Kirito grinned lightly, glad to hear that.

" Here we are. It's not a huge area but it is just big enough for a sparring match. " Gina said happy that every thing was almost like she remembered it. It looked like the landscaping had been neglected for some time.

Kirito looked over the area with a small grin. "It's perfect for a spar Gina-san, thank you," he said.

" Ready to start? " Gina asked both Kushina and Kirito. It would be interesting to see how this all played out.

"Just one question Kushina-san, do you use one sword or two?" Kirito asked.

" Just one." Kushina said with a smile. She had improved her sword fighting during the months she and Gina had been in seclusion.

"Alright, one sword it is," Kirito said as he unsheathed the sword that made him known as "the Black Swordsman".

Kushina took out the short sword she always carried in one of the hidden pockets she had.

(Of course she has a hidden pocket for stuff. It's an anime rule after all lol)

Kirito grinned lightly, knowing that Kushina would be quite a challenge. Keeping his sword low and to the ground, he waited for her, wondering what she would do.

( Yep. Just like pockets bigger on the inside is a Timelord rule.)

Kushina was never one to start a sparring match, always wanting to see what her opponent tried to do. She charger weapon drawn and wanted to see how Kitrio handled this.

Kirito kept his opened nonchalant stance as he noticed Kushina move in, wondering where she was going to try and attack him.

Kushina aimed for his sword, wanting to see how good he could defend with it. She knew if he was stronger than her in this type of combat she would ask for some pointers, knowing she would encounter sword users again.

Kirito saw her aiming for his sword and quickly put his empty hand behind the hand holding his sword. He knew that the added strength would be enough to stop her.

Kushina could feel the strength behind the strike against Kirto's sword and jumped back. She would let him strike her , hoping this blow wasn't so harsh.

Kirito grinned lightly as he rushed forward. He knew this fight would be interesting and wanted to see what Kushina could do.

( I did. Sorry about that. [sweat])

Kushina was liking the challenge of all this and was going to help make this fight interesting. She countered a swing and dodged forward to give one of her own. She wouldn't hurt Kirito, knowing this was all for fun.

Kirito was enjoying the fight, although he was limiting himself to just his original skills with the sword that saved him and his friends several times in the past. Jumping back, he barely dodged the swing of Kushina's sword.

" Good fight. You have great talent as a swordsman. " Kushina said after the fight. She was glad to have had the chance to train with another Bishie after so long.

"You're pretty strong yourself Kushina-san. Thank you for the fight," he said before putting his sword back in its sheathe.

"You are welcome. How about we rest a bit. " Kushina said, not knowing if there was anything else planned.

"That sounds like a good idea," Kirito said with a small grin as he laid down on the field, noticing that Eve and the others were resting as well. 'I hope everyone else is okay...' he thought to himself.

" Good match. Want to sit for a while before we head back to the safe house?" Taylor said to Sora. He wondered when they would be going back to Tracy's town and to help Carly and Deanna. Taylor hoped that both his friends would find their mom.

"That sounds like a good idea. And it looks like you're improving," Sora said with a light chuckle. He was glad for his recovery spell especially when he had bruised his ribs during the spar. "When do you think we'll fly back to Tracy's?" Sora asked his friend.

" Probably in the next few days. It seems that most of the rebuilding is done with, except for a few big projects. I'm looking forward to seeing Tracy and Deanna again." Taylor said. He was glad he was improving as a fighter an chopped he would be able to compete in a trainer battle sooner or later.

Sora nodded to what his trainer said. While he would miss the company of Simon, Renamon and Michael, but knew that he was at least going to be doing a semi-safe job then what he had done in the past. "You think Tracy would mind if we challenged her?" Sora asked, thinking that he and Taylor were ready for a fight of such magnitude.
