Alex chuckled lightly before stopping. "Sorry. How are you feel...what's wrong?" He asked, noticing how tense she became.

" There's someone else in the house. It's not a bad feeling, but a startling one. " Yugito said.

Michael woke up and looked around. He was glad to finally be someplace safe and knew that he would need to explain everything to Taylor and Alex.

"You stay here then, and I'll go check on what's bothering your senses," Alex said as he got out of the bed and quickly got dressed before heading out into the main area, ready for just about anything. The only thing he didn't expect was to see Michael sleeping on the couch that was turned into a bed.

Micheal heard someone enter the room and hoped if was Alex. " Hi Alex. I know you are surprised to see me here ,but I have some info that you guys need to know. " He said after he sat up and saw Alex there.

"What type of information?" Alex immediately asked. He knew it was a little rude, but he wanted to know what Michael risked his life for first before he berated him on doing something so dangerous, or he could leave that job to Taylor, either/or.

Michael repeated what he had told Simon and waited to get yelled at. " I know what I pulled was extremely risky. I've decided to retire as a detective and look for a job that doesn't require me to go undercover. " He added afterwards.

"I'm not going to yell at you. I'm gonna leave that part to Taylor," Alex said after hearing what Michael told him. "It's a good thing that you told us when you did, although I wonder...do they know who our Bishies are?" He asked, wondering if last night's attack on Yugito and Renamon was because they were out after the imposed curfew, or if it was because they were part of the people who were protecting Carly.

" From what I could find,no. They do know about Max and Yugito though. " He said dreading his friend yelling at him, but knew he deserved it. "They do have a strict curfew and the Bishies that patrol are ordered to attack anyone. I knew the routes so I could avoid them. " He said.

Alex growled when he heard that news, "Which explains why that mercenary almost killed Yugito last night, it was probably part of his objective."

" Exactly. I know that many civilians have been hurt because of those Bishies. My bosses have people coming here, but I have a feeling the fight is going to start soon." Michael said.

"Which bosses? The ones that actually hire you and send you on these crazy undercover missions, or the ones that you're pretending to work for?" Alex asked, wanting to make sure exactly what Michael was saying.

" The ones who send me on these crazy missions. I'm wanting to retire and find a job that isn't so dangerous." Michael said.

"I'm sure Taylor will appreciate hearing that," Alex replied as he saw Jean coming back up the stairs, most likely from early training. "Morning Jean. Training go as usual?" he asked.

Taylor woke up and took a shower , hoping today would be a good one, to his surprise, he saw Michael. He had a feeling his friend had gotten into trouble again, and wanted to hear what his explanation was.

Michael saw Taylor and knew that he was going to get yelled at by his friend.

Taylor told Michael how worried he had been , and said that he was glad his friend was safe. He knew that yelling wouldn't accomplish much.

"I'm sorry Ty and I promise, this is my last case. After this, I'm quitting from the detective work and doing something less hazardous," Michael responded, using the old nickname for him.

" That's good. I'm sure that you will be able to get a good job. With your knowledge of Bishies , I wouldn't be surprised if you worked at a gym one day. " Taylor said, grinning at the nickname.

"It wouldn't surprise me. I bet I could help with the gym here, after all the chaos that is," Michael said, silently relieved that Taylor wasn't yelling at him.

"How's Yugito doing Ark?" Jean asked.

"She's awake and said that she's feeling better, but that's all I know. She sensed Michael and I came down here. She should still be in my room if you want to check up on her," he replied.

" I'm sure they will need as much help as they can get. Tracy says she's working at building her gym up after Bryce. She might be able to give you some ideas. " Taylor suggested.

"I'll keep that in mind, if I can get her away from her boyfriend that is," he replied.

" I'm sure that's going to be hard to do. They just got engaged." Taylor said with a grin. He was happy for Tracy.

"I didn't mean it like that Ty, you know that. Although its good to hear that," Michael replied.
