be placed while they are here in this realm?" General Yamamoto asked.

" I suggest that Matsuda Hoshi and Yamada Katia both be placed in Squad 13. I feel they both would fit well there." Soi-fon suggested. She suspected that Captian Hitsugaya had feelings for Hoshi-san and didn't want anything to change that if Toshiro was her captain.

"I second the idea," Byakuya stated. He knew that while Hoshi and Toshiro were dating, a fact that befuddled even him, though he knew how wrong a relationship could go and how it could interfere with any missions they were on. He wouldn't mind the fact that they were still dating and wouldn't even bring it up himself, but he thought it would be better if she worked with Ukitake-dono.

Ukitake gave a smile to both the girls and was happy to be thier captain. He also was glad that his fellow captains let them stay together. He knew how Seers usually stayed in groups so they could talk about the visions.

Hoshi gave a smile back to Captain Ukitake and then to Katia. She was happy that Katia was with her , since their visions usually were similar.

Toushiro smiled sadly after all the other remaining captains thought that it was a good idea for Hoshi and Katia to be in Squad 13 and not in his squad, but it was a small loss. It would have been nice to see Hoshi whenever he wanted, but had a feeling that it was precisely this reason that they chose Squad 13. They could still see each other, it would just be not as often...which may or may not be a good thing. He wasn't sure yet.

"Now then, what about Arisawa Tatsuki? What squad should she be placed in?" Yammato asked. He had a feeling that he already knew the answer, but rules and traditions were needed to be followed.

" I feel she would fit best in Squad 2. " Komamura said. He had been impressed with Arisawa's file and knew she would fit the best with Soi-fon.

" I second the idea. " Unohana said. She knew that was the best fit for Tatsuki.

I agree. Tatsuki-san would be good for squad two," Toshiro added. He had seen how she fought and knew that she would be good for the second division.

" Then it's settled. Arisaka Tatsuki is now a member of Squad 2. " Yamamoto said. He was proud of these young ladies and knew they would fit in well. He was glad Kurotsuchi wasn't here knowing that he had an interest in both Hoshi and Kaita. Yamamoto wasn't going to let anything happen to these girls.

Saburo was proud of all three girls and felt they were in the right squads. He knew that Toshiro and Hoshi would still have the chance to see together even if it wasn't as often. He did hope Katia would find someone to love her and had a feeling his niece could find out soon.

"Tatsuki had a smirk on that would have mirrored one of Ichigo's, knowing just what she was going to do and couldn't wait to help get rid of Tatsuki's bumbling buffoon of a lieutenant.

Hoshi was happy for Tatsuki and was glad the ceremony was finished. She was feeling hungry and hoped there was food.

Tatsuki was glad that everything was finished, but she wouldn't lie when she said she was hungry.

" Now that this is settled, let us all welcome the newest members of the Gotei 13." Yamamoto said with a smile. He was glad this had gone well and knew these girls would become great Shinigami.

Hoshi watched the captains leave , then the lieutenants leave the hall. " We go next. " Hoshi whispered remembering what Toshiro had told them earlier.

Katia nodded as she followed Hoshi outside of the building with a smile on her face.

Hoshi followed the lieutenants and stopped when they arrived to the tables. She could see there was a large amount of food and was getting hungry just looking at it. " Once the lieutenants are seated we're to sit with our squad. " Hoshi said. She was glad to be in the same Squad as Rukia-San and knew her dad respected Captain Ukitake very much.

"Are you going to be okay? I know you wanted us to be in Squad 10," Katia responded in a low voice. She was happy that she was accepted, but she wanted her cousin to be happy as well.

" I'll be okay. I have a feeling that this will be better for the both of us. " Hoshi said. She didn't want to grow apart from Toshiro since she felt he was the man in one of the dreams she had.

"Alright," Katia replied. "As long as you're happy; that's all I can ask for," she said softly before moving towards Rukia after seeing that she had sat down next to Ukitake.

Saburo was happy for the girls and was waiting for the right moment to speak to the crowd. He did feel a little awkward being higher ranked than the captains, since had been captains longer than he had been a Shinigami.

After a few minutes of eating, Byakuya had a small grin on his face, glad to see his sister/daughter having fun for once, especially since she was always so strong and strict, even if she was just acting. "Now then, at the last battle, the Royal Guard gave us one of its members to help save Tetsu," Byakuya said. "And he has a few words that he wants to tell us all."

"I am honored to congratulate the newest members of the Gotei 13, Arisawa Tatsuki, Matsuda Hoshi, and Yamada Katia. This symbolizes the confidence that these captains have in your abilities as fighters. I know you three will bring honor to us all." Saburo said. He never was good at speeches, but could give them when needed.

Byakuya grinned at the speech that Subaro had given, especially with his two relatives being part of the ceremony.

Ichigo grinned as he sat down next to Tatsuki, a small smile on his face. "So Ryu-chan, I guess this means I need to start working on my stealth, hm?" he asked in a teasing manner, showing that they were still friends.

Hoshi smiled at the speech and was glad to be apart of something like the Gotei 13. She liked Captain Ukitake and knew why her dad respected him so much. She wished her dad could be here, but understood he would be safer in the living world.

Katia enjoyed the speech of her second uncle and was glad to have met him, especially since Uncle Tetsu told the two of them so much about him. She was also surprised about how easy-going their new captain was and wondered if that was how he acted all the time.
