Fenris brought her to their hospital in a near panic. After telling the nurse that their prisoner had unexpectedly just collapsed, Amore was taken away. Fenris, instead of idly sitting by, did everything in his power to make sure that all that was going to happen to her was that her body would be treated, and hopefully fixed. He didn't want them to try and remove Night yet.

(um... there wouldn't be nurses XP remember ssmall colony? end of humanity? Yeah they don't really have any technology though they do have a real doctor which I mentioned before XP )

(they may not have too much tech, but i can almost garuntee that they have a nurse. The nurses job is to assist the doc, one person can't keep a group of people running very long with out help, however, If you Want' I don't mind going back and fixing that, After all you know this univers better than i do lol)

(it's the end of the world for humans the ones that survive survive and they have to work while Doc pretty much just waits mostly XP no nurse sorry, and it's a big cave it's not lie he would take her anywhere, there is really no privacy... I know that sounds weird but their are certain aspects that I'm keeping the same from the book XP )

Fenris brought her to their hospital in a near panic. After telling the doc that their prisoner had unexpectedly just collapsed, he did his best to convince the doc not to try and remove Night. Fenris recalled that all of his previous attempts had not only met with failure, but they also killed the host, which was the last thin he wanted.

(lol sorry I'm being stubborn with it XD )

"Why haven't I seen her yet? I mean normally you guys bring them into me quick..." Doc said before he was checking Night's vitals then her eyes though was careful not to let the light shine too bright so it wouldn't keep him from seeing her eyes. "Well... what happened? Just out of nowhere she collapsed? What was she doing at the time?" he asked looking at Fenris curiously since he couldn't find anything wrong with her really just that she was passed out.

Fenris shrugged. "We were just talking really, then she just collapsed. Maybe she hasn't been sleeping enough or something?" Fenris had a feeling that he shouldn't tell the doc that Amore was in there too. He was just glad that Amore and Night were okay. "If its okay with you, I'll take her where she can get some sleep."

"Fenris, what is it? If it was exhaustion you would have already known that and you came in running like she was dying or something. Her heart beat was a little fast but I don't really see anything wrong there. Why don't you tell me what really happened?" Doc said with a straight face wanting to know and not to have Fenris lying to him, he did allot for his 'family' so he didn't like it when someone tried to lie to him.

Fenris wrestled with himself. He absolutely HATED lying to Doc, the man had saved his life a few times after all, but he didn't want the news to spread about Night, and he didn't want Doc to cut her up or anything. He opened his mouth a few times, but nothing came out. Finally, after wt seemed like forever, he said, "Okay, I'll tell you, but you have to promise me two things. One: it won't leave this room, Two: You won't try to cut her up or anything, agreed?"

Doc waited patiently just as he always did as he watched Fenris struggle with whatever he was trying to get out. He then blinked some at his words and nodded a bit "Sure I can do that..." he said softly agreeing with whatever Fenris wanted him to so he could figure out what was wrong with the girl he had brought in.

"Amore's still in there!" Fenris blurted out quickly, "Night allowed her to surface, and they explained how their relationship worked. It didn't make much sense, and then Amore told me that she had to submerge, or something, and then this happened.." Fenris was speaking so fast, that in his hast he tumbled over some of his words. He then tensed, as he waited for Doc's reaction.

Doc blinked a few times as he heard Fenris then rubbed his temples some and thought. "Okay, now, say that just a little slower... I'm guessing Night is the one that is inhabiting Amore's body correct?" he questioned wanting to take this a little slower so he could understand it better.

(why do you keep saying 'submerge'? She said she couldn't stay in control anymore that's all XP )

Taking a deep breath, Fenris reexplained it. "Okay, Night, The alien, allowed Amore to take control for a while. We were talking, and she explained something about how their relationship worked. Towards the end of our conversation, Amore told me that Night had to take over, I'm not sure why, then she, they, just collapsed, and I panicked."

"Hm..." Doc said then thought some. "Mental stress? Was she doing anything? Anything at all?" he asked wanting to have a better idea of what could have caused this, his job was to take care of others and though the others in the colony didn't think of souls as anything to even bother with other then how to remove them.

"Well yes." Fenris said blushing a little, "We were kissing. Amore wanted to before Night took control again." suddenly, his brow furrowed and he leaned forward, "Do you think that might be part of it?"

"Okay... so let me get this straight, Amore's still there even with Night in there? Right? Night's the soul correct? Now what was going on? Was there a struggle or something for Amore to stay in control or what?" Doc asked intregued at the thought of a human being able to stay even though there was a soul inside of their body. He was thinking that maybe it was mental stress either way but he wanted to be sure what exactly he was dealing with.

Fenris said, "i don't think there was a struggle. The way they made it sound was the Night, the spirit, had allowed Amore to take control for a while, and then i have no idea what happened." He was really starting to worry. Even when humans had the luxury of technology, head problems were always hard to fix.

"Ah okay... maybe it was a mental strain on them both then... that could have caused her to pass out and put an actual strain on her body. I'd say she just needs some sleep and maybe not to try that again for awhile..." Doc said softly as he felt Night's forehead though it was no longer covered in sweat like it had been when she first passed out. Her breaths were calmer now and more or sleep then anything else since she was now just feeling quite worn out.

Fenris let out a sigh of relief. "So she's going to be okay then?" After a pause while he waited for Doc's answer, he then asked, "Is it okay if i take here elsewhere to sleep? I don't want to be in the way in case of a real emergency."

"Be my guest, do whatever you feel like Fenris, you know I really don't mind either way and you know there's not normally anyone that gets sick. Like I said before, all she needs is some rest and she should wake up just fine in a little while." Doc smiled easily then turned and started fiddling with some papers on his desk and thought some about how they had a soul in the colony now... though he wouldn't hurt her or touch her or anything unless he was told to do so.

Fenris grinned and said, "Thanks Doc. You're a life saver." He gently lifted Amore, and carried her to his room. He lay her down on the bed gently, and sat by her side. He tried his best to make her comfortable, but he wasn't sure how successful he was. Ht then leaned against the wall, and fell asleep while he waited for her to wake up.

After a little while Night slowly awoke to the feel of light on her face and wondered where she was. She groaned some and turned over only to feel her face press up against fabric that felt like jeans. She glanced up some to see that Fenris was sitting there and was a bit confused. She tried to sit up though she was so dizzy she fell right back over and landed pretty much in his lap or leaned against him. She blushed some though she was too dizzy to move right now and hoped that she didn't wake him though had a feeling she would.

Fenris stirred a bit in his sleep, but other than that, he didn't move. A couple of second later, however, he woke up. Rubbing his eyes, he said groggily, "How'd you get here?" Then, as he woke up more, He began to blush.

Night blushed when she heard Fenris waking up then looked and saw his eyes open and her face got even redder. "I tried to sit up and fell.... I'm dizzy." she said still blushing a bit as she looked away slightly and couldn't believe that she couldn't move from being here... though at the same time she didn't want to move.

"I... It's okay." Fenris stammered. He wasn't sure he should push her off of him. She didn't seem to be making any moves to move herself, but that might not mean anything. Taking a chance, Fenris put his arms around her.
