" It's Kero. He guards the card and the book. " Sakura said and explained what her powers were. She had wanted to wait till after dinner but didn't want to worry Thalia or anyone else. " Would you like some French toast Kero-chan? " She asked the plushie.

"A guardian? Interesting..." Eragon mumbled.

Kero apologized for his sudden appearance to Thalia before answering Sakura's question with a nod.

" That's alright. I didn't expect to see you. It's nice to meet you Kero. " Thalia said.

Deanna gave Kero a slice of French toast , since he was now a part of the family. " How does everyone like it? " Deanna asked.

Everyone responded that it was good and thanked Dea for making it.

Deanna smiled and heard her Bishie dex ring. " Great news! Carly and the others will be here in the next couple of hours. ' Deanna said and sent her sister a return text.

"That's great!" Sakura responded with a smile before taking a bite of her french toast.

Alex grinned as he saw the town in the distance, knowing that Angelus would enjoy seeing Saphira again.

"We should first help Deanna with the dishes. We don't want her to miss seeing Carly. " Tracy said. She was happy to help her friend and knew they still had time to meet them at the air field.

Both Sakura and Thalia nodded at the idea, knowing that it would be a good idea to do so. She had also wanted to see what Sakura could do with the cards and hoped that Sakura would explain them after cleaning up.

" Dea texted me that she and Tracy will be there to greet us once we reach the gym. She said they are still eating dinner. " Carly told the others as they descended to the ground. She was super carful while they were in flight not to drop her Bishie dex, since they were expensive to replace.

Alex nodded as Angelus' talons pierced lightly into the land. "Thanks for letting me know Carly," he replied as he slowly slid off of Angelus' back before helping Jean and Yugito off as well.

Salem helped Eve off Angelus and looked around. He was thinking it might be a bad idea for him to become a trainer." Alex do you think it might be a bad idea if I become a trainer?"He asked.

"It will be hard, but I don't think it will be a bad idea. Morpheus is giving you a chance to make up for your past mistakes, and I think you, yourself, should try and continue doing so," Alex replied as he let everyone else out of their Bishieballs. He was glad that nobody had noticed him yet, having a feeling he would get several praises showered onto him for saving them.

" Thank you for being honest with me. I do want to make the most of my second chance and prove that I can be a good trainer. " Salem said.

"And if they have a problem with it, then they can deal with me," Rikku said with mischief in her eyes.

"Um...Alex? I'm not going to cause trouble if I'm like this, am I?" she asked as she pointed to herself, her tail flicking back and forth behind her nervously. She didn't want to cause any trouble for Alex, not after everything he did for her.

" Are we ready go greet everyone?" Thalia said as she wiped the last dish. She was happy that everyone had been helping out. She also was looking forward to finally meeting Carly and Max.

Sakura listened as well, wanting to meet Dea's sister as well.

"We are," Dea said with a smile, glad to see her sister after so long.

" I can't wait to meet Thalia and Sakura. Do you think they will be here soon" Carly asked and looked into the city gates. She wanted to get some sleep since they had been traveling for a while.

"I think they'll be here soon Car," Max said with a small chuckle. She was also intrigued to finally meet Thalia and this Sakura face to face.

Tracy was glad they were almost to the gate and thought she saw Carly and the others. She waved hoping that she and everyone else could be seen.

" Carly!" Deanna said excitedly and rushed to her older sister. She was so happy that everyone was here safe after the events of the last few months.

Max laughed as Deanna glomped her older sister, seeing Tracy, Thalia and who she assumed to be Sakura slowly coming up the walkway.

Thalia waved nervously to Max, not sure how this meeting would go. She giggled at Dea's reaction to seeing her sister and happy that everyone was here safely.

Max waved back, noting the nervousness in her movements, though she wondered why. It wasn't like she was going to hurt Thalia or anything.

Sakura gave a friendly wave seeing how nervous Thalia was. She was glad that everyone was happy.

" How was the trip over here?" Tracy asked Alex. She was looking forward to hearing about everything that had happened.
