"Could you, please?" Deanna asked.

( sorry about that. [sweat] )

Thalia nodded and started the water for the dishes. She hoped tomorrow went well.

(no problem. timeskip to tomorrow?)

Tracy had received a message from Deanna early this morning saying that she and Thalia wanted to talk to her about something. Curious, she responded back saying that she would meet her right after, or during breakfast, if she didn't mind making her a meal. She knew it sounded a little manipulative, but she had heard rumors about Deanna's skills as a cook and wanted to see if the rumors were right or not.

Deanna had said to Tracy that she didn't mind cooking and had decided on french toast. She hoped that this meeting went well as she was getting things ready.

Tracy made her way towards Deanna's apartment, wondering what Deanna wanted to tell her.

" How does sausage sound?" Deanna asked Thalia. She wanted this to go perfectly and not lose her friend.

"I think it would be a good idea," Thalia replied as she helped her friend around the kitchen. She wouldn't lie when she said she was nervous about all of this.

Deanna got the other skillet out and put the sausages in to cook. " How about coffee or juice?" Not sure what Tracy did like.

Thalia was unsure of which to offer Tracy as she heard a knock on the door.

" Thalia could you get the door. " Deanna said as she was finishing up. She was feeling very nervous.

"Of course," Thalia said as she went to get the door. Opening it, she saw Tracy waiting outside.

" Hope I'm not too late for breakfast. " Tracy said. She was wondering what about what Deanna and Thalia wanted to tell her.

"Deanna is just finishing it actually," Thalia said as she stepped aside, so that Tracy could come inside. She hoped that after all this happened, Tracy wouldn't throw them out or isolate herself from them.

" I'm just about done. " Deanna said as she finished pouring the juice. "

" Smells wonderful in here. " Tracy said as she entered the apartment.

Thalia closed the door behind Tracy, mentally nodding in agreement with Tracy's statement. Both Deanna and Thalia had agreed to tell Tracy after breakfast.

" I'm ready. Come and get it. " She said with a smile. She hoped Thalia and Tracy liked her French toast.

Both females took a plate and grabbed a few pieces of french toast and sausages. After taking her first bite of the french toast, she was surprised at how the rumors of Deanna's cooking were true. "These are very good Dea. Where did you learn to cook, if you don't mind me asking?"

" My mom taught both me and Carly to cook. " Deanna said blushing a little. She took a bite and was tense about later.

Tracy nodded lightly in understanding. "I tried learning how to cook with my mother as my teacher...let's just say after one time I tried making something we had to clean the whole kitchen from top to bottom. To this day I still have no idea how it happened," she said before taking another bite of her breakfast.

Deanna giggled. " I could teach you if you want me to. " Deanna offered.

"Maybe. Although I'd rather not have a repeat of what happened last time," Tracy replied as she finished her breakfast, noticing that Thalia had also finished hers as well. "Now then...what did you want to tell me?" she asked.

" Thalia has been working for the scientists and was spying on us the day I caught her. the reason she was working for them was because they have her Golden Fleece and are using it to keep her in line." Deanna started and would let Thalia finish.

"If I don't cooperate with them, or give them information about you and Deanna, then they'll destroy it. I'm not sure what will happen if it is destroyed either," Thalia explained. "I'm sorry that we didn't tell you about this earlier, but I was afraid that you would make Deanna release me and then I would be right back where I started, or worse, since they would most likely see it as an attempt to escape from them," she finished.
