"He actually helped me acquire Sora, amongst other things," Taylor admitted.

" That's right. Alex was also the one who trusted me , even when I didn't deserve it. " Salem replied.

"I see. You're...Salem, correct?" Janet asked as she recalled her daughter talking about two people that they helped from the Scientists. Now that she thought about it, she had a feeling her husband was working there in the past...

" I am and this is Eve. We both worked for the scientists but left when we had the chance. " Salem said.

"And we're glad that they did, Carly especially," Taylor said with a light grin. It was scary while it happened but at least they could look back at it now.

" I am glad too. If it wasn't for those two Deanna wouldn't have met Thaila. " Carly said.

"What do you mean," Eve asked as both she and Salem smiled lightly. They were glad that the serum had worked.

" If it wasn't for you guys, wouldn't have reconnected with my family. " Thalia said glad that Eve and Salem were both trainers.

"Your otherworldly parents?" Eve asked.

" Right. " Thalia said with a smile. She was happy that Carly and Deanna finally had their mom back.

"Then I'm glad that we were able to help, even if it was indirectly," Salem replied to Thalia. He wouldn't admit it to anyone, but while the demi-goddess was still rough around the edges, she had become part of the family.

" I'm glad you all have each other. It was harder when I was your age to become one. Janet said and was feeling worried.

"You were a trainer?" both Carly and Deanna asked, surprised.

" I was but only for a few years. My Bishie died protecting me from some robbers." Janet said sadly.

"That's a shame," Taylor said, though he knew that any Bishie would easily do that for their mistress/master.

"It is. After that I took a job in an office and that was where I met Carly and Deanna's dad. " Janet said. She didn't want to see him again since she was starting to remember who had caused her to forget her old life.

"An office? What was it like?" Salem asked, having an idea of what happened. Though he wanted to make sure of what happened first before saying anything...especially if it was true that her own husband brainwashed her as a guinea pig...

" It was always busy. Never saw the scientists that worked there but had met Carly and Deanna's father one day after work. I still worked there after the girls were born but got a feeling things were getting bad there. I tried to tell my husband about this but he always got angry when I mentioned my concerns.

"Probably because he was part of creating experiments that were harmful to Bishies and didn't want you to complain," Salem said as he started explaining his theory.

" Probably. I remember I was going to divorce him and take the girls with me but after that I can't remember anything. "Janet said.

"He might have used something on you then, giving you false memories and moving you here," Salem said as Thalia growled lightly.

"He must have. I just don't want to see him again. ' Janet said and wondered if the man who she was once married too was still alive.

"Do you remember his name?" Eve asked.

" It was David Richards. " Janet said wanting to be the one to say it and hated for Carly and Deanna to hear all this.

"Salem, wasn't that the person who had that digimon werewolf? The one who kidnapped Simon's Renamon?" Eve asked.
