"Sure . I know dad won't mind that I'm over there.Just as long as I'm home at a decent time . " Hoshi said . It would be good to see those at the shop again.

"Alright then, let's go," Ichigo said as he led the way towards Urahara's shop. He didn't know it, but he was about to see one of his long time shinigami friends, someone who they all missed a lot.

They were getting closer to Urahara's and the feeling was getting stronger for Hoshi. " Ready to head in?" She asked Ichigo when they arrived.

Ichigo nodded quickly. "was born ready," he said with a smirk.

Hoshi smiled back and they entered.
" Well !look who came by today. It's good to see the both of you. How about we head to the back room so we can talk." Urahara said. He had a reason for sending Ichigo and Hoshi to the back. He didn't expect to see Hoshi today but was glad that she did come. |
Ichigo headed towards the back of the room, Hoshi following behind him. Both were curious as to what Urahara wanted to talk about.

They arrived in the back room and Urahara had the two sit down. " I understand there were two hollows near Ichigo last night . " He said and saw Hoshi nod a yes." Did you sense anything Ichigo?" He hoped so, then the next phase of the plan would be able to start. He kept an eye out for the guest that was supposed to arrive soon.

"I sensed something, but I couldn't lock in on it once I focused onto the...scent of the energy, like I could before," Ichigo said honestly and kept most of the annoyed tone out of his voice. He knew that it would come back eventually, after all.

" It's a good start though. I know a way that might help you focus better. Tetsu has been teaching Hoshi how to lend Reiastu over the last 18 months . She would focus on what reiastu you do have and transfer some of hers in the process . It wouldn't be much but it would be enough to sense things again." Urahara knew also that Ichigo's Reiatsu would come back quickly that way. Just like Isshin's did .
Hoshi felt guilty that she didn't tell Ichigo that she was training . She hoped he wasn't angry at her , not wanting that dream to ever come true. |
Ichigo was surprised that Hoshi was training in order to help him. Noticing that she was looking away and down at the floor, he quickly reassured her that he wasn't mad at her. He then turned towards Urahara and asked what he needed to do to start the transfer.

" Try to focus on Hoshi's Reiastu. She'll be focusing on yours and transfer some of hers. This first session will be short to see how you react to the Reiastu. I don't want overwhelm you or Hoshi. She will need to get into her Shinigami form to do this though. Are you both ready to start?"
Hoshi said she was ready. She hoped Ichigo was too. |
Ichigo nodded to show that he was ready and waited for Hoshi to get into her shinigami form. As she did so, he started focusing on her reiatsu.

Hoshi focused on Ichigo and felt him get stronger. She knew it would take a little while for him to be back to his normal levels . She continued this for about 30 minutes and then went back into her body.
" How are you feeling Ichigo? You should be able to sense better now. It will take a few more trainig sessions but soon you'll be able to fight again." Urahara hoped Ichigo would be. |
Ichigo made sure not to draw too much energy like when he did with Rukia when all of this started. After thirty minutes, he felt the power diminish and he stopped concentrating as he heard Urahara's question. "I feel good..." he started saying before he looked to the left to him, to where the front of the store was. "And why is Yoruichi here?" He asked as she sensed the cat woman who just entered the store. He didn't hear the rest of what Urahara said, however.
Once he sensed Yoruichi, a sudden thought entered his mind as he then chuckled as he was shaking his head, wondering if that ever happened. |
"To check on you of course. " She said with a smile as she entered the room. "I'm glad you are able to sense again. You now might be able to see ghosts and Shinigami again . Just be careful."
" When would be the best time for you to stop by again Ichigo? Maybe weekends?" Urahara said. |
Ichigo raised an eyebrow at this, but said nothing about it, just nodding. "That makes sense, and besides, aren't I always careful," he asked with a smirk before turning to Urahara. "Weekends sound like a good idea. Does Hoshi have to come as well?" he asked out of curiosity.

" It would be a good idea if Hoshi did come . Tetsu said that it would work better that way. Saying it wouldn't attract any unwanted attention from Hollows . It's getting late so , I'll see you both Saturday afternoon."Urahara said.

Ichigo nodded in agreement, the time and date being a good idea. However, there was a nagging thought at the back of his mind. If she was merging her reiatsu with his, what about his Hollow?

" Is everything alright Ichigo?" Hoshi asked him on the way to her house. She kept her guard up incase there were Hollows out tonight. She would be ready if there were any.

"I was just thinking about what Urahara said about you helping me with raising my reiatsu (wow, fail moment for about to say chakra instead of reiatsu) to where I can transform back to my shinigami form, that's all." Ichigo said, not wanting to scare her by talking about Hichigo.

" Okay. Just concerned about you. I feel bad not telling you about training." Hoshi said . " Thank you for letting me come with you today Ichigo . Dads working late tonight. I'll see you tomorrow ?" She said with a smile once they reached her house .

"Thanks for being concerned about me, which is why I'm not mad at you for not telling me about the training," he said teasingly. After thanking him for letting her come with him, he waved it off, saying that it wasn't a problem.

Hoshi gave him a small smile. " I know you aren't mad at me. I think it's just my paranoia that a dream I had will come true. I'm beginning to think it was just a dream. Or just a possible outcome of the future. I know now that not all of the dreams I See come true. I better get inside and finish my homework . I promise not to make a strange lunch tomorrow." She said with a giggle .

Ichigo chuckled lightly as he nodded, knowing that the future wasn't set in stone. He watched her head inside her house before he started walking home himself.

Hoshi had dinner and finished her homework.When Tetsu arrived home Hoshi told him that she had begun to restore Ichigo's Reiatsu. He was glad that it went well and said she could go to Urahara's on Saturday to continue to help. He debated on wheather or nor he should tell her about seeing a friend of hers today. He would let her be surprised tomorrow at school.
Hoshi went to bed . At about midnite a call about a hollow came in . She grabbed the pendant and went out of her body . Hoshi opened her window and Shunpoed toward the direction of where the Hollows were. |
