"Unfortunately, no..." Alex said as he explained the situation to Tracy. "I'm not giving them Yugito. It would be over my dead body," he said.

" There has to be a way to get your friend's Renamon without having to give them Yugito." Tracy said, upset that these so called scientists were doing this sort of thing.

"There is. An extremely crazy one, but there is a way," Alex said as Yugito looked at him curiously, waiting for him to explain. "I'll need to talk to Nita and Kit but to keep it completely simple...what do you think about being cloned Yugito?" he asked.

" That would work." Tracy said, though agreed it was a crazy idea. She hoped this idea would work.

"You realize how crazy this sounds, right?" Yugito asked as she saw Alex nod. "Just making sure," she said as she sighed lightly. "Alright then, what do I have to do?" she asked.

Carly wondered if she should message Alex, not sure if he was in the air or had even left yet. She knew she had to tell him about Renamon.

"First, I need to talk to Nita and Kit to make sure they can actually do this. If they can't, then I'll need to think of something else," Alex said answering Yugito's question. "Then, I should contact the others and let them know what's going on," he continued, asking Tracy if she wanted to say anything to Carly and Taylor.

" Tell them I said hello and will do what I can to help. " Tracy said.

"I will," Alex said as he started to write the message to Carly explaining the situation and the message that he received as well as Tracy saying that she was willing to help in any way that she could.

Carly got the message and told the others what Alex had said. She thought it was a strange idea, but figured it would work.

Simon hoped that the idea would work. He didn't want Alex to lose Yugito just to save Renamon.

Renamon tried curling away from the needle that was injected into her arm but couldn't. Growling weakly, she watched the liquid being inserted into her arm, whimpering lightly as it was done. At first she tried stopping them with both words and actions, but both were met with swift and hard punishments. She noticed them write something on a piece of paper before something else was inserted into her, causing her to black out.

"She isn't responding to the tests as well as that other female did...at least the ones we could run before she was rescued," he said as he watched the vixen rest in her shackles.

"But that's because she was wild. I highly doubt they'll work now that she is bonded to that trainer," his partner said as she raised her glasses from the tip of her nose to where they rested comfortably on her nose. She wouldn't say it out loud, but she wished that these experiments would stop.

Taylor hoped this idea worked, not wanting Alex to loose Yugito.

Tracy bid Alex farewell, knowing that he was going to busy working on the idea of his to rescue both Renamon and Yugito from these evil scientists.

Carly hoped Alex would be back soon. She hated seeing Simon like this.

(timeskipping to Alex getting there)

Alex thanked Angelus for flying there as fast as she could within the last day of the deadline. Once he started talking to the two young wizards, how fast the time went. When he realized that this was the last day before he could no longer save Renamon, he ran towards his dragon friend. She chuckled lightly and scowled before agreeing.

"You owe me for this one Alex," was all that she had said before he climbed up, Alex agreeing with her quickly. With everyone else in their respective Bishiballs, Angelus only had Alex weighing her down. A few hours later, Alex was within the walls of the village. He wanted to get the message from the scientists first before looking for his friends.

The young female scientist was put in charge of sending the message. She didn't like what was happening, but was afraid to say or do anything.

Renamon kept her eyes lidded as she pretended to sleep and started overhearing a young female scientist talking to herself. She doesn't like what she's doing? Then why isn't she... she thought to herself before another thought came to her. Why am I even caring? Is it because she is being forced against her will? she finally asked herself as she saw her send something.

The scientist hoped there was a way to stop these people. She had thought at first they were doing good, but soon found out what they were doing was wrong. She felt trapped.

Alex received another message from the scientists, saying they wanted to meet with him in two days time at the old clock tower where Yugito was first rescued from them. Alex scowled at the irony they were trying to create. He was about to delete the message before seeing an interesting message at the bottom. From the look of it, it was if someone was pleading for help. Why would someone send me this? Alex thought to himself, wondering just what was going on.

Taylor hoped Alex would be able to tell them what was going on. He knew time could be running out.

Alex sent a message to Carly asking them where they were staying so he could meet up with them.

Carly got the message and sent their location. She hoped that Renamon was alright.

Alex headed to the hotel where Carly gave him directions to. He hoped that they didn't mind him just coming in. Heading up a few flight of stairs, he heard Simon, Carly and Taylor talking with Max and Sora.

Taylor was trying to figure out a way that they could finally defeat the scientists. but was stumped. He hoped Alex had an idea.

Alex knocked on the door, hoping that he had the right room. He would have gone in after hearing their voices, but he wasn't sure if it was the right room and didn't want to seem rude to complete strangers if that was the case.
