When the magic came into play he couldn't believe how powerful materia is. And he couldn't wait until he was able to use it. But it was going to be a while before he could use it. Cloud keeps watching both men, watching their fighting styles, and their magic skills. After an while the spar was over Cloud was relieve they was ok. Figuring they was using low level materia but it would still hurt.
Cloud looks over at Sephiroth and smiles as he nods "It was fantasic...I am excited to do magic." looks at Sephiroth staring a him again. He turns his head quickly before Sephiroth caught him blushing again. "You both are very good...I can tell ya'll both had alot of training." sighs deeply. He knew he was only a recuit and still training but he believe he would be good as them some day. |
((So sorry for the late update. My online class just began, and I have picked up a ton of hours at work)).
Sephiroth beamed a little when he heard the other say that he was fascinated by Zack and his magic use. Soon the other male would be using magic as well. He already knew that Cloud would be an innate thunder user, since he took a test before he enrolled in the SOLDIER program. Sure, the other male would be able to use the other forms of magic, but his thunder materia skills would be at least twice as powerful once fully trained. The first step that the other male would need to take would be to master concentration. "Well," said Sephiroth. "I think we should all call it a night." Stretching a little bit he caught Zack's eyes beginning to rove over the blonde. He gave him a rather stern looking glare, to which Zack coughed as he cleared his throat. "Let's hit the showers and retire for the night." Sephiroth walked towards the door as he neared the light switches. "You coming?" asked Sephiroth with a smile. |

Cloud watches Sephiroth and smiles knowing he would have to put alot of work in his magic training once he starts it. But he knew he would be able to do it..it would take alot of concentration and dedication like would with his other training. He brushes some of his hair out of his face alittle before he stands up from where he was sitting at. Nodding and heads after Sephiroth as it would be good cause it has been an long day and night. One thing for sure he would sleep good. Maybe his new bed would be better than his old one. "Yea I'm coming.." says heading over to where Sephiroth was standing at. |

Sephiroth chuckled a little bit as he saw the blonde come practically bounding towards him. He was so easy to manipulate, and the rewards for his hard work would pay off in due time. He was by no means going to hurt the other male, but he would soon have the other eating out of his hand. According to Cloud's file, the other male was always a rule follower. So this would make it even easier. Once the three of them were in the hallway, he shut down the power to the training room. The generator shut off with a shuddering sound, and then it threw the room into darkness. Walking down the hallway, Sephiroth turned a corner, and entered another room. The sound of showers was almost deafening. The other members were already done with their training regiments so it was rather crowded. Walking back out, he brushed some steam that had condensed on his shoulder pad onto the ground. "Let's head to the private bathrooms," said Sephiroth. "It's rather crowded here." ((I am going to try to push into a "scene," since it's been a while and we are on our 200+ post)). |
Cloud follows to the showers but heard everyone else in there so it was very crowded. And also they probbly would used all the hot water by the time they would get in there. But hearing Sephiroth saying something about the private showers was a better idea. "Alright..yea it will be less crowded in there." says wondering about the private showers too. Since it only had accessed by higher personnel which Sephiroth had so it was ok. Watching Sephiroth brushing off his shoulder pads. He would be staring at him again before he looks away still thinking what he looked like without any clothes on.

Going back out from where he had come, he turned another corner. Digging around in his pocket he produced a key card. Sephiroth swiped the key card, and there was a beeping sound. The door opened soon after. "Ah," said Sephiroth as he let out a sigh. Stretching out his arms, he let out a yawn. "We're here." Walking into the room he was greeted by some of the other higher ups that were putting away their belongings into the baskets that were provided for them. "We put our stuff in here," said Sephiroth. The receptionist greeted all of them, as she handed them each a bathrobe that hopefully would fit them. "Thanks." The woman blushed and turned her head, but Sephiroth saw a hint of a blush on her face. "Meet you guys back out here once we are done changing?" He then turned and went behind another curtain so he could change with some privacy.

Cloud follows into the room once Sephiroth had open the door with the key. He takes the moment and looks around at the other highter ups. He felt kinda out of place here cause he wasn't almong the higher ups yet. But he could admit that this place was much better than the other showers. Cloud watches as the receptionist came over and gave them all bath robes.Then He would thank the receptionist for the robe. He nods as he takes his robe and heads to one of the other curtains. Cloud closes the curtain behind him and place the robe on the hook. Once after he takes off his jacket and place it on the sit then removes his shirt. He would take that moment to stretches alittle after riding the chocobo he was kinda sore but it would take time for him to get used to riding one. Cloud turns and sits down to remove his boots so he would get his pants off. Once after he removes the rest of his clothes he folds them up neatly then puts the robe on and ties it around himself.

With the curtain drawn behind him, Sephiroth let out a sigh. Why was he getting like this? He wasn't the calm and collected stoic General of Shinra. Right now he felt like a giddy child. This was something that he was very unfamiliar with. It put him on edge, somewhere that Sephiroth never liked to be. He felt safe, though, in his own little cubicle. He changed quickly, making sure that he took off everything that he didn't want to get wet. Sephiroth opened the curtain and slid back out where he waited for the other two men.

Cloud picks up his closes and pushes the curtain back as he came out. He already saw Sephiroth was already out there waiting for him and Zack. He would head over an place his closes in one of the empty baskets. He heads over stretching alittle bit as part of his robe slips of his left shoulder. He pulls it back up on his shoulder and fixes it so it wouldn't fall down again. He looked around "This place is much nicer than the other showers but then again I can understand why its only for the uppers." says to Sephiroth figuring talking abit while waiting for Zack.

Sephiroth smiled as he saw the robe slip off of the other's shoulder. He licked his lips a little but then turned his face to glance at the steaming water. The room was pretty empty so there was no reason for the blonde to feel uncomfortable with what they would be doing next. After the shower it was usually customary to soak in a hot bath.
Taking off his robe he slipped into the water with a little splash. Zack soon followed. Sephiroth and Zack, both, tried not to stare at the other, and decided that whenever Cloud got into the water was fine for them. Sephiroth leaned his head back as he let out a sigh of contentment. Zack began washing his hair since he knew that it would take a long time. Sephiroth let his eyes slide closed so that he wouldn't be staring at Cloud when the other got into the bath. |
Cloud follows them and it was full of steam. He did let more of his guard down so he could feel more comfortable with only them in the room. He removes his robe once after the others got into the water. Sliding into the water at first it was hot but then with time it got better once he lowered himself into the water. Cloud lets out a sigh resting back agaisnt the side taking in the warmth of the water. He opens his eyes and stares up at the ceiling before looking over at the other two. He was glad that he had short hair cause it wouldn't take him long to wash his hair unlike Zack and Sephiroth. Their hair was abit more longer Sephiroth's being twice as longer. But it was very beautiful.

As Sephiroth lounged in the water he let Zack begin the process of helping him with his hair. Once he was done with his own hair he lounged back against the side again as he inhaled deeply. He knew that it didn't belong there, but there had been a clock installed in the hot springs as well. Even important higher ups had deadlines and meetings they had to keep after all. Yawning, he looked around to see if anyone else had noticed. Zack was far too busy getting the rest of the soap out of his hair, and he figured that even had Cloud noticed he probably wouldn't say anything about it. Sephiroth had a few meetings to attend the following morning, but luckily for him he did not need to provide any of the materials. The only thing he had to do was show up and sit in a chair.
Letting his eyes slide closed, Sephiroth sighed again as he inhaled the steamy air. He could stay here forever. This truly was the life. Though he figured that the blonde would need to get out soon. Sephiroth and Zack were used to the temperature of the water, but he figured that Cloud wasn't. The last thing that he would need to happen was for the blonde to pass out in the water. |
The blonde tryed to last long as he could in the steam bath but he wasn't just used to it yet. He had to get out and into more cooler room. Cloud gets out of the rub and grabs his robe turning his back away from the others. He grabs a towel and drys himself off before he wraps his robe around himself. And leaves the bath area into much cooler room. Guess he would wait around and wait for the others to get done so he finds a place to sit and stretches alittle. He knew that would have to take time for him to get used to.

Sephiroth opened his eyes as he looked around the spring area. Noticing that the blonde was getting out, he raised an eyebrow as he looked to the other. Cloud must have needed to get out because of the temperature. He made a mental note that the next time that they came in here, either with Zack or without, he would have preferred the later, and that he would need to turn the temperature down with the thermostat near the edge of the pool. The springs were nowhere near natural, far from it. Finishing with what he was doing, he pushed himself out of the springs. Grabbing the nearby towel, he wrapped it around himself as he walked out of the steamy room. Zack soon followed.
Sephiroth walked out of the room as he eyed the other male who was there. "Cloud?" asked Sephiroth. "How was the water? Was it too warm for you?" |
Cloud looks over at Sephiroth once he heard his name. He stands up and moves over to him "Oh the water was great. But it was more warmer than I am used to." laughs alittle. Maybe it was something he would have to get used to. Cloud look at them "I hope I didn't interupt yours baths?" not sure if he did or not by leaving. Its not like he had a choice he just needed to leave before he passed out from the heat.

Sephiroth found himself smiling yet another time that evening, and he knew that there would be more to come that night. He found himself also biting down a snicker at what Cloud had said. If the boy got hot because of some spring water what would happen when they did "other" things together. Stopping, he mentally smacked himself. This was not the time or the place for thinking like that. Especially, with Zack in the other room. "That's quite alright," said Sephiroth as he glanced at the other. "Not everyone likes the heat from the water. It's an acquired taste." Towel drying himself, he waited for Zack to finish as well. Walking back into the locker room he began dressing. Now that they were all washed and fed it was time to move it to the next step. Though sometimes he wondered if he was going to fast with the other male. |
Cloud stretches abit and follows the others back to the locker room and got dressed himself. He sets the robe down as he heads over to the sink and the mirror to fix his hair. His hair was abit shorter than Sephiroth and Zack so his hair was already dried faster than them. And natural his hair always get its spikey look no matter what he did. He finishes his hair and heads back putting on his shoes. Now he wonders what else was as he was very comfortable around Sephiroth more than ever before. Maybe because his feelings for him had help alot. So no matter what happens it would be faith.

Sephiroth didn't care much about styling his hair. He just ran his hands through the lengthy silver strands. It would do for now. Sephiroth walked out into the main area where he saw that Cloud and Zack were already there. Cloud already had his shoes on, and Zack was working on getting his own on. Sephiroth began putting his own shoes on as well, as he tried to figure out what to say next. Should he come right out and ask Cloud if he wanted the other to come to his room for drinks. Would he dismiss Zack. As he continued to think, he stifled a yawn. Maybe, his mind continued, he would just head to bed. It was just their first day of training. He knew that the other was bound to be tired. "Well," started Sephiroth. "I think that we should all retire for the night. We have an early morning rise tomorrow. We're all going to be jogging to the lake near the outskirts of Midgar." He glanced at the other, to see if he would be crestfallen. Sephiroth knew that if he had been Cloud in this position he would be, but Sephiroth didn't want to push the other.

The night was all fun but some things had to come to the end. And today's training had worn him out and all. He rubs the back of his neck alittle bit and listens to Sephiroth and nods not trying to sound disappointed. "Sure...I think that is good idea. Today's training was hard. And I'm sure I will fall asleep once my head hits the pillow." chuckles gently. He crosses his arms over his chest as he thinks for an moment and nearly remember something. "Plus I still need to go to my old room to grab my bags before going to bed in my new room anyway." turning around and heads to the door. Heading out into the hallway.

Sephiroth nodded as he heard the other. He knew that the cadet had a lot of hard days, weeks, months, possibly, more so than not, years ahead of him, but he would be there every step of the way as a friend and maybe something even more someday. Hopefully, sooner rather than later for the other male. He couldn't wait to get the other male into his be- No! Sephiroth shook his head as he looked at the nearby wall as he tried to count the number of paint stroke. Anything to take his mind off of what he wanted to do to the other male. "Alright," said Sephiroth. He knew that he would need to make a hasty retreat for the time being to take care of a personal matter that was beginning to develop. He waved Zack over, who appeared to just have finished dressing, and said," I am retiring for the night. Cloud still needs to go back to the old barracks before he can room with you. Escort him to the barracks, and then bring him to the SOLDIER dormitory. We will meet in front of the ShinRa building at 0600. Understand?" Zack looked none to happy, but nodded his head in confirmation. "Well you heard the man Cloud. Let's go collect your things." With that being said Zack practically dragged the other male out of the room, and down the hallway.

Cloud nods before he was dragged out of the room by Zack. "Ouch...hey take it easy you will pull my arm off." says as he follows Zack down the hallway. He thought Sephiroth was acting abit strange but he never thought about it long. He was just a bit to tired to think about it for now he just wanted to get his things and head to bed. He would need a good sleep for the next day. They walked back to the barracks and he moves to get his card key from his pocket and finds it missing. "Uh? that's strange my key card is missing.." says once he reaches the door. Cloud looks over to Zack before he looks over to the door to find it to be open. "Just perfect not again...." says seeing some of his clothes blocking the door from closing. He opens the door and looks at his stuff which was out of the bag and his stuff was all over the floor but what it was worst it was torn up. Cloud sighs and shakes his head abit looking at his stuf. "Wow looks like they took things way to far this time.." sighs picking up what he could recover. |

Sephiroth eyed the two as the raven haired male practically dragged the other down the hallway. He let out a growl of irritation, though he knew that the other was doing him a favor. Shaking his head, he went to his own room. He was in need of a shower. A very cold shower. Immediately. As they neared the barracks of the blonde Zack could tell that there was something off. Sure, he hallway was empty, but it felt somehow dark, maybe a bit off putting as well. Zack couldn't place his fingers on it, but he wanted to get in and get out as soon as possible. He heard the blonde mumble. Something about his keycard. Maybe the blonde had forgotten it. That was easily fixed. On all of the floors there was a senior ranking SOLDIER officer that kept the keycards to all the dorms. A Residents Assistant or RA if you will. He was about to say that they needed to go find him, but then he noticed that the door was slightly ajar. There were some clothes poking out from under the side and under the door. Pranks were one thing, but he had to agree with the blonde once the door fully revealed the contents of the room. There were clothes thrown all over the place. Some on the bed, on the floor, some even flung to hang over the nearby lamp. Not only were they thrown, but some of them were even torn to ribbons. Whoever did this really had it in for the blonde. Warning bells began going off in his head. If they were willing to do this to the other's clothing, what would they do if they got the real thing. "Cloud I don't think we should be here. Let's grab some of your gear for the night. Things that you need just for the night, and then let's get the RA to at least lock your room." He didn't like to leave this unfinished, but this was something that needed to be picked apart in the morning, not something to be discussed this late at night. |
Cloud nods, gathering some pjs and a shirt that wasn't torn up. He also grab his notebook that he wrote in and a small bag that he kept under his bed with his toothbrush and stuff. That's all he needed for the night the rest he could worry about later. Other than that Cloud just want to get back. "Alright I got want I need for the night." walking back over to the door looking at Zack. He looks back over at his room and shakes his head "Stupid jerks...they never took things this far before..." shaking his head as he walks out of his room. He was angry that they would take this far. Clearly they was jealous and probably after what happen earlier today with the teams. It would be no wonder why the other recuits would be kinda jealous of Cloud that he was in Sephiroth's group. He waits and lets Zack do whatever he needed to do before they return to the ShinRa building. So they could also tell Sephiroth about what happen.

Zack was angry, no he was far from angry. Who could do this to their precious Cloud? If Zack was livid, what would Sephiroth be like? He shuddered to think of what could possibly happen to the people if Sephiroth ever figured out who had trashed the blonde's room."Well," said Zack. "Now that we have everything let's head to the RA's dorm room so we can at least sort this out."Zack began walking down the hallway towards the end of the hall and the RA's dorm room.
Wrapping on the door, he waited for the door to open a crack."Can I help you?" asked a brunette. "We would like to file a complaint with this dorm hall, and we would hope to do it tonight." Even in the darkness, Zack could tell that the other male was beginning to become pale. He could tell that the other was hesitating."We could always come back in the morning with General Sephiroth. Cloud is a member of our squad now, and as such he is under both of our protections." "Very well,"said the RA as he ushered the two of them into his room. The room was sparsely decorated." Have a seat," he said as he gestured to the table and the bed. Once the paperwork was filled out the RA said that he was sorry for the altercations that had happened, and that he would get to the bottom of what happened. He then wished Cloud the best of luck in his future endeavors, and with any and everything in the future. Zack thanked the other man, and then the two of them walked the rest of the way to the ShinRa Building where Cloud would be spending the rest of his time. |
Cloud heads down the hall with Zack so they could make the complaint. He watches the RA and could tell he was nervous maybe because of Zack or something. But it was easy when Zack told the other that they may come back with the general if they didn't do it tonight. After once the paperwork was done and over with. He could finally relaxed a little once they head out. "Its not going to be easy...what if they can't find who did it?" Looking over at Zack. He had some faith that they would find out but then something about the RA didn't sit right with him.
Cloud could tell Zack was angry but what about Sephiroth? Would he be even more angrier than Zack? After all they would have to tell Sephiroth as that may help a lot with the complain case. But will those who did it would come out and admit it or would they just hide and not do anything. Of course one thing that was good he didn't have to spend another minute in that other dorm. He sure had a lot of enemies and who knows how many had it out for him. But he did have one or two friends but they had been kicked out cause they didn't pass their exams and such. |
