" What's wrong ? " Eve asked concerned. She hoped that nothing bad had happened while they were away.

"The guy sent me a message, saying he was willing to trade the antidote for 'the traitor,'" Alex said as he used quotation marks to show it was him that called Eve that and not him. "How are you guys finding out my dex number in the first place? I thought that info was confidential and only the trainer could give it out to someone," he asked.

"Possibly a hacker. There are people at the lab who can go through the lines and get the numbers." Eve said. She didn't know what to do. She wanted to be able to help Carly , but not be a victim herself.

"And is there anyway to get them to stop getting my number?" Alex asked, wondering if he could pull the same trick off again, just with Eve this time instead of Yugito. He just hoped that Nita and Kit could take on the task. "I have an idea that might work, the only problem is that I already used it once so I'm not sure if it will work again," Alex said.

" There is a code I can program into your Bishie dex. They won't be able to crack it I promise. They might have given me the low end jobs, but I'm really good at things like that. " Eve said hoping to help.

Alex nodded before turning to Gina and apologized for ignoring her.

Eve also apologized to Gina. She hoped her friend could help them, and still wondered whe her friend's Bishie was.

"It's alright, I understand," Gina said. "Although I think I have an idea that you might like to help you with your problem," she continued on, causing Alex to raise an eyebrow in curiosity.

" What is it? " Eve asked curiously.

"Well, my Bishie is good with seals and if you can get him into an enclosed area, she can activate those seals and trap him inside it," Gina said.

"That...actually sounds like a good idea," he started to say before using what she said to go through his knowledge of different Bishies who were good with seals. "Wait a second...your Bishie doesn't happen to be Kushina Uzumaki, is it?" Alex asked.

Eve wondered too. Though Eve knew Gina would have to confirm who she thought it was.

Gina nodded at Alex, impressed. "How'd you know?" she asked as Alex just shrugged and replied that it was more of a lucky guess than anything else.

Eve was glad to know who Gina's Bishie was. " We need to think of a way to lure this scientist. I don't think it's going to be easy though. " She said.

"What if we pretend to give into his demands?" Alex asked as both Gina and Eve looked at him as if they were betrayed. "Hear me out. If we pretend to give Eve to him, we could set a time and place, giving Kushina time to put our trap into place," Alex explained.

" That would work. " Eve said. She didn't want to be captured if this idea went bad.

"How long do you think it will take Kushina to create and test a seal like that?" Alex asked.

"It depends really, it just depends on the components of the seal. " Gina said.

"Alright," Alex said as he thought for a few seconds. "Do you think a week would be long enough?" He asked Gina.

" I think it would be, but I would have to ask Kushina. " Gina said.

Alex nodded, knowing that it would all count on what Kushina said.

" I'll go and ask her. I promise not to take too long. " Gina said and went to the other room.

Once Gina left to ask her Bishie, Alex turned to Eve and asked her what she thought of all this.

" I'm not sure what to think really. I just hope Gina can help us. " Eve said.

"I hope so as well, especially since you've risked so much to help us," Alex replied.

Eve nodded solemnly.

Gina knocked on Kushina's door and hoped her friend was awake. She still felt terrible that Eve had gotten involved with such people.
