" Yes." Salem said and explained what had happened. " She and Max get along great."

"I see," Nick responded as he looked over more of the files.

" See who Chris had as allies. " Salem said knowing that somehow they would eventually face more enemies.

"Got it," Nick responded as he went back to typing.

Salem looked at the names and paled seeing a name that he hoped not to see agin. " How can he be alive?" He said and had thought his father was dead.

"You know him?" Nick asked as he stopped at the current name he was on.

" That's my dad but he's been dead for ten years. " Salem said feeling a bit dizzy.

"Sal?" Eve asked concerned and went to his side quickly.

" He can't be alive. He died in the fire my mom was I.I was so afraid of him and he's the reason I joined the scientists hoping I would be able to hide. " Salem said.

"But it says that he's alive..." Nick said, surprised.

" Then he faked his death and left me alone. No wonder I never felt safe. " Salem said.

"Then it seems like you're going to have to take care of him sooner or later," Nick responded knowingly.

Salem nodded. "Hopefully sooner rather than later."

"Only time will tell, right?" Eve asked.

" Right. " Salem said.

"So...anything else I should look for?" Nick asked, wondering if he was done for now.

"Not that I can think of. " Deanna said.


" We should get some dinner and some rest. Though I think Alex should see this too. " Salem said.

"I should see some of what?" Alex asked curiously.

Nick told Alex about the information he had found. "And that is just one hard drive." He added.

"Wait, that's just one drive?!" Alex and Eve replied, shocked.

" Yep and there are at least 4 more that I need to break into. " Nick said. " It is not going to be easy to do so since this one took me longer than expected.

"I see," Alex responded actually quite surprised.

" I'm just concerned about what's on them. " Nick said and stood up.
