"We will, promise." Alex replied as he headed outside the police headquarters, waiting for Taylor.

Taylor caught up with Alex. " It 's not good that another trainer's Bishie was attacked the same day as Angelus was. "

"Agreed. I was thinking of checking it out. Want to come?" he asked. Alex wouldn't be offended if he didn't want to go.

" I'll come with you." Taylor wanted help as much as he could .

"Alright then, let's get going," he said before looking at the piece of paper that the directions for the hotel and started walking towards it.

Taylor followed closely to Alex. This town was much larger than the one they were just in. He had the strange feeling they were being watched.

"So you feel it too, hm?" Alex whispered to Taylor who he saw nodding out of the corner of his eye. "What do you want to do about it?" he asked next, waiting for Taylor's response. If this person following them was the same person that hurt Angelus and one of this "Carly Richards" bishis...well then, he'd have to teach that person why it wasn't wise to poke a sleeping dragon.

" We should try to lose this person. Ive never been followed like this before."He had been followed but not by a person who might hurt them.

"Think we should split up? I can ask some of my Bishis to follow with you just in case," Ark suggested. He didn't like the feeling of being followed, especially by someone who could cause them harm.

" Spliting up sounds like a great idea. Where should meet?" Taylor wanted to lose whom ever was following them.

"There's an old hangout that I know of around here. It's an old gym that helps train both humans and Bishis," Alex said as he wrote the directions on the back of the paper that the Police Chief gave him. "Meet up there in about...an hour or two. We'll see who just this person is following; me...or you." He said before handing the piece of paper to Taylor and heading towards an alley that would eventually take him to the Gym.

Taylor took the slip of paper and ran in the direction of the gym. He heard footsteps for a few blocks, but he turned a corner and lost the person. He found the gym and went inside to wait for Alex.

Alex waited a few seconds before climbing up and over the fence at the back of the alley and making his way slowly towards the gym as he took a zigzagging pattern. After about thirty minutes, the feeling of being followed vanished and he quickly made his way towards the gym where he spotted Taylor.

Taylor spotted Alex." I was followed for a little while. They stopped following me when I made the two turns. Im sorry to get you involved in this mess."

"I was followed for a little while too. Anyways, the police chief said this girl was in the hotel in the city, right? Why don't we go there for now, maybe get some leads," he said, wondering what Taylor thought about all of this.

" Sounds like a good idea to me." Taylor said. He did have the feeling the attacks were connected to the kidnappings.

"Perhaps Jean, Sora and I should stay with you two, just in case." Zero stated as Alex thought about it for a few seconds.

"That actually sounds like a good idea Zero, thanks," Alex said as Zero just nodded.

Taylor thought that was a good idea too. He hoped this Carly Richards could be trusted.

Carly was at the hotel waiting for the two trainers the police chief had called her about . Maybe they would know why she was attacked.

Alex looked at the piece of paper before looking back up at the room number one last time, making sure that they matched. He then gulped lightly before bringing his arm up and knocking on the door.

Carly heard the knock on the door and answered it. " How can I help you both?" She said cautiously.

"Are you Carly Richardson?" Alex asked, wanting to make sure they had the right room.

" Yes I am. Are you Alex and Taylor? The police chief called me and told me you were coming. Please come in ."Carly said .

Alex nodded to her question and was glad that she trusted them. Then again, the call from the police chief probably helped. Alex and Taylor quickly headed inside.
